Dirty Cockroaches in the room Needs to be destroyed the building Disappointed

The hotel needs so updates to the building and furniture but everything was very clean and the hotel smelled great. I had an issue with my reservation and Gigi was so great and helped me out so much! I was very happy with the staff.

Staff was amazing, from check in to check out. As a solo traveler I also felt extra safe because the front staff would always acknowledge me when I left and came back, and provided ideas for where to go for food and the safest places in the area. Parking was very close, right in front of the hotel and along the side. AND the hotel is located in a great spot in Coral Springs for restaurants and coffee (Starbucks!). It is an older hotel so there is wear and tear visible but my room was clean and everywhere I went was clean.

Great location, feel safe, many restaurants to walk to. Free parking. Great staff, especially helpful was Gigi at the front desk, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again
