We had a nice stay. Room was comfy and quiet. We have stayed here numerous times and it was the first time we ever paid for parking. $12.00 a day to park is ridiculous as it’s not a covered parking area or anything special. It’s a parking lot in the open.

The rooms were nice and updated, as was the gym. However the rest of the hotel felt dated. The breakfast was so-so but not worth $22 so we only ate there once and opted for Starbucks down the road. The exterior is in need of a thorough cleaning. We booked a room with a balcony and I don’t think the sliding door had been cleaned in years. Driving in to the property I felt as though at one time this was a grand hotel but has since been neglected. I left feeling like I over paid.

The hotel is loud. The sounds from the lobby amplify up to the rooms. Add to this the sounds from the pool. There were a large number of children staying there who ran up and down the halls and stairwells all day and up to midnight. Hard to get any rest. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

I have loved this hotel. I've stayed here more than a dozen times and I'm a Bonvoy member; however, this last stay was not quite like the others and left me with a blah experience. When speaking to the front desk staff whether by phone or in person the customer service was mediocre, unfriendly, short and dismissive. The room I stayed in was nice, but the toilet seat definitely needed replacement. It was extremely worn and the plastic was borderline melted/deformed or defective. For this quality of a hotel I expected better, but the lack of customer service and subpar attitudes were really what stood out. They all seemed complacent and ready to go home.

This hotel and staff are beyond top notch! We arrived exhausted from a 15 hour drive unexpectedly for our father's funeral. We were greeted warmly by Carolyn who was amazing and beyond sympathetic! Felicia was also an unbelievable help during our stay! Offers of free breakfast on the morning of my dad's funeral was a great comfort and the chef Hanang, who above being amazing in the kitchen was warm, and offered to make anything we wanted including whatever my son desired! Our server Zsane a.k.a Bahama Mamma made us laugh and was beyond attentive to us!! After the funeral we arrived back with some friends. We sat in the bar and the restaurant staff came out and handled everyone's drinks and food orders with grace and speed, it was overwhelming as we didn't anticipate having 20 people come to the hotel but it was beyond an amazing experience! This hotel is top tier and would not stay anywhere else when we return! The staff (too many to mention all) made a very sad time bearable and comfortable!

This is the worst Marriott property I have stayed at. Terrible customer service. Room service never answers the phone, some receptionist staff members had no experience and were somewhat rude (not sure if it was the lack of experience) Had to call over 20 times room service and no one answered so front desk said “we’ll make sure they give you a call” which they never did.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There were drunk people at the bar being extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off around 6:00 AM. Being woken up that early by a fire alarm after dealing with excessive noise from the bar made the entire experience frustrating and exhausting. I expected a hotel to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for its guests, but that was definitely not my experience here. I would not stay here again.

The A/C whistles while running which is annoying at night trying to sleep. We found a dead cockroach in the room and during our 6:25am fire alarm evacuation we found a couple in the stairwell too. Also, when running water in the bathroom sink, it would leak all over the counter. Beds were comfortable. Good shower.
