Stayed as part of a pre cruise so hotel was recommended . Worse stay ever . Hotel is old and dated . Rooms were not clean properly at all . Changed rooms 3 times First room tattered carpets Second room drain / sewer smell in bathroom shower . Shower either worked the hand held option or shower head . Third room same problems with shower and the condition was not any better . Booked the standard King room as per the cruise booking . Will not go back for sure . Staff did respond to queries and did try to assist but the issues are the building and cleaning .

Noisy. The walls are thin; you could hear the guest and the shower running in next room. The room was dark and the bathroom lighting poor. Given the high room rate there was no free water in the room nor bathrobe nor slippers. Disappointing.
