Linda and Ricardo at the front desk were great! Anyone else was very unprofessional or extremely rude. But we did not know who they were as they did not wear name tags. Not sure why they even had "breakfast". Everyday was the same sad pre-packaged tiny muffins, instant grits and oatmeal, and coffee with grinds in them. Creamer was good quality though. Laundry room was large with a lot of machines but just one little table for folding and sorting. Used the machines twice-first time both machines and room were filthy. Much cleaner the second time. Hotel room was large but empty. Uncomfortable bed. No nice chair or sofa even though room existed for one. Minimal storage even though it was supposedly a long term stay place (and a lot of people were living there unfortunately. Got to smell their cooking every night). If you had anyone staying above you it was a rough night. You heard every footstep, every toilet flush, every scrape of the desk chair across the floor, all their music and TV shows. We also had a parking lot for a restaurant right outside our window. So a good nights sleep was hard to get. No outside area to sit. No pool (my own fault that I picked the only hotel in south Florida without a pool). So if you were at the hotel you were stuck in your room. Area was decent though. Lots of different restaurants within walking distance. Walmart was also close and Costco was a short drive away. Would definitely not stay there again so please do not ask me to.

Website states grab and go breakfast, upon arrival they have discontinued that and coffee service. Carpets on each floor are very dirty and horrible smell. The door to the lobby to check in was locked and needed a key card to enter, when you havent even checked in to get one yet. Very loud in the halls all day and night, as well as very uncaring staff. They will also upcharge you on everything, including utensils, plates etc. No soap, shampoo nor conditioner provided

They charge for linen now even though it’s a hotel, never heard of that, breakfast is supposed to be included but no breakfast was made the next morning so definitely misleading and place is not dirty per se but not clean either just below average, I wouldn’t stay again here

First I was given the key to an occupied room and almost walked into it. But also my belongings were stolen from my car in the parking lot and they have no cameras looking at the parking lot. And they were of no help. The police came and I filed a report but tbh feels like the thief know there’s no camera and they just took my stuff.

Room was clean. No ice machine and the room was missing the remote. Also the bed is on a metal frame and the mattress kept sliding around. The breakfast is horrible. They have frozen muffins, no silverware or cups for the coffee. The night shift desk worker was very helpful in getting us checked in and getting us a remote.

We had no pillows the first night, have us blankets to use as pillows. Finally got pillows the next night after asking again, we got 3, there were 3 of us so would have preferred 6 (2 each), but better than nothing. Phone didn't work, was told they would get replaced but never did. Mo wastebasket. Small kitchen area but no utensils or pans to use stove burners, no plates or cups, no coffee maker.

The smell of mold/mildew is very overwhelming. I had to switch rooms because of this. The second room smelled better however the floor has a soft spot in it by the ac which was pretty scary obviously they have a leakage issue which has caused a mold problem throughout the building. The halls have a ton of air fresheners that are strong to try to mask the smell I suppose but it just gave me a headache. To top it off we saw several roaches in the room as well as in the halls. I had a second booking for the same property and I immediately canceled and booked elsewhere.

It stunk as soon as we walked in. There was stains covering the floor. The room smelled even worse. Our shower had hair in it, the sheets were stained. There was stuff on the wall beside the bed (looked like snot, not really sure what it was). It was nasty.

I was on level 2, the hallway for 3 days smelled like pee. The room itself had a smell I couldn’t even described, I used febreeeze, Lysol, Clorox wipes, the house keeper came in and she couldn’t even figure out what it was or get it rid of it. The a/c started leaking and barely worked, to top it off there was ants and some other kind of little bug. Just disgusting. The only good thing about that place was the staff. They were over all friendly and helpful. Most of the time

The mattress was rock hard, the pillow were really thin and hard. The room smelled like mold and there was mold under the AC unit. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but cancelled the second night and went somewhere else.

The carpets in the hallway were horribly filthy. The room floor was so sticky you couldn’t even walk. The smell of marijuana was so pungent in the hallways it was nauseating, even though the facility was suppose to be smoke-free. HORRIBLE STAY!!

Entire hotel smells like mildew! “Characters” spread all throughout parking lot upon arrival engaging in all sorts of suspicious activities. Room smelled awful, AC unit definitely has mold in it. Pot and cigarette smell prevalent throughout as well. Basic maintenance throughout is lacking severely, do not stay here

This property looks ok from the outside but once you enter you realize it is old and definitely not updated; the refrigerators are all old and rusty, the bathroom fixtures are old, rusty and discolored, the plastic tile frame on the floor coming apart, mildew around bathroom fixtures & around the tub grout !!!

Clean and up to date. I like this property but there’s one thing that will keep me from staying here again. The bed was not comfortable at all and had us hurting. TBH I’ve slept in my car overnight and was more comfortable.

There was no room said their house keepers dad got into an accident didn’t clean our room and left said hotels.com kept filing their hotels and wouldn’t stop refused to accommodate and put us in another room we even offered to sleep on the floor being it was so late but they told us he couldn’t put us in any other room told us we had to call customer service to find out what to do and sent us with no where to go hours away from home

0 stars should be an option. Booked this hotel for an employee who was traveling for training for 3 nights. Upon arrival they claimed that she didn’t have a reservation and almost didn’t let her check in. After providing the confirmation number they claimed it was under someone else’s name but still let her check in. The next day when she returned to her room her belongings were gone. When she asked what happened they told her that only one night was booked although I paid for three nights up front in advance and provided the receipts, and they put her items in the trash. They continuously claimed Expedia messed up the information that was sent to them. 3 weeks later I’m still not even at least refunded for the 2 additional nights that I paid for although my employee wasn’t even given the option to stay. Even better they confirmed that they had rooms available but wouldn’t let her switch rooms because “Expedia didn’t send the right information”. Why would her hotel key card still work if she was apparently supposed to be checked out? According to Expedia the hotel manager is never around, although someone from the hotel apparently confirmed that my guest never stayed the two additional nights. Ended up having to book at another hotel and now my card is still charged for the two nights although they refused to transfer my employee to a new room and her original room had no one in there when she went back and discovered her items missing? They’re most likely scamming Expedia.

Arrived at 4 pm when I had a reservation for. Waited at front desk while clerk was waiting on another person. When I stepped up to the desk clerk told me her computer was down and she didn't know how long it would be . Clerk told me she had five other people waiting in the lobby and didn't know if she had enough room to go around. And yes there were other people waiting, I didn't know for how long. So I told clerk to cancel my reservation and that I didn't want to wait all night. SO BEFORE I LEFT I TOLD HER TO BE SURE AND CANCEL THE RESERVATION.

I had a very disappointing experience. They assigned me a room that was already occupied by someone else. Fortunately, no one was in there at the time. I arrived right at 10 PM, just as the place was closing, and the staff was unwilling to assist me. Overall, the service was terrible.

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet, and easy to check into. The check-in was probably one of the quickest I’ve ever experienced. The room itself was nice, and very clean. It’s not a fancy hotel, but really not far off from some of the expensive hotels I’ve stayed at before. There was plenty of parking, and it was pretty quiet. A group of people hanging around outside in the parking lot playing music was at first a little.. attention grabbing, but it still seemed safe. I would for sure stay here again, and recommend it to others. The stay was so nice that it prompted me to book my stay the next day at another Extended Stay. It was better than expected.

Location was great to local places to eat. Walking distance plus a good central place to get around. Hotel itself is in need of a good scrubbing or a face lift. For an extended stay location with a kitchen, I expected at least something to cook and eat off.

Room was very clean, the mattress was so hard I couldn’t stand the next morning. They should not say they offer breakfast. It was coffee, bran muffins and oatmeal. (Could at least offer some juice and cereal)
