Property is extremely trashy all around. Poorly kept. Staff is minimal. Door-lock to our room did not work correctly, almost impossible to get into our room, contacted front desk they did nothing. Once got into room there was no toilet paper, called front desk, and by the time we left we still didnt have any. Exhaust fan missing in bathroom, just big hole in ceiling. Pool towels were stained. Pool was dirty and had random stuff floating in it. Overall not a good place, worth half of what we paid for the room if that. 1 STAR.

The showers were luke warm. The floors in the room had spots that were falling in. Our room lock was broken and both nights we had to wait for an employee to come fix it before we could get inside.

To say the property is rundown would be an understatement. Cracked tiles in the room, a toilet that ran off and on all night. Sticky stains on the dresser with the TV on it. Cigarette burn on the bedspread. Rust on the base of a lamp on the nightstand. Lukewarm water at best for bathing. An A/C unit that you had to power off and then back on again to get it to work. Parts of the hotel boarded up (windows). The back door that was supposed to be accessed by your room key was broken and perpetually open to anyone who wanted to walk in. 2nd floor hallway smelled STRONGLY of marijuana, and the music was blasting from more than one room. The front desk clerk was friendly, and removed the padlock from the pool area so we could wait for housekeeping to finish with the room. Very disappointing for a establishment that received at 6.2 rating of “Good”. On Hotels.com.

Nice staff but dusty stinky room, non-working elevator to third floor. Heater smokes when you turn on. Only serve decaf coffee and pop tarts for breakfast. Only one clothes dryer works for guest laundry

Very disappointed since my beach towel got stolen at the pool when it was left there for short time to dry a little & when went back to get it, it was gone. I went to desk twice & not found. Aldo had to sign no pets & during the night dogs were barking.

Staff at hotel were very pleasant and polite. The door lock on my room was not functioning properly. Staff had to escort me to room to eventually open. Expedia stated breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. Room was spacious and clean.

The bedding is filthy. Towels dirty with holes so unclean. I have all pic. We checked in at 4 am so stayed but up at 7 out of here. Noone would believe how dirty this room is. I have all the pictures-would like a refund.

Absolutely horrible experience. First room we were given had a broken door lock. Second room smelled like smoke. Third room had five roaches running on the floor as soon as we opened the door. Had to leave and book another hotel last minute. Do not recommend.

Room was disgusting had stains on all of the sheets and blankets room smelled horrible bathroom was so nasty I wore my flip flops while taking a shower bathroom had dried up buggers on the wall so bad that my husband tried to wipe them off and the paint came off definitely do not recommend

Room had roaches, hole in wall, ripped curtains, burn holes on bedspread. Had to keep lights on all night to keep roaches from crawling everywhere. Water all over floor in front of elevator never mopped up. Overall condition of property is poor.

The room is conveniently equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Overall, the place is old and requires upgrade. There were cockroaches in our room. After being reported, the room service came and sprayed the room, but it was not comfortable to sleep in the room knowing that they are there.

We had a quick overnight before catching our flight. We booked two rooms for our family of eight. The beds were advertised as queens - nope. The rooms were tiny and cramped. There was a horrible stench of cigarettes and what smelled like fish. The room was clean and served its purpose.

People live in this hotel. There was actual trash bags thrown right outside the back door. The elevator is VERY sketchy. There was no AC in the hallways/building. The AC was off to the room when we walked in. Bathroom door looked like it was beaten, stained shower curtain (looked VERY dirty) holes in the comforter. I could go on and on. No need to. Learned my lesson.

It was affordable, clean, and convenient. The walls were patched but not repainted in our room. We went down for breakfast at 8:30am on Saturday and the only food there was cuties and packages of small muffins. Also, the front door is NOT handicap accessible.

The rating is all from NO INTERNET - If it had internet I would give it a 6. I also didn't like the manager telling me it was only a temporary thing. Everything else was about what you would expect from a 4.5 rating. My room was ok for comfort, nice TV, AC struggled to keep me cool... it was Florida... my room did not look like that image for sure

This was such a horrible experience. The front desk guy Fernando smokes marijuana between guests right by the front door, you can smell it as soon as you walk up. The front desk smells like mold, the door to our room was broken. It just opens without the key. The room is so nasty and you can smell the mold all in the halls and even worse in the room. When we asked for a refund because we have an infant and couldn’t stay there with him, the manager deven and chase couldn’t bother to deal with us and said they’re unavailable even though they were consistently on the phone with Fernando in front of us. Then Fernando stormed out while I was asking for a refund and proceeded to smoke in front of the entrance. I don’t know who would think that place would be safe for an infant.

I arrived at 10pm to check in (traveling alone) I was told someone had already checked into my room. I had to wait in lobby so the receptionist could figured it out. He was very kind.I was finally was put in another room. Just late and I wanted to go to bed.

Very disappointed. Guy running the desk was very rude to the two customers in front of me. He was upset because the lady arrived at 3p and he said folks shouldnt expect their room to be ready at three. The other lsdy wanted towels and hr gave her the 3rd degree about how they were for the room and not the pool. The hotel is very outdated. Felt very grimmy.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with room service every day. Indoor connecting corridors with lift/ elevator. Simple but quite sufficient cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt breakfast with coffee and fruit juice. Would stay there again.

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely overlooked and disregarded during my stay. The property is close to a PSTA complex, making getting around pretty convenient. Breakfast and the staff in general were accommodating and friendly. The only issue I had was the thunderous noise (from 10pm-4am) coming from the upstairs neighbour. I raised the issue with the night staff and was pleased to find the issue resolved the next night. For the value and location, I would recommend this Super 8.

The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly. Check-in was quick. The parking lot felt safe. I just was disappointed that breakfast was not offered even though there were several signs advertising breakfast 6-9 AM. Take the signs down if breakfast is not served.

Very old and not updated. Room smelt musty and stinky like a bowling alley. Overall stay was ok, not preferred. Woke up to guy that stayed at hotel who had his tires slashed by a prostitute who had approached him the night before that he turned away. Do not recommend this place.

Got woken up at 230 am by cops yelling at guys in room across from us. While they were there they got another call for people on floor below us. Fine, that stuff happens from time to time but what got me was going dow for breakfast at 730 am with only cereal and toast left. No coffee at all and warm juice. Not worth the twenty bucks savings at all.

It's a decent place to stay, the 2 girls that I had at the front desk for check in & out were helpful and very kind. It's not the Ritz but it's not the slums, only thing I would say anything negative about is at breakfast their orange/apple juice was really warm.I think the machine is broken, hopefully they get it fixed for my next stay!!

The building is very old, the carpets are stained and the room has a weird smell. The breakfast was disappointing too, the cereals looked like they were there for months as they were not crunchy. The only food that was eatable are the toasts and yogurt. The staff was helpful though and they were doing their best for the customers.
