This hotel was AMAZING! Book it!! The pool was so fun and they have giant rafts blow up that you can use in the lazy river! It's fun for kids or adults. We did not have our kids with us on this trip but we saw tons of families and kids outside enjoying all the amenities. They had live music both days we stayed. The breakfast has so many options. There is also a laundry room and we were able to do a load before leaving on the cruise. They have detergent and dryer sheets you can buy at the front desk. The staff is so friendly. They set up a shuttle to take us to the cruise port. You can walk to the beach and they even have chairs, umbrellas, bikes and surf boards that you can check out for free. We even got to see a rocket launch as we were floating in the pool since it's so close to cape canaveral. I will definitely book here again if we travel to this area.

We had a nice stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the hotel. The pool was great and my son loved the tubes to float on. The pool area had corn hole, giant connect 4 game. The staff at the duck dive bar were very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great with lots of options. They also offer complimentary surf boards, bikes and body boards too. Would would stay here again.

Beach access was great, only took a few minutes to get there. The boogie boards available for the day was so helpful. Lazy river was amazing. I wish the restaurant stayed open later because we never would have left to eat!

The pool was closed til 2pm the one full day we had there, restuarant was closed for private event. Chose it because we have 2 small children and the advertising is you dont need to leave the property that everything is there but none of it was available to us for the day were there. Rooms not the cleanest either...Disappointing

The check in Jennifer was very pleasant and found me a room to be close to my truck with trailer without disturbing anyone else. The manager Willis and security guard Mills helped me out many important things regarding this trip. The hotel grounds are exceptionally clean. A lot of fun + entertainment. Live music, games for kids, big screen TV by he pool. The Bar service + food are great. Close to food and shopping. Good size parking lot. The only thing missing would be a Hot tub which is not a big deal. Walking distance to the beach......Entire place very clean + friendly. They made sure you were happy + the staff is happy at their job !!!

We stayed on the 6th floor with great views of the hotel lazy river pool and a balcony with ocean view. Beach is walking distance. Lazy River enjoyed very much by the children. Giant screen showing movie at the pool, great idea. Pool towels should be renovated. They are very small and worn out. Lunch options and cleanliness to be improved. Breakfast option varied and very well assorted and place clean. Reception personnel very accommodating and kind. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This property is in need of a deep cleaning and an update. The fan in the room was covered in dust, our tub was clogged and the ac leaked. The pool was okay but it was smaller than we thought it would be. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a breakfast buffet maybe a little better, but they kept closing off part of the indoor seating so we had to sit outside. Eating with the sun in your face is not a fun time. It’s in a nice location, across the street from the beach and they rent things for free. We didn’t use them but it’s nice that they have that option.

That property shown via the internet/Their website did not coincide. I have pictures of my room. That room was unlivable. It was a roach in the bath tub, and the room reeked of urine. I am in total shock and in the process of contacting my lawyer for false advertisement. I just left and had to find another hotel. They even charged me for that night. The rebuttal was that cancelkation time had passed

Room was not prepared for new guests. There was food left in our fridge and after losing an AirPod on the floor we had to pull the bed back and found more trash left to include a used menstrual pad. The bathroom was dirty as well.

We originally stayed at this hotel because of how close it was to the port. The first room we were assigned to was muggy and we found four roaches. The second room no roaches thank goodness. My son enjoyed the lazy River and the outside activities. But we will not be staying there again.

Clean but very bare minimum. The way the lazy river pool was very enjoyable but of course, crowded breakfast was normal for breakfast at a motel. Our room was clean, but there were no rugs. No easy chance to sit in, no closet. Not on favorite day.

Went for a weekend kid free getaway for my husband and I. Hotel is set up nicely, close to the beach, very nice inside the lobby and the pool area is amazing. The rooms are very outdated and need to be upgraded. We very much enjoyed everything. Our only complaint was the bed was absolutely horrible, it was so hard and uncomfortable. When I say it was your basic box spring coil mattress that feels like it hasn’t been replaced in over 10 years I definitely do not lie!!! It has our backs hurting still and we stayed sleepy throughout our trip due to lack of sleep. Besides the beds being crappy everything else was amazing.

This is a cute and fun hotel especially if you have kids. The pool is fun and full of activities. They have a cute cabana area where you can order drinks and food, plus a sand area the kids can play in and a turf area for corn hole or jumbo connect 4! The rooms aren’t as impressive. Outdated and not a fresh feel but definitely not terrible. The floors are tile but could not stay dry they constantly were damp so make sure to bring house shoes or slippers to walk around the room in. More of a motel vibe instead of hotel. The main annoying thing though is they have a very loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that is attached to the light so every-time your in there your hearing this really obnoxious exhaust fan that gets annoying fast. The staff is very friendly but they aren’t fast. There was always a major delay when we needed extra towels or anything from room service. Overall I’d stay here again if I were traveling with kids. They will think it’s fun and have plenty to do.

There was a great selection for breakfast. The outside area and pool was great. Very nicely done. The rooms have been redone, but they are still very basic and lack a lot of comforts of the newer hotels. Our room was clean though.

Inside the hotel room could be more updated. Old telephone, out dated tv, our fridge didn’t get that cold, and the pillows weren’t that comfortable. But all of that was manageable. We loved the lazy river, dj, outside area, food was decent and the $20 room credit, I would come back!

Fun pool with dj and bar. Close to beach and super friendly workers. Walls are a little thin in the room though. We were just talking at 10 pm and the other person in the connecting room knocked and said they could hear us and wanted to go to sleep. Conversation at a normal level should not be heard in other rooms.

Pre-cruise stay with multiple family members for 1 and 2 nights. Friendly helpful staff but there was a problem with the hotel not showing some of the reservations I had already paid for. It all worked out but there was stress because either Hotels.com or Beachside got the reservations messed up. The hotel was functional but some of the public areas, eg elevator could have used some cleaning. Enjoyed the many activities that were offered.

Wow, I only stayed for a day to check out a few spots, and it was awesome! The people really make this place special! Lots of Spanish speakers working there, always saying hi, and super polite – a big plus. I wish I knew the name of the front desk guy; he was fantastic, explained everything clearly, and was easy to understand. Breakfast is free, parking is free... and the pool setup with the island is amazing! They even had a live DJ on Saturday. There's a little sandbox area for the kids, like a mini-beach. Plus, there's an ice cream spot and easy access to drinks (free rowels for the pool) be nice and bring back when done using it. If you want a good beach view from your balcony, go for a higher floor. Mine was on the second floor, which was fine for using the stairs since the elevator gets crowded. They only have one. Room was comfortable, sofa bed was good unless you have back issues. The regular bed was comfortable and firm. 2 ac units.. microwave, coffeemaker and small fridge.. clean, the shower is awesome and water is perfect temperature. I will come back here and i will get the gentlemans name. (Free bike rental) I thought I was seeing things. Also, laundry place for longer stays, ice machines too. Only service dogs allowed.

Stayed here for a couple of hours for a cruise. Didn’t get to experience everything due to the time I arrived. Staying was friendly but when it came to service (requesting towels) they were slow and we had to retrieve them ourselves.

They claimed they over booked my room that I reserved and blamed on Expedia when I sat right there and watched them give the room that we had to a gentleman as an upgrade for the inconvenience because they canceled his reservation because he didn’t show up for check in. Try to be slick and down grade our room without telling us. Claimed to give us a $75 discount per night. Told me I had to claim with Expedia. While be on hold for 45 minutes they told the Expedia guy they’ll only give money back if I check out right now. Excuse me, so standing in line lady at front desk tells me to hang up that they have already refunded my money. One week later still hasn’t posted to my account. Room was gross. Someone else’s hair in the shower clung to the wall. The noise level is insane. They say quiet time is 10pm no try 11:45-12 still loud and random people knocking on your door at night. Only cool thing about this property was the lazy river even though it’s weak not much of a lazy river people literally just stand throughout and get mad at you if your tube bumps them. Some guys cursed my child out for his tube bumping them. Staff smiles to your face and gossips behind you didn’t realize my husband heard them talking about me because I complained about the extra charge for the room to have a couch & didn’t get the room yet still paid for it. Restaurant is a joke. Food was freezer burnt & cold.The breakfast buffet is good and variety of options each day. Beach rentals were flimsy & rusted

From the time of check in to check out . The guest service lady, Jennifer is beyond excellent. I always feel welcomed. The property is also beyond excellent. Absolutely clean, entire staff is friendly and curiosity. Breakfast abd Duck Dive food great. I highly recommend. I wll definitely be back. Thank you for a tremendous stay

Miss Jennifer at Beachside Hotel and Suites is amazing. Our suitcases were sent to the wrong place by our Airline and she was very kind to us which after a long stressful day made us feel so much better and a great part of the reason why we came back and stayed many days longer. Happy Thanksgiving to all😎🦃

We stayed here the night before we boarded our cruise ship. It was super convenient to the ports, and our kids absolutely loved the pool, lazy river, and big movie screen. The restaurants onsite were great and so convenient! Highly recommend staying here before you board a cruise, it was the perfect start to our trip and we’d definitely stay again!

We were welcomed like family by Jennifer to this lovely hotel which has a really relaxed feel and is located with easy access to the beach, shops and a breeze of a drive to KSC. The hotel is so friendly and has everything you could possibly need on hand. I would definitely stay stay there again.

I gave 5 stars because everything was fab with the exception of 1 thing, breakfast: nothing for a vegan to eat except an orange and a banana. Everything else was not vegan friendly or high in sugar or fat like the cereals and tater tots. So we have learned to bring our own healthy food. Duck Dive was closed mon & Tues, so no access there. Other than that, we love it here and keep coming back about 4 times/year. Love the pool, service, room with two doors, it’s smack next to Ron Jon and beach access and great restaurants by the ocean. Thanks Beachside!
