The place was dirty and smelled aweful. Roaches were crawling in hallway. Hottub listed but when we got there, desk clerk said it was filled with concrete in 2020, and staff was very rude. Would not recommend this property.

I’ll start with the positives, breakfast, staff, pool and price. The negatives: the room-dirty, damp-the bed and rug, the shower head had a hole so when you took shower it sprayed on your head, the shower constantly leaked. The work out facility was closed due to construction, we were not advised prior to coming, had to pay $10 to go to gym. We were not told that displaced hurricane victims were residing there. We met some very nice people but others were sketchy and we did not feel safe. A constant smell of Marijuana throughout the hotel. I have stayed at La Quinta’s before and they were beautiful hotels. I never felt so dirty even after taking a shower. I would never recommend this place and I feel Wyndham should be ashamed to have this hotel associated with their name.

There was no daily cleaning of the room or replacement of shampoo or redoing the bedsheets. In addition, the elevator was not in working progress, which required to have to go up and down the stairs every day.

The elevators weren’t working and the pool was very dirty. They have no smoking signs in the pool area, but I was there with my young daughters and several people were smoking, and no one from the hotel said anything to them.

Nice front desk staff and breakfast set up person. Elevator was broken, no chairs by the pool, AC was so so. I think they are going through the start of renovations. It would have been nice to know that prior to arriving.

Property is undergoing renovation. I was on the 3rd floor where most of the work is been done. Dust was everywhere. Breakfast was ok however host was very abrupt/unfriendly. At 10AM cleared breakfast items while we were in line.

They are doing some remodeling and it appears to be coming out great. Had a 3 night stay and no complaints at all. Me, the wife and a 6 year old. The staff there are all kind and helpful from the moment we walked in until the time we left. The breakfast was above what we were expecting both in quality and options. It was really great. The room was bigger than average and the shower was good. For being that close to the airport it was remarkably quiet. Lots of ice machines and plenty of vending available for a good price. All in all we have no complaints. Thank you for a great stay!

The pool needed a little cleaning and the hotel smelled like marijuana. Other than that it was clean and quiet. We didn’t bring our dog This trip but since Windham took over he now have to pay a Pet fee.

first thing, there is no jacuzzi they filled it in, so that is misleading, Did not feel safe. Someone went through the emergency exit outside our room and triggered the alarm at 10:30 at night!! carpets are filthy and walls not much better and it stinks. Needs updated big time. Booked 3 nights but only stayed one and went to another motel the next day due to safety concerns.

This place was so dirty I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the room. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor it was so dirty. The sink was not clean, still had someone else’s toothpaste splatter on the faucet. The smoke detector was covered over with a trash bag! If I could attach pictures you could see how gross it was. There were also tiny little bugs flying around in the room! It was so so disgusting!!

Noleka W. this been the worst property I have ever stayed in when I checked in my room and did a walk-through. I seen a dead roach underneath the air condition unit the carpet smell horrible. The bathroom look like someone got some flat paint and decided to paint the tub paint falling off the wall throughout the property. please avoid this location

I did some research. I read reviews and the 10-15 I read said this place was clean. You are all lying. This place was very run down. The carpet in the hallways and room were disgusting! There was only one extra outlet to plug in phones/computer and no where near any furniture. I had moved a table to try to unplug a light to plug in a charger and table about fell apart. The lack of security was alarming. There was a sign in the lobby that said they are doing renovations….. I didn’t see any.

The online check-in and check-out processes were convenient and easy. The breakfast was good. There was a vending machine with sodas on our floor, however, nothing showing the price. There were people smoking inside the building as well as at the doorways leading outside on multiple occasions. Our room had stains in the carpeting. On our last day, we found a bedbug in one of the beds. The lady at the front informed us they have never had any complaints and then inquired as to if we brought bedbugs with us. We even caught it and put it in one of our ziploc bags we had our toiletries in, and they were still in denial. They did say they were calling pest control for the room, but I am still waiting to hear back as to how they are going to remedy the situation as finding this bug made us have to take preventive measures when getting home and of course made us paranoid we were covered in bugs. Needless to say, I won't choose this hotel again.

This property was so disgustingly filthy, I would not walk on any of the carpeting in bare feet. The whole hotel reeked of marijuana. The sink had no stopper, there was no shampoo, wash, gloss, or stopper in the sink. Had we not arrived at 7:30 and had a flight out at 5am, we would have left. Expedia should take it off its website.

The carpets were disgusting. We wore white socks because we didn't want to walk on carpet and the white socks were filthy. Poor hallway conditions. Musty odor in room. Window was cracked. Bugs crawling in window. Clientele questionable loud music blasting at 3 am on multiple nights . Do not stay here. .

The hotel was very dirty and room smelled bad. We had bed bugs in our room and had to leave the hotel and find a different hotel. I got charged for the room after they stated they were giving me a full refund. They customer service department to try and figure out my refund is awful! The hotel isn’t answering and customer service hung up on me 3 Times. I 100% would not recommend this hotel!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I would really like a refund. We had to switch rooms because of roaches in the room. The room had a terrible smell as well. The carpet was filthy and I would not even walk barefoot. The lobby was as dirty as the rooms. The shampoo/lotion and conditioner were empty. I hope Hotels.com will remove this from the hotel list. Just awful

We left before breakfast due to an early flight. The room was spacious. However, the hotel itself is older and dated. Stains on the couch, holes in the spare blanket for the couch bed, rest stains in the tub. Not what I expected for a La Quinta. Convince as far as near the airport. However I do believe I will stay elsewhere next time.

The location is good. Check in was good. The room was somewhat clean. The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned because there was stuff on the floor in different areas. The tub had some mildew in the corners that are easily noticed. Lastly the outlets in the bathroom and where the microwave are did not work. The place is decent but nowhere near worth the price. Since hurricane Helene and Milton the hotels raised their prices by quite a bit. Not cool at all.

Chose this location based on price and reviews from previous guests. Basically was as expected but with very few thrills or amenities. Room was clean but furniture was old. Old carpet in hallways with a few stains and old paint still halls and lobby were clean without trash anywhere which was nice

Room and hallways were extremely dirty, internet was very spotty, and tv didn’t work half the time I was trying to use it. Property was poorly unkept and didn’t see room service or get new towels in the 5 days I was there. Free breakfast was empty an hour into service and wasn’t restocked at anytime during service. Seemed like a lot of drug use was happening on the property. Management however was very nice and professional and any issue I had was taken care of to the best of their ability. Probably not enough to make me go back.

This is a very tired facility. And while relatively clean, it really needs a facelift. Our room was large, but the carpeting was old, stained as was all of the furniture. The bed was OK, bedding and towels clean, and overall room was OK, but smelled musty. Had 2 AC units, one was so noisy as to be called broken and had to be turned off to be able to sleep.

As soon I walked into the lobby to check in, there was a big fight between the receptionist and a visitor. Cops were called as there was blood, verbal threats of seriously hurting the other person, and things thrown all over the desk at the receptionist. All I wanted to do was just check in to rest.

The daytime staff the lady was absolutely amazing she was very very helpful and she was very very nice. But your your nighttime staff and the next day Monday May 5th the daytime and shift very very rude and just brief respectful and was very very nasty I just got out of a really bad situation with my dog and we are going for motels and motel and to be treated and talk to you like that when I'm paying money to have somewhere to go really really bothered me I'm already going through enough of stuff and then on top of it I had to do with very heartless people in the way they talk to you think they are in the business I can't believe the way staff talks to their customers The two individuals that I'm speaking about is the man on May 4th that works night shift and the man that work day shift May 5th the lady that worked in May 4th to join the day very very awesome I will never forget her or she was very very awesome she should get a raise she was amazing she actually cared about her customers situation and and everything that was going on with her customers very very helpful but there's other two men very very nasty disrespectful

Maria at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very sweet and welcoming. When we wanted an early check in she was very consideranted especially for the kiddos and made sure the was clean and and ready for us. Very helpful with our week stay there. Breakfast was simple but just what the kiddos wanted. Pool was good enough for my kids to enjoy it.

Let’s get this straight. The staff was AMAZING. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Our situation was interesting and the front desk went out of their way to accommodate us, make things go faster and still make sure our stay was good. The hotel does need some touch ups. The rooms are spacious. The area is sketch. The hotel is being used for those who lost their homes in the hurricanes so not all rooms are available. We booked a suite and could not get the suite due to this. Somehow we were able to book the suite although someone was already staying in it. The front desk did give us a discount on a king room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel does feel like an apartment complex due to the folks living there. Just needs some general cleaning and up keep and this could be a great hotel.

The staff was very helpful. When I had a need, they were available and able to provide. The rooms are a little dated, but it sounds like they are waiting for renovations to take place. In the future, I will reach out to see if the renovations have been completed. The people who work the front desk are very hospitable and pleasant to deal with. For the price, it was a good deal and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! Breakfast included was very good. Waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, muffins, cereal. Definitely nothing to take for granted. Good stuff.

We stayed 3 nights and after the first night I had small insect/flea bites on my legs and they itches like crazy. We got up and went to breakfast and the lady taking care of the breakfast area announced 10 minutes to closing 30 minutes prior to closing. 15 minutes before closing she started removing the food items and coffee. Very rude. That was the only morning we went to breakfast. We stay at Laquita Hotels when we travel and in most cases have a good experience. This hotel, not so much. I do not recommend staying at this particular hotel ☹️☹️☹️
