Staffs are super nice and kind, thank you Jinet for checking me in. Small gifts are provided, sweet. Room is clean, pool and gym are nice. elevator is bit messy, but just a little bit. Printer works excellent. Parking cost additional 20 dollars. Super convenient. Recommend it.

Our room was just in front of the elevator which was being repaired starting right at 7:00am. Lots of noise throughout the day not to mention the wait times to get downstairs. The breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. The windows didn’t open, the phone didn’t work (to call the front desk), the stairs were inaccessible from the main lobby, the cleaning crew skipped our room’s daily cleaning, etc, etc. If you have other options, please do Not choose this hotel.

Overall, a little disappointing. Housekeeping offered twice over the course of 8 days. Both at around 4pm. Sheets not changed, only straightened. After asking multiple times for towels, the easiest and most efficient option was to get them myself from the front desk. Zero information provided about check out time, pool hours, in house dining or housekeeping. Pool was out of service for construction unbeknownst to guests. Service simply fell a little short of expectations in comparison to previous "courtyard" stays and general Marriott stays at other locations.

This hotel was very nice. The location in Coral Gables was fantastic and very central for our needs while in town. Parking was extra ($20/night), but there were two convenient parking lots to choose from directly behind and beside the property. Our room was very spacious with king bed and sofa. The furniture was comfortable and we slept well. Cleanliness was top notch, no complaints there at all. Water pressure was great in the shower. The pool area was nice, we spent some time sitting at a table in the shade (mostly shaded by afternoon out there so if you're looking to tan, go early). The gym space was nice and more than adequate. We experienced no issues with the elevators, there was always one available and never had to wait long at all. Overall, a great stay and I would book there again next time I'm headed to Miami.

The room I had was fully upgraded and clean. The rest of the hotel seemed updated and clean as well. I was disappointed that there was not a free breakfast like other hotels around the area. (Aloft) They are 3 miles from airport and have two hotel vans sitting in their lot 24/7 but they do not have airport pick up/drop off. Good location and parking is easy even though you have to pay.

They need to get the second elevator working ASAP. I've stayed there 3 times over several months and it's still under construction. The stairs are outside and not accessible by guests without a key from a manager. Also, we used the pull out sofa one night for our son and it was filthy. Otherwise, staff is nice and hotel is convenient.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and kind. The pool area was very nice, the only bummer was there were no pool towels and you had to go ask for them, they said they would bring some and never did. The room was clean and nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink didn't drain well. The pillows were very flat and smelt. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and a good convent location.

They need to fix the 1 of 2 elevators. A guest that comes every year told us that this happened last year as well. No service elevators for the workers either which was a challenge druing the weekend. Very nice staff however making all gueats feeling warm and welcomed.

One of the reasons we chose this property was location. We were disappointed that breakfast was NOT included. The confirmation we received stated breakfast for two included. When we questioned the to managers on duty, they just kept asking for our confirmation. When I showed them what we received from Expedia, they told me that the confirmation was just the hotel web page. We were frustrated with their answer and just decided to go out for breakfast at one of the local restaurants. The rest of the staff was great. We were also not told about the need to request room cleaning.

The hotel has a nice big lobby. The room was comfortable, however the hotel hallways were very warm. The outdoor pool experience could have been easily improved if towels were made available and maybe a planter added with greenery or flowers. The lobby’s water dispensers were frequently out of water. The restaurant options were pricey, but the salad was fresh. There was garbage outside on the ground at the main entrance. Our two-night stay was made less comfortable by housekeeping not making the beds or changing towels we had left on the floor. That was surprising. The air conditioning worked well but was extremely loud. All in all, we were hoping for a better experience given the price and solid reputation of Marriott.

The property is located in an excellent area and is overpriced for the services offered! The premises are unkept, rooms are not clean, rugs are dirty, staff is nice, no room service for restaurant. Food menu extremally limited, no valet parking, no assistance with luggage to or from room when arriving or leaving premises. Overall the hotel does not appear to belong to the Marriott chain Corporation!

The AC caused a lot of dew and moisture on everything in my room, my clothes would feel damp and so would the sheets. The carpet in my room felt damp also This caused my asthma to flare up. In addition, there was one day on the main floor, where the air conditioner was broken and the fourth floor room doors were soaking wet, and the carpet was also wet. I asked the front desk person for a catch up and he said he couldn’t walk 15 feet to go get it because there was nobody else at the desk. But several other times I had been to the desk and there was nobody there, There were stains on the rim of the toilet.

The bedding is cheap and does not feel comfortable at all. Its defintively not cotton The windows are so thin one can hear street noise non stop. Mattress is worn out and is way too soft I am very disappointed. The only positive Personal is very friendly

this hotel has a great location, our room was super noisy due to old windows system and closeness to a fast traffic street. air conditioner is very old also and the noise it makes is very high. bathroom totally renovated was nice. starbucks in property.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Coral Gables! The staff was friendly and the rooms were pleasant. The air conditioning could've been stronger and the wifi and shower water pressure were not great... But we were there for just three days -- overall a pleasant stay!

Convenient for Coral Gables. Windows were old and not sound proof or even sound dampening. Toilet was old and would not flush properly even after a couple of calls to maintenance. Lounge has very limited hours. Pool area nice, but could be beautified.

I liked that the hotel is centrally located, in close proximity to shopping, dining and a bit of site seeing. The staff were not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. Someone OPENED my door at about 8pm and when I shouted at the person they apologized and run off. I called the front desk immediately to report the problem. I was so scared. However, when I checked out the following day there was no report of the incident and no one had done anything about it. That unfortunately is not what I've come to expect of Marriott.

Requested twice in person at front desk to get our rooms cleaned as we were heading out for the day, Carlos at front desk made note, but room never got cleaned. We arrived late and asked for extra towels since room was not cleaned, it took us 4 reminders to call fri y desk as they did not deliver towels for 4 hours. When checking out no one was at front desk for a long while, we had to leave keys at the front desk to catch our flight

The staff really outdid themselves. Our room had some issues (the door to the restroom was off the track for example) but the staff were incredible. We accidentally forgot our passport and they helped facilitate a fedex pickup for the item. They were great!

Everything was perfect except the interaction with one person at the reception desk. They provided inaccurate information twice in regards to laundry. I was initially told all supplies for laundry (detergent, etc.) were available for purchase which was incorrect or they were out of stock. I then used DoorDash to get the supplies and there was no way to get change (quarters) at tho property. So, my entire load of dirty clothes was stuck in the washer. I then called from the laundry room for help and he said he’d come help but didn’t come. I went back to the front desk after waiting and he was on his personal phone. He then told me I could go to Walgreens to get what I needed (half a mile away at 2am). Great property, great location, great stay. One bad interaction with staff.

The shower must drain properly. If it does not it is unsanitary. And a Guest should NEVER have to use towels to mop the floor. When a Guest asks to change rooms for this reason it should have been handled on the spot. "We will have someone come up and fix it" is not correct solution. The housekeeper cleaning up all the towels does not fix the problem. And obviously a plumber was not called in. Just let the Guest change rooms. And the excuse "we are full" is untrue. This bad review could have been saved by the asst manager if he would do his job.

Hotels was clean. However, they had major computer issues when I arrived and check in took more than 45 minutes. In addition to the ongoing...Thank you for your patience " comments , I was given a bottle a lemonade drink and a small bag of chips from their minor snack shop as a sort of concession. Parking was minimal at best and I had to park across the street. dark lot, very unprotected and questionable. Breakfast was a paid for Bagel or Muffin and juice or milk. Every staff member acted as though they had no idea as to what they were doing. Each transaction ( Breakfast etc) was overly complicated and painfully confusing. If your seeking a weird experience, this is definitely the place.

The hotel is located in the very nice neighborhood of Coral Gables. You can walk to Miracle Mile, and have many options nearby to eat and shop. The hotel is on the main road, so there is traffic. It is only 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is nice and the shower is good. Brittany at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was great. The beds were really comfortable. The little market they had was so nice & always stocked with snacks & drinks. I was surprised it was free for guests. The cafe was also really good. We had breakfast there on the morning we checked out. We had a breakfast burrito, lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes & a breakfast sandwich. They were all amazing & way beyond expectations of an affordable hotel restaurant. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting that area.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Very nice and walkable area, excellent parking and a great cafe. Above all, the staff made us feel very special with warm welcome, giving information & recommendations about the area and being very friendly. Would be our top choice for the next trip.
