All of the above, when checking in there was an issue with the reservation but it was resolved. I love the fact that there’s parking for vehicles with boats. That won’t be an issue at all. I will recommend it, everything is near by.

The property was under construction so only 1 elevator worked Teams of little league were staying there and they put us in a room overlooking the pool which was really noisy And the pool desperately needed to be cleaned. Lots of bugs in the water. Hot tub wasn’t working Getting a towel for the pool took almost an hour Hopefully, it will improve once construction is done, but not worth the price now

The door handle to our room fell off as soon as we tried to open the door. That was just the beginning. The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the hot tub thats listed as one of the amenities. When I got to the hotel nobody told me the hot tub was broken and not working. Talking to the other guests in the pool, the hot tub hadn’t been working for 2 whole weeks.

Do not believe them about the shuttle! Before booking, I called to make sure they had a shuttle on the date that I was asking for, which was two days after my call. They said yes and that the last shuttle would depart the airport at 10:30 P.M. We ended up having to take a cab, even though we arrived before 10. It\'s not that somebody called in sick; they said they didn\'t have a driver scheduled for that day. But they had told me that they did have a driver scheduled for that day. Two people told me that the shuttle is always advertised as "as available," but I had called about this specific day only two days before. I would have gotten a hotel with free breakfast if I knew I would have to take a cab instead of riding a free hotel shuttle.

Staff were great, lobby was very clean and inviting, restaurant was pretty good for being so convenient. I thought the room was clean, beds were comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was finding two spiders and a type of flying bug inside the room in different areas of the room. It could have been worse, but just wasn’t expecting that.

I booked this property despite the bad reviews because I was only going to be there for one night and a half 11/6-11/8/24. The property is old and outdated and I believe this hotel had some damage from the recent hurricanes that hit that area. The smell of musty and mold reeked the entire hotel. My room smelled of mold and mildew, and every now and then a smell of sewer. There were air purifiers everywhere so they were well aware of the bad smell. The bed was hard as if sleeping on the box spring and the entire shower head and water spout was about to fall out the wall. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you don’t care about smells and uncomfortable beds!

The first night the sheets and comforter were dirty. The house keeping staff did not clean my room for two days. The second day I spoke to the housekeeping lady and she said she could not clean the room while i was in there. I immediately left the room so it could be cleaned. I informed the front desk staff that I was out of the room so it could be cleaned. I returned to the room 3 hours later and the room was still dirty. I went back to the front desk to inform them that the room still hadn’t been cleaned and was told they were on lunch but would clean it once they were back. I left the room again and came back about 5 hours later to a dirty room. I informed the front desk and was told housekeeping was gone for the day.

We had issues with the bathroom sink not draining, we reported it, but it never got looked at it. Had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. The door handle going into our room fell off. The curtain in our room wasn’t big enough to cover the whole window, so light was always coming in at night. And the shower head needs to be replaced.

Erik was phenomenal. Jacob was phenomenal. Sara was great. The room was fine, but the staff was exceptional! Very courteous. Sean was very friendly and made our short ride to airport enjoyable. Then i realized I forgot my meds in the refrigerator and a call to the hotel and Sean, the shuttle driver was very nice and briught them to the airport for me.

Even though we arrived very early around 10am and we were just looking to see if we could drop off our luggage they were able to get us checked into our room early at no extra charge. I feel bad because I don't remember his name but Bella was his beautiful 4 legged companion. This is a pet friendly establishment and be prepaired to see so many adorable fur baby travelers. The breakfast served in the morning is very good and very reasonable in price. The on-site bar and restaurant had some of the friendliest staff you ever wanted to meet and the food was very good and also very reasonably price especially for the very large portions that you get. TIP: GET THE WINGS. I love anything to do with aviation and being next to the airport watching my old A10 warthogs going over head sometimes in formation other times breaking of one at a time was one in a life time experience, but if your not into that just a reminder you are next to an airport and will hear the aircraft during take off and landing. (Not enough to wake you up if you're a late sleeper) but you will occasionally hear them. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This place is located near a small airport but i didn’t hear noise from the airport. This is good. However, I was very disappointed at its housekeeping service. We stayed there for 3 nights. The house keeper didn’t make beds for us in first two consecutive days and I don’t know what the last day because we checked out before they cleaned the house. The facial tissue box was completely wet for the first day but the cleaning lady didn’t even notice it. It was caused by some leak near the sink faucet. I found the cause after two days because a big area of the counter surface was totally wet. The electric outlet in the bathroom had a crack. I reported both issues to the front desk. The maintenance team responded quickly and fixed them. The $16 breakfast has limited selections. Apple is the only fruit. No yogurt. Only one type of small pastry. Bread is not attractive. The main good thing is scrambled egg and bacon.

I had a good stay at the Holiday Inn St. Petersburg. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was comfortable, and the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was convenient and made it easy to get to nearby restaurants and attractions.
