Great property, only complaint is the elevators from the lobby down to the beach & bar were out of service our whole trip. Got pretty tired of walking 2 flights of stairs but i guess it was good for us. There also isn't a lunch or evening restaurant, only breakfast. Other than that, really liked the property.

Beach chairs and umbrella services convenient.many stairs to beach and handicap elevator out of service.pools warm and clean. Pool staff did pick up an alive pigeon by the wing and threw it which was disturbing.Rooms clean.Gym was fabulous-equipment new. Filtered water available in gym.mini fridge with drinks and snacks in room- $50 charge to have removed. Very international. Grocery store about a block away.

It was my first time staying at the Trump international beach resort hotel. I absolutely loved everything about it. The fitness center was excellent, the pool, and beach set up was beautiful, and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The location has shops, and places to eat aswell. Wonderful place but expensive especially with hidden fees and like 50 a night for overnight parking and not including tips to valet, bellmen and also the cost for the beach chairs and umbrellas, and you tip those guys too.

Parts of the room were beat up and needed repairs. Our toilet overflowed 2 days in a row causing us to go all the way to the lobby to use the bathroom. Only 2 elevators worked the whole week and with 31 floors it was very time consuming going to and from our room.

All started well, we were able to check in early and did get connecting rooms. However, as soon as we rode the elevator our experience started to go down. All the elevators for guests are loud and noisy. I wanted to ask for the inspection cert but kept forgetting. As son as you exit the lobby you start to see poorly maintained areas of the hotel. Places were there were water leaks that left stains and mold behind. Our rooms had evidence of mold in the shower, on the air vents and on the ceiling. We also kept being bothered by someone asking if we wanted turn down service which we repeatedly told them no, not for our whole stay. The room next to us would place loud music and smoke weed which the smell permeated our room as well. The washer smelled like mildew and after washing my clothes, they still smelled weird. The dryer had sand in it so it needed the lint trap vacuumed out. The food was great and the staff friendly but that’s about it. We were excited to stay here but will not be returning for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of the experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Everything was well taken care of, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

The property has excellent amenities. The queen double bed room was large and bathroom is roomy with a separate tub and shower. The view was great of the ocean. The beech was on the grounds. The hotel provided umbrellas, lounger chairs and towels. Everything was clean, but the hotel is a little bit dated and needs a renovation in the near future.

Beach view very beautiful the room is very clean and spacious the only back draw was the coffee machine it gives a small amount of coffee not even a half of a cup and the bottled water they are supposed to leave you free bottles (Trump) water, but they try to make you use the one that is not free As for breakfast it’s not free my wife and I got the buffet at the restaurant it was good but way to pricey I suggest to go across the street (plaza) there’s a lot of options over there for way better price

Our room had so many problems . So many broken things lights, fridge , shower would make and odd extremely loud noise . Bathroom was making a flushing sounds every 3-5min. No plugs for phones as in usb plugs or wall plugs by the beds .

My brother door did not work. Battery was out on the key thing. This was 3 am the night we got there. After waiting nearly an hour he had to be moved. They “upgraded” him to an “ocean” view that was really a view of a nearby tower with a partial ocean view and gave us free tickets to their breakfast buffet (each priced at 40 dollars normally). The buffet tasted like cub foods food. I am glad we had it for free since it was garbage and we would have been very disappointed otherwise. Anyways my brother was not moved until the afternoon the next day after dealing with the door not working for 12+ hours. The upgrade was not very good. Then when we left the valet accidentally gave us his keys so we had to drive back on checkout day. We did get 100 dollars comp for each room for that inconvenience and that part of it was just fine. However the room issue was a lot of fuss for not enough payout. Overall the price of this resort compared to other resorts in the actual Caribbean is not worth it.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, even though I never stayed there. I made a reservation and tried to cancel only 10 minutes later, but they refused to process the cancellation. I ended up losing all my money with no option to use it as a credit for a future stay. I called several times, but nothing was resolved. To make things worse, I even paid for the insurance offered through Expedia, yet I still didn’t get a refund. The most frustrating part is receiving multiple emails from the hotel asking how my stay was, when they should know very well that I never checked in. This is unacceptable customer service. I feel scammed

I was impressed with the staff. We were accommodated with help to find pool chairs. Lunch consisting of a delicious burger with fries that was promptly delivered. The virgin strawberry daiquiris were the best I have had. The extra large pool with the waterfalls was beautiful and relaxing. Our room was nice with a cozy bed, nicely decorated and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. I cant wait to come back!

We are regulars to Trump International & their Spa. We are very much Trump supporters! However, upon leaving we found fees on our bill that didn’t make any sense. Even worse off…we call valet for our car. We have always given valet gratuity at the end of our stay even though you are charged every day . Today we call for our car and a women from valet comes to our car and says , you didn’t pay valet and you owe us one hundred dollars . We explain that we most definitely did and she said, no you did not! We get out of the car and show her the receipt and of course, it was paid. She wasn’t apologetic what so ever. It was very embarrassing how she treated us as the rest of the valet men were just staring and smirking at us. We left without giving the extra gratuity due to the way they all acted. NOT EVEN 3 MINUTES LATER THE PHONE RINGS WITH “NO CALLER ID” and a man asks for Mike and said, YOU ARE A MOTHER explicit and hung up. We knew it was the valet that called. I immediately called the hotel and asked for the manager and explained exactly what happened. Of course, we can’t prove it because he blocked the call. The manager apologized and said, she was embarrassed for the hotel and would send out an email to all departments. Unfortunately, we will never return to the hotel!

We loved the hotel and surrounding area. Great pools, great food and drinks. The view was amazing and the staff was beyond fantastic. My only watch out is that there is a $45/day resort fee and $50/day parking fee that we didn’t notice when booking. In addition, there was 20% service fee added onto every food service invoice and then we were prompted for a tip, and we added another 20% because we didn’t think the server would get a tip otherwise. I’d still say it was worth it, but just be aware there are many fees!

Would expect a little more hospitality at a Trump resort, for the price you pay. No activities at the pool or beach at anytime. Pool bar closed early. Only one dinner restaurant, food was good, but not a big variety. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included which was nice! Rooms did have microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely needs some updating and cleaning!!!

The air in the room did not work, they gave me the room 2 hours later because it was not finished, in the pool they wanted all the time that I paid them without having finished, everything is to be repaired that disenchantment of all the times I went before. The bathroom rate did not discharge. The hotel is 2 or 3 stars, let them make it new👎👎👎👎👎👎

Even though I asked for someone to set up the sofa bed they didn’t do it in the afternoon. At 11pm when we came back i called and they told me at that time nobody was working in house keeping, that I had to do it myself. The next day I called to ask for extra shampoo and conditioners since we were three including my teenage daughter. They didn’t do it. At certain moment my daughter was taking the shower I called they told me the extra staff will be in 5 minutes, 30 minutes later she had to not to wash her hair. Finally the last day the water got clogged. They arrived to solve the problem 2 hours later. Elevators very slow, 10 minutos to wait. Long lines to get into the elevator This is a very, very expensive 3.5 star hotel
