This hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The location could not be beat right on the beach and next to the pier. The outdoor pool was heated and right on the way to the beach access. The room was nicely updated. The beds were clean and comfortable. We never heard any neighbors. The morning breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.

Nice spot on the beach next to Cocoa Beach Pier. Breakfast was ok, had to wait for a table though as it is served in a small space for the size of hotel. The hot food selection was not very appetising and lukewarm at best and also don’t serve bacon in the week only at weekends. Stayed in a king room oceanfront with balcony which had a great view but areas of the room were tired as was other areas of the hotel. Could not stay around the pool area as was full so had to spend $30 per day for a bed and umbrella on the adjacent beach and the hotel also charges $10 per night to park. Overall an ok stay for a couple of nights but could be so much better and less expensive for guests

The property is located right next to the pier which has shops and restaurants. Decent breakfast buffet with many options. Staff was a tentative to refilling food when needed decent size outdoor heated pool. They also had a bar that was open in the afternoon. The outdoor area was nice to sit And enjoy the sunshine. They even had a water feature outside as well.

Clean property on the beach next to the pier. Many restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, with ocean view balcony. Pool is heated and clean, and has a small bar with reasonable cocktail prices. Continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Super close to cruise ship port and Kennedy Space center. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didnt like was being charged for parking which I didn't understand considering they have their own lot with plenty of space.

Pool area is roomy and accommodating with plenty of fresh towels and tables near a slightly overpriced splash bar. Pool doesn't get deep strained often enough, the same clumps of hair and bandaids were drifting around for the entire duration(9days) which can become off putting.

Hotel in excellent location right next to the pier. $10 parking. We had sea and pool view. Waterfall on constantly and rather loud. Room was large bed super comfy! Great large bathroom. Floor was sandy. TV large with limited channels. Our room was ready for us early, guy who checked us in never looked at us once, was scruffy and unclean and looked very sad! Breakfast choice was EXCELLENT.

I liked some of the breakfast and I hated that my family was eaten up by bugs from the extra blanket and pillow we asked for. Also the night clerks were rude. Anytime you needed anything (example: extra pillow or the remote died and you needed batteries for it) they acted like how dare you bother them during their nights. Also the maid would come in between 8 & 9 to change our towels amd take the trash out even though we put the sign up and had a note put on the account but that did not stop them. The view was nice though.

We loved the penthouse, the views were amazing. Balcony was large and inviting. We thought it had a nice kitchen/bar area but needed a cooktop and for it to be stocked with kitchen items plates, silverware. Love the fact it had a half bath as well as a full bathroom. It was quiet, nice and great for the price.

Great beachfront room with beautiful view on the balcony. Breakfast was adequate with lots of choices from fruit, cereals, waffles, eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy, yogurt etc. staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff was so accommodating. Next to the pier where you can walk to many restaurants and beach bars. Pool was small but very clean with a pool bar. We had a firm king size comfortable bed, small refrigerator, microwave and Kurig type coffee maker. Bathroom was small but adequate and clean. It was very a very relaxing get away!

The room was clean but it was weird the bathroom door was just a sliding door and didn’t have a way to lock it. So the door would slowly slide open while inside. If you want breakfast go early right at open.

We reserved an ocean view balcony room. We received a room that was on the ground floor that had a view of the bushes. They said it was a balcony but it was a patio. When I said something they said they didn’t have anything available. The refrigerator in our roo Was broken. Also Everytime we showered the water would run all over the bathroom floor. These things were frustrating, but the access to the beach was great! Quick walk to several stores and restaurants was also very nice.

The only thing I'm going to say is that I paid for a partial ocean view and the room they gave me from the balcony you could hardly see anything of the ocean if you sit on the balcony you can hardly see the ocean :(

Everything was perfect, from the check-in, cleanliness of the room, the breakfast attendant was really nice, and kept the buffet full at all times. It was also great to have extra towels when needed. The manager was really nice too, so was the front desk. Very professional.

We came up from south Florida for a couple of days. Hotel location was perfect to see a launch and centrally located. Room clean, breakfast nice variety, staff very nice. First night we were on second floor but asked if we could move higher. They moved us right up to fifth floor and it was the perfect view of ocean and pier. Dog friendly for our pup too! Only suggestion but definitely not a complaint, clean the fenced in dog area up a little. We’ll be back and recommend to our friends.

Hotel texted saying to reply if we needed anything. I asked about possibly moving rooms. Said they'd check and never replied back. Texted me a day later asking if we need housekeeping and I said we needed towels is all. Never brought any and no reply. Just not sure why they bother with the convenience of text option but then dont respond anyway. Bathroom door also does not close or lock. And have to make sure you pull your room door hard behind you otherwise it'll be open all day.

I stayed with my wife for three nights at this hotel to visit friends in Cocoa Beach. I was charged twice on my credit card for the three nights we stayed for a total of $1740.2 I was told by one receptionist that I would recieve a refund almost instantly and another receptionist told me it will take 5 to 10 business days. Another issue- The keys for the room quit working the second night as we could not get in. I had to go down to the receptionist late at night to have them correct this as they only created the keys for two nights instead of three. No big deal about the keys not working. I'm a little frustrated about being charged twice on my credit card and it takes one to two weeks to get a refund is what I'm being told now.

The property is convenient to everything. It’s on the water simple walkway through the back of the property. Very clean. My 1 complaint and I think it’s a very big one was after we checked in and went up to the room my wife was in the bathroom taking a shower and I was unpacking all of a sudden our door open and someone started to walk in. I immediately went to the door and stopped them. Then I find out they were given our room also by the front desk. I go downstairs to the front desk and they tell me yea that happened earlier today too. The other thing is the room doors don’t have anything on the inside as far as a security latch or chain that could be used to stop someone from walking right into our room. The entire trip that’s all we thought about was someone randomly walking in on us. Front desk acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

We were really impressed with everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, easy beach access, nice breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. Parking is easy and convenient. Easy walk over to Cocoa Beach Pier and several restaurants. We'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The location could not be beat right on the beach and next to the pier. The outdoor pool was heated and right on the way to the beach access. The room was nicely updated. The beds were clean and comfortable. We never heard any neighbors. The morning breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.

Excellent place, friendly staff! Just one issue! The price of drinks at the pool bar is ridiculous. Tito's and club soda are $18, and well rum and coke are $12. We have stayed at a number of 4-star hotels and have NEVER BEEN CHARGED PRICES LIKE THIS.

Great beachfront room with beautiful view on the balcony. Breakfast was adequate with lots of choices from fruit, cereals, waffles, eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy, yogurt etc. staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff was so accommodating. Next to the pier where you can walk to many restaurants and beach bars. Pool was small but very clean with a pool bar. We had a firm king size comfortable bed, small refrigerator, microwave and Kurig type coffee maker. Bathroom was small but adequate and clean. It was very a very relaxing get away!

Nice spot on the beach next to Cocoa Beach Pier. Breakfast was ok, had to wait for a table though as it is served in a small space for the size of hotel. The hot food selection was not very appetising and lukewarm at best and also don’t serve bacon in the week only at weekends. Stayed in a king room oceanfront with balcony which had a great view but areas of the room were tired as was other areas of the hotel. Could not stay around the pool area as was full so had to spend $30 per day for a bed and umbrella on the adjacent beach and the hotel also charges $10 per night to park. Overall an ok stay for a couple of nights but could be so much better and less expensive for guests

The location to this place is excellent, however there was no cleaning staff or shampoo in the bathroom... and the breakfast was terrible. The pool was nice and the location is great but we may try another location next year.

They need to have a bar open until at least 9 or 10 at night. It would be nice to sit outside, listen to the ocean and have a tropical drink. The bar closes at 6PM.

Great location for beach and pier. Room spacious and comfortable. Reception and general areas could do with an upgrade/refurb as seem a bit tatty. Breakfast not great - very limited choice and terrible plastic plates and cutlery. Surely investing in some plates and a dishwasher isn’t a big ask. Also less plastic waste….
