The room was clean, but in the middle of the night, the body wash dispenser fell in the shower, which did not make for a great night's sleep (no one had used the shower yet). The desk attendant did offer to send someone to fix it, but we declined - we just wanted them to know about it. The breakfast was pretty good and the server was GREAT.

The front staff was great. Her name was India I think. Super helpful and nice. When we got into the room it was an overwhelming smell of mustiness/mildew. It was pretty gross. The room was clean otherwise. The bathroom had small ants on the counter and the shower drain was slow, so you had to shower in a puddle of collecting water. I was only staying 2 nights and didn’t bother to complain bc I didn’t want the hassle of being moved.

The on;y issues were: 1. There was a maint. issue that was not resolved before the room was cleared for use. 2. House keeping gathered used bathroom linen without replacing.

We have stayed here before and had no issues. However the room we were given this time should not be reserved. First upon opening the door which was almost stuck shut, was the musty and damp odor. The AC was working but certainly was NOT removing moisture from the room. Not sure the problem was but the rug felt damp to the touch and any clothing left out felt damp when you picked it up. Also there were a number of maintenance items that needed to be performed. 1. The tub drain stopper was snapped off 2. The entry light was burnt out 3. The outlets and reading lamp on the bedside closest to the windows were dead 4. The toilet seat was very loose so you slide around when you sat I have come to expect a much higher standard from Hilton brand hotels and while this was a one off, it did color my possible choosing of this particular hotel again in the future.
