Could hear when the above u it flushed the toilet or took a shower in the bathroom and kitchen area. The floor around the shower had, what looked like, previous water damage. Carpet on floor 5, specifically, in front of rooms, had what appeared to be large bleach stains. Water feature by pool wasn’t operating. Restaurant was almost non existent.

We stayed here 5 years ago, so the property itself seems a bit worn in areas, esp. the exterior. The fountain in the pool area was not working or turned on? It’s a nice feature, so would be nice to see it working. The side gate leading to the parking lot is unusable, so it was a little annoying. It would be convenient to be able to access it. The pool is nice, but the hot tub was lukewarm after the 1st day. It rained quite a bit, so it would’ve been nice if there were more outdoor furniture in the covered patio area to sit and relax in while it rained if you wanted to be outside. We love that the hotel is ocean front and you can see and hear the surf from your room. All the staff are very nice and helpful. We love the suites with kitchen and balcony, super convenient. The rooms are nice, but feel a little worn also. Guest services were super responsive and quick when we made some room amenity requests. The breakfast is great and has a wide variety of options. It would be nice if there were some more food options or like a complimentary happy hour for guests with lite appetizers and beverages. It’s very quiet overall, you can faintly hear music playing. I would turn the music up and also the tv’s playing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and can see us returning again in the future.

Staff great Washer did not work three times. I came there for two weeks to escape cold The hot tub was main attraction, but it did not work . Some times it was cold and jets hardly worked. Did not feel very good about my stay

The hotel was nice and served breakfast everyday. The elevators were often out of order which caused congestion. The hotel is nice but needs updating and while clean it wasn't super clean. The pool was really dirty most of the time. Overall we had a good experience.

Nice stay at this hotel. Pool and hot tub were fantastic as well as well as the breakfast. Did not like paying $15.00 per day for parking after already paying for our room. At least build it into the room cost.

I would be nice if they had more parking. We had my daughter meet us at the hotel, so we had two cars. The second vehicle had to park across the street in a sketchy dirt parking lot with no lights.

Water was shut off when we checked in. A pipe burst in the room across from one of the rooms we checked into. The hallway was flooded but they tried to clean everything up as fast as they could. Water was off for a few hours. The elevator and hallways were extremely hot but the rooms we're nice and cool. The pool was kinda dirty, that was the biggest ick out of everything, the oil slick sheen on the top and all the bugs in the water. The complementary breakfast was really good. Overall I would stay here again.

Cons: lots of extra pricing that we weren't aware of when I booked the room. Wasn't happy to be charged to park especially during an approaching hurricane. Found one cockroach on the kitchen countertop. The living room area reeked of dog urine. The dog relief area was extremely small with pipes taking up most of the small space. Pro: free breakfast and access to food which was extremely welcoming considering we were hunkering down from the hurricane and didn't want to travel to look for food nearby. Pet friendly although didn't allow dogs in the lobby.

We’ve stayed here a few times over the past year. While in previous years I have always commented on how incredibly clean the hotel was, things were different this time around. Our room was very musty, dirty, and had a lot of visible black mold in the shower and ceiling. They are cleaning up from a hurricane, so amenities such as the pool and access to beach are understandably unavailable. With this said, I did hear that many people were upset about this because they weren’t notified upon booking. Due to the condition of the room, we actually chose to spend our night at another Marriott down the road. This hotel also received severe storm damage but sent an email upon booking giving us some notice about their appearance/indication regarding what amenities wouldn’t be available. Overall, the staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. Concerns over mold and cleanliness take top priority, especially when someone in our party has severe allergies.

We are family of 5 (3 small kids) the sofa bed had pee smell and we didnt used it we didn't want to replace a room because it was late so we squeezed into the 2 queen beds In the toilet there was signs of the last person that poop there ... And the overal cleaning was really poor

The hotel is very nice. Super clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is great, lots of variety for everyone. The restaurant in site has really good food and is very convenient as you can eat inside or in the pool. The pool is delicious and clean and the jacuzzi is really good. The beach access is right outside the pool. The room is very clean and spacious and the beach view from the room and bed is gorgeous. And the gem of the place off course the beach, beautiful and relaxing, great for family with kids or couples. Everyone at the hotel and the area are very nice. Definitely coming back.

The pool wash off was broken and had parts exposed. The enamel paint on the hand rails was peeling outside room 606 ...ended up with paint chips all over my clothing / bits stuck in my skin. Ac exhaust vents onto balcony thus making the 100 plus degree temps even worse as well as making conversation on the balcony impossible. Shower had pink mold under the bench. Internet speed slow Bed was comfortable Tv and kitchen area were great

The third night there, our air started making funny noises. By 3 am it was hot in our room. Went to complain and get a fan. They came first thing and fixed it. The room did feel a little better when we got back after leaving for the day but it didn’t last. I thought it would ok to sleep but I noticed by midnight it was not blowing cold or even cool air. The room said 78. It was very hot to sleep. This was our last night. We were not offered anything for the problem. No refund or to be moved rooms. It would be nice to get something back for having to sleep like that.

The stay was perfect, staff are friendly, rooms well stocked, clean and pillows comfy. I like how they have coffee, water and flavored creamers always available. The pool was warm and the Jacuzzi was very hot and both were sparkling clean. plenty of outdoor and indoor seating options. Always had a parking space. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was nice, good variety of breads, nuts and oatmeal/yogurt toppings. The waffles and French toast sticks were delicious. The only thing I was sad about was not being able to hear the sound of the ocean from my balcony due to the sound of the machinery (like AC condensers) below. Would definitely come back!

Our room was a bit warn out. Couch was torn at the seams and repaired in some spots by hand stitching. Carpet was frayed. Air conditioner was extremely loud in the bedroom and on the balcony. The refrigerator was also loud. For the price of the room, we were very disappointed. We would have requested a different room, but they said they were sold out. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent!

The bar/restaurant area was extremely understaffed - the service was ridiculously slow. I think I stood there for 10 solid minutes just to get a fork! There was one table in the restaurant and she was over her head and had a hard time taking/filling any more orders - even just a drink order. Our overall stay was a disappointment-the GM that was on duty was rather rude. One of the outside showers was out of service and the other one only partially worked.

We arrived early. We went to check in, and told them we knew we were early, but we wanted to ensure we got a room that we had requested. They had three hours to get the room ready before check-in. They were 20 minutes after check-in time and the room was just getting ready. We had to ask twice for our room to be ready.

The front end lady, refuse to change me to another room when I explain that my balcony was dirty. An she hang up the phone twice, them I decide to go to the lobby and ask for a manager them the manager get me another room, the problem is no the rest of the staff but the associative thwart have the 15th at 4;00pm she don’t deserve work for this place

Check in was really easy and friendly, and the hotel was easy to get to and park. We brought 3 kids and reserved a double queen suit, which was perfect. Between the full kitchenette and complimentary breakfast, we didn't spend hardly anything on food, which is usually one of our biggest expenses, after a quick stop at the grocery store just down the street. The kids played in the waves and sand all morning, and played in the pool all afternoon. The wife and I spent a lot of time in the hot tub, which was huge. The hotel was quiet at night, and everything was very clean. The hotel staff was super nice, everyone you saw smiled at us and greeted us. Will come back!

Area is in my opinion a low end beach town. I prefer a little more upper end. I know that doesn't jive with the price point of this hotel, but it was a last minute 10 day trip with 2 other stops and I was trying to keep down the cost. It was fine for our needs. Certainly not top notch. We happened to be there when Hurricane Helene blew through so that did put a damper on things. The outside 2nd story was closed for renovations which we were not alerted to. Booked when we knew there was a hurricane (last minute work issue) and thought the outside deck would at least give us a space to be in besides our room so that was a bummer. Staff was friendly enough but we had limited interactions. Room was clean and had everything we needed to cook small meals for my husband and myself. AC was fine. Bed was fine. Patio was tiny but ok to sit out on and watch the ocean from an angle. All in all it was a ho-hum, solid, safe comfortable stay, just don't expect any luxury :)

Great location a bit south of the busy Daytona area. The room was spacious, equipped with the essentials, and very clean. Easy access to the pool and beautiful beach. Towels for the pool are available at the front desk. Great breakfast spread and the staff were all very friendly. We would definitely recommend!

Hotel was exactly as pictured on line. Our suite was clean, up to date, and spacious, with a full kitchen. Pool and hot tub were a really good size and always clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that they charge a fee for parking. But, all in all, a really nice place.

This property was dated, rug was worn. The shower floor was pitched wrong so the water pooled. Dinner was terrible my chicken was so dry I was choking on it. After they asked how it was I replied it was not good. She got the GM who comped the whole meal. My husband dish was also dry. They charge $30 a night to park in their own lot which they didn’t tell us about upon check in. The included breakfast was also awful. Definitely a 1 night stay hotel.

This was a great place overall. The room was great, bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was great with a large selection variety. My two biggest complaints were: the water pressure and the parking fee. There water pressure wasn’t very good so you wouldn’t get that great refreshing shower after a day in the beach or pool. Secondly was the parking fee. I stayed two days but had to pay parking for three. The parking fee was $20/day. I would stay here again.

I usually stay with Residence Inn but normally rent the junior suite. We rented studio suite this time by mistake , Obviously smaller & could not upgrade because of 3rd party booking. Older hotel & needs some renovations. Was doable for 2 night stay. Nice pool area but complimentary breakfast was cold first day
