I did my online reservation, let the stuff know i will be checking in after midnight, my flight got delayed, and I got there at 3am and there was no receptionist i knocked at the door and called their main numberbuntil 5 am. And finally decided to live. Another guest had an issue with his key and was in the lobby calling and knocking too. My guess is that he had to stay and sleep in the lobby after i left and 5am Never an apology, upsetting and dissapointing. You reserved to have the peace of mind to get there and rest. But i will necer go back there in my life

The hotel did not have key cards to get into the room so I had to wait for the representative to go up with me and open the door… This was ridiculous because after hours I had to call and request someone from housekeeping to come and open door which was more than 30 minutes waiting time

Horrible experience. No working elevator and only room available is on 4th floor. Had to leave and go elsewhere. Don’t know how they expected my 86 year old mother to climb three flights of stairs carrying her suitcase. BEWARE. no working elevator

The room was one step above a homeless shelter. I had a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. I checked in at 5, first check-in was at 3, and I met the housekeeping lady coming out of my room. I had no pillow cases on the pillows and had to get them myself. Broken down cars in the parking lot.

I was expecting a clean room with proper lighting, but the dim hallways and no frills room is far below what you would expect. It looked like a converted apartment building. I would not stay here again. The AC didn't work in the room and it was basically hot air circulating in the room. We had to wait a few minutes to check in because there seems to be only 1 person working. We tried to check out the next morning at just before 10am and there was no one at the desk. We had to call and was told to leave the key cards in our room. Overall, I did not get good vibes.

There is a check-in window, rather than a check-in desk or lobby. There was one person checking in several people, and he was as nice as can be, but he could have used some help. The weirdest thing was that he told me and two other people who were checking in that he didn't have enough card keys. He walked each of us to our room and let each one in. I asked what would happen when I left and came back later in the evening. He said he would let me in when I got back. I told him it would be by midnight. He said he would let the next shift know. However, there is a sign on check-in window that says if you come in after 11 pm you have to dial a number (pasted there) and "someone will come." So he gave me his personal number, to call if I had any problem. (He was being nice, not creepy.) The room was littered with dead cockroaches, and throughout our stay, I saw a bunch of live cockroaches traversing all over the room. The water when it initially came out of the faucet, was yellow in color, the fridge had rust, and it was broken, the bathroom did not have a shower curtain and I had to go request one. It seems that this is become more of an apartment for a lot of guest versus an actual hotel for others. The hallways smelled like stale, smoke and grime. On our first night there, the fire alarm went off at 12:46 AM and everyone had to evacuate the building until the fire department came and turned off the fire alarm with the master key. We were finally able to go back to sleep close to 1:20 AM. There is no front staff available at any point in time. The list goes on.

Check in was 3pm and I did not get my room until after 6pm because my room had not been cleaned and no one even cared to apologized or seemed to care. Apparently only 1 housekeeper works at one time and it shows! Rooms and common area were very dirty and smelly but probably no fault of the housekeeper since she has to go it all. Hotel is very run down and has roaches. Avoid this place!

The mattress was bad, you have to find a spot on it to be able to sleep. There were german roaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. The hallways smell like chemicals and other smells. People smoke outside the front door and around the hotel. Everything is old, the fridge is rusted inside and out. The elevator shakes and makes not normal noise. This hotel neds to be remodeled.

The mattress if you want to call it that was basically a box spring. I am not kidding. The TV was by today's standards very small. About 20 inches. We didn't have towels, soap, or shampoo. We did not stay the night. Checked in at 3 PM and checked out by 9 PM the same night. Awful.

Worst place I’ve stayed at in the Fort Lauderdale area.. Multiple roaches seen everyday.. You can hear your neighbors conversations/arguments through the walls.. actually that was my entertainment because the tv didn’t work. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my 2 week stay.

The water coming out of the pipes was dirty and yellow. Tried to fill the tub three times. And the water was still dirty. The refrigerator was rusting and pitted. The single mattress, was thin and had sharp springs in it. The toilet was not bolted to the floor. Upon entry I felt my shoes sticking to the floor. The room was so bad, i checked out a day early.

Overall the property was nice and convenient and close to Wawa gas station which has a lot of food and drinks. The room appeared nice and clean and well presented. But soon after settling in, I saw a roach in the kitchen area and then small bugs on the floor. And one in the bed. I really wanted to like this property but will probably avoid due to this. Also, walls are very thin and you hear the activity in adjacent rooms. The staff were very pleasant and helpful however.

I did not get the chance to experience your hotel because after booking and making my payment for two nights I was told at the time of check in that there were no rooms available and I would need to contact my booking agent for a refund. How can that be after my money was collected and room confirmed. My experience is the reason I would never attempt a stay at this business ever. I need to for my full refund to be issued.

We made the reservation at 11 am and got to the hotel at 6:30 pm. Our room had been given away because the desk clerk said they didn't charge the card in advance to hold the room. We've never had any hotel give our room away. They just charged the card on file for the night. We've stayed at your facilities a few times. We never will again.

If you’re looking for cost efficient and convenience then this is the spot ! Me and my family stayed here right before our move and the staff was really helpful. Very dog friendly. Also Romeo was very helpful as well !

The room was very nice and it was clean I won’t deny that. However the remote for the tv did not have batteries, and shower water pressure can be weird at times. But overall the front desk associate was extremely friendly and informative and clear about the room property and services. The hotel is conveniently located around the corner from a gas station and from some dining establishments so I would definitely recommend staying here. You can also get cooking equipment from them for like $40 so it’s great for anyone who doesn’t want to eat out and wants to cook indoors

First. we could not check in. never used the service. No ONE their it was closed. I used the house phone followed instruction as they sign posted said. NO ONE Picked up the phone. I had to find another hotel elsewhere. I would like my money back. This should not be in EXPEDIA. VERY BAD location WOULD not recommend to anyone but send and alert to stay away. EXTREMELY UNSAFE LOCATION

The place is fine but, the noise close the Interstate 595 East can be a issue at the night time. Because sometimes you can hear like racer for motorcycles or F1 dreamers drivers. For the rest you can survive.

This property appearance is not like it show online not as clean as it look you hear people walking in hallway, dogs barking, air conditioner making noise , smell of Marijuana was awful also the water was tinted brown didnt feel safe to brush teeth nor shower wasnt nice at all

We only stayed for 1 night but it was terrible. Bed sheets with stains, floor dirty that you couldn’t walk without shoes, the hallways smelled really bad, people smoking weed at the main entrance door, no receptionist when we arrived it was a phone number that we have to call but nobody answer and we waited for 15 mins not knowing what to do. The tv didn’t even work and on top of all that when we woke up to get ready to leave early morning we found roaches walking on floor and crawling on the walls. Never again. Ohhhh, our reservation said that breakfast was included but when we asked it was no breakfast. Not recomendable!!!

The experience was terrible from the check in they put us in a room that was not clean and the manager told us it was not on the list to be cleaned that day, the front desk close at 7:00pm, there was no toilet paper in any rooms when I went down stairs the front desk lady told me that I have to go a mile to Publix and buy my own. The roaches in the room ..OMG we were without television service for two and a half days. When you called the front desk they refuse to answer the call. They charged you a $1.50 for a cup of coffee in the lobby. This hotel is a total DUMP my family and I will NEVER use this brand ever again

I will not recommend this place to anyone, I didn’t even stay. The two nights that I booked. The floors were sticky. The room was terrible. No customer service in the front. I couldn’t even find an employee. to check out because I could not stay there that night. The sink was physically broken as well as not functioning. Stewardess were rude, dirty, and obnoxious.

I literally come here every time I need to stay in Broward FL. The team is amazing so helpful, quick to get situated, and welcoming. 10/10 close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, etc 10/10 for me
