I enjoyed my stay with my family. Had an initial issue with trying to obtain an airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel but eventually got everything sorted. Mr Keller even made sure we got checked in early and he was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. 2 queen beds and a sofa, room had a microwave and mini fridge with a sink. The daily breakfast was good, decent options, pancakes instead of waffles. There’s coffee and tea available at all hours in the lobby. There is a really nice gym as well. Pool is a bit small but that didn’t matter much. Maids were nice, provided additional towels and cups when requested, without issue. They did not advise that their airport shuttle only left every hour and therefore we had to Uber to the airport but it’s not super far. Overall I’d stay again.

Airport shuttle service along with the size of the room was excellent.The entire staff was wonderful. The only problem which is minor was the elevator very slow. Lucy for me I was on the 2nd floor so the stairs was much appreciated

This is a nice place for a pre cruise night. Only problem was getting shuttle to the hotel from the airport. We were told they run a regular schedule back and forth until midnight. BUT you Must call hotel to make arrangements for shuttle to pick you up. We waited for over 1 1/2 hours.

The service and comfort of the room were excellent. However I was in room 411 and the AC condensation made the carpet underneath it and around the window constantly damp. The window seal leaked water to the extent that I had to keep a bath towel on it to soak up the water. I took photos and showed front desk but that was the extent of their addressing it. Not worth the hassle of moving rooms. The parking is very tight. The elevator has got to be the slowest elevator in the history of hotel elevators. And one elevator for a hotel of this size is ridiculous. For those reasons I probably would not stay again. The woman running the breakfast during the week is a gem.

There was only 1 pool and it was small. But it was empty and warm. There was a Wawa and a Waffle House directly next to the building. Both outside and inside was quiet. The continental breakfast wasn’t tasty. The staff seemed friendly at a glance but I felt rushed I asked questions at the front desk. The beds were comfy but seeing a roach ruined everything for the entire stay.

My room was ok. The fridge was not cleaned as there was food left inside from a prior guest which made me feel like the room was not cleaned either. Luckily I bring my own blankets and towels with me when I travel. It was quiet and having Wawa right next door was a convenient. The cleaning staff were not friendly either.

Location is ok. Staff was nice. There is a WAWA convenience store next door. Hotel was ok and would have been better but there were several cockroaches in our room and hairs in the shower and on bathroom floor. My husband told the front desk about bug problem and they said they would put in a ticket for it. We were too tired to switch hotels so just dealt with it. $385 for two nights is too much to spend to spend the night with roaches. Hotel looks good from outside and inside the room but looks were deceiving. Previous reviews said some people saw roaches and I should have listened. :(

When I checked in I found a roach in my room and the floor was dirty the end tables by the bed were dirty I had to go downstairs and they put me in a different room which was cleaner than the first one but of course it was on the same floor so I figured it was still going to have an issue with roaches And the shower Flora was filthy I had to clean it myself

Room was dirty. We used the pull out sofa and when we removed the cushions, there was all sorts of food and crumbs. As we unfolded the mattress, crumbs continued to fall out of the bed. Elsewhere in the room had other visible debris on the carpet. The bathroom cabinets needed wiped down. Corners of the bathroom tile appeared dirty. It just needed a deep clean in addition to a thorough vacuuming. There were 6 of us on the reservation and I specifically put in the notes to please have linens available for the pull out couch. I received a response from the hotel saying “no problem”. There were none in the room and none given to us at check in. When we arrived so late and have kids that just want to crash, this wasn’t ideal. The next morning we all go to shower and there are only two towels in the bathroom. The room sleeps 6. The reservation is for 6. And there’s only 2 towels? I shouldn’t have to go to the front desk multiple times to beg for the bare minimum that should be provided.

Room was good. Service was very good. Location was very good. Rooms were clean but a little dated. My biggest complaint is the a/c unit. It worked but had an awful noise to it. I went to the front desk for another room for this reason but was told all the units make this noise. Thankfully my son lived close by so I was able to get a fan from him to help drown out the noise it puts out

The air conditioning in the room was as loud as a semi-trailer. So if you turn it off it's too warm if you turn it on you can't sleep because of the noise, so don't expect to sleep.

The shuttle was nice, but the service desk employees didn't make you feel welcoming Monday morning when leaving, the desk over charged my card and one person gave me a price when I checked in for my room and then the morning staff that morning charged me another price which made me upset that I was charged an additional price when I was told I wouldn't.

We arrived shortly after noon. Check-in was 3pm. They had rooms available & still charged us $20. Extra for early check-in. I have never had to pay extra for an early arrival if a room was available. Due to this policy of charging, I would never recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the hotel, for us it was conveniently located to the airport and for this reason we picked it, nothing negative to say at all. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious and everything worked well. It’s obvious the hotel isn’t new construction, it appears to have been remodeled fairly recent and everything is being kept up nicely. I would definitely return to stay at this location considering my 1 night stay experience.

Nice large clean room with comfortable bed. There is a gas station food convenience store right in front of this Holiday Inn. Horrible ‘crotch-rocket’ motorcycle speeding until approximately 3AM. We will not stay again due to the noise. Sorry

Decent hotel, close access to essentials from the gas station near by. There's a waffle house close by and a wendy's a short walk away. Rooms were clean and we had no issues. Breakfast was good. We had a satisfactory selection to choose from every morning (oatmeal, eggs, sausages, pancakes, baked goods, yogurts, cereal fresh fruit etc.) Will definitely stay again.

This is a super clean place to stay and convenient to the cruise port and local shopping in Davie. The rooms were well kept and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of options.

Great location, easy fast check in, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh, hot and the service was amazing. Special shout out to the lady who ran the breakfast on Wednesday the 15th and Thursday the 16th. She was very accommodating had a huge smile. I was just amazing at what she does, you can tell she loves her job.
