Room was nothing like the pictures, it was dark colors and very drab. First you check in thru a 1 foot by 2 foot window, can barely hear the attendand. Front lobby lock. We asked about breakfast was told not since covid, please get over it all other properties have resumed what they advertise. We asked about the advertising they said they cant change it. The pandemic is over we booked because we needed to be in the area and breakfast is always a pluse for coffee and light snack. Even during covid other hotels did a grab and go, you picked up a brown bag and coffee. The bathroom well lets just say leave the door opwn cause theres not enough room to close it. The bed royally sucked i have never had such an uncomfortable bed. The decir needs to be lightened up as it was so drap and felt depressing. No table in room to eat at. Do yourself a favor and try to stay away from this location.

I feel bad for the housekeepers. Management makes them start knocking on doors at 7:45 am. We were there 4 nights and never got sufficient sleep. There was no do not disturb option because everyone was noisy all day and other guests were noisy all night. The housekeepers were incredibly friendly though and they deserve better. The sheets were blood stained and we found a bug in our bed. The lobby has been closed for over a year. There is no continental breakfast as advertised.

The site was very nice, clean, comfortable, and Pet Friendly. (Dog Loved it lots of grass! The Winery Next door is also worth a stop! It will be better if and when they open the lobby and get coffee and breakfast (if they serve breakfast). Overall a good stop at a very nice rate!

There was no service. Only night window. We were there before 7 pm. No shower curtain. $20.00 fee for dog under 6 pounds. No hospitality coffee. Room bedding had sour odor.

Parking lot is full of people working on vehicles. There is no hot water though they didn’t bother to mention that or offer a refund for a different motel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with any shampoos or soaps needed daily. The pool was down the week we were there but it looks like a nice outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and willing to help when needed.

Prior to making reservations made sure there was a pool considering I was bringing kids and upon arriving I noticed the pool was closed I asked the attendant what was wrong with it HE assured me it was just closed for maintenance and would be reopened IT WAS CLOSED the whole time we stayed there. The room was filthy and there was cochroaches everywhere!!!!

Me and my girlfriend stopped in for one night on way to vacation spot we were tired so it was late so we didn’t say nothing couple dead bugs smashed on walls room did not smell the cleanest towels rough not clean smell when leaving we noticed sheets stained appeared looked like blood I can not recommend this location and I will not stay again

Literally disgusting. Our door was open already upon arrival when we walked in it smelt heavily of lysol and bleach. They don’t clean the bedding they just drown it in lysol and make the bed. The stains on the mattress pads and lamps. There was also cockroaches. We were all itchy from laying in the beds.

The AC didn't work the guy from check in came and got it on but then we couldn't adjust the temp is was stuck at 61 degrees. Caulking was used to cover most likely cracks in the tub. Towels were supposed to be white were either dirty or stained. Beds were rock hard and pillows were paper thin.

People were up all hours of the night some in their underwear. We were there for work and it was exhausting. I would not take my family there. A roach crawled across my head while in the bed.

Room was not clean. Multiple baby German cockroaches in the bathroom area. Something on the floor behind the refrigerator. Looked like something had spilled. We have stayed here multiple times in the past. This is the worst we have had there.

It was fairly quiet stay. Not spotless clean, but not bad also. One big thing was the seal around the door to the outside was not there for the most part. Seen a couple of bugs in our room because of this. Large newer TV was nice. Hair dryer only blew cold air.

There were probably 15 to 20 construction workers outside the door until 2 o’clock in the morning drinking beer and we’re loud. Inside the room the smoke alarm was missing the only thing that was there were the wires the seal around the door look to be nonexistent, you can see the light through the door frame other than that the hotel was OK.

The rooms were clean but the sheets and towels were very stained, gray and very stiff/rough. The toilet kept running in the one room and the heater was stuck on 74° in the other room. It was VERY noisy. House keeping came to our rooms at 7am!! There was no breakfast at all as advertised. Only good thing was that The price was okay and the staff was very friedly.

The const workers who stay on the property leave at 4:30 am. Their trucks beep when they put them in rev to leave. The housekeeping cones by at 8a.m. banging on every door to remind you that checkout is at 11 am. Like I didnt know that. Hard to get any sleep.

Good location and pricing was good. It was a nice room but the staff wasn't pleasant at all. They seemed scared to even open the night window at 5pm to get people checked it. I think they could improve on this.

We got there a half hour early and the roo wasn't ready. The man who checked us in said he would get it ready ASAP. So we went next door to the winery to kill time. When we came back the room was ready except for no towel or wash cloth of any kind. My wife saw housekeeping a few doors down and asked them. They didnt have any but said when they were ready they would send them up. We went out to eat and when we came back, still no towels. My wife went to the office to ask and a different man was on duty. He said he would bring them up. About half hour later the bath towels showed up. Asked about hand towels and wash clothes and he acted like we were stealing them. We waited another hour and called the office from our cell phone and asked again. About 10 minutes later he knocked on the door and basically threw the towels and wash clothes at my wife and stormed off.

I paid 100 deposit in cash and when I went to check out the lady walked up to my room and came down with a smoke detector and accused me of removing it from the wall and took my 100 and stuck it in her pocket. I told her I had a smoking room and besides I couldnt even reach the smoke detector to take it down but she argued with me that I did it. I asked to speak to someone above her but she refused.

Rude service at check in. We checked in at 7:35 pm and couldn’t walk into the facility l. We had to use a small security window to try and communicate with the hotel representative. When we got to our room, the AC was turned off as well as the refrigerator. The room was sweltering and we couldn’t put groceries in the fridge. We will never stay here again. There are to many other options available yo put up with sub par accommodations.

They claim there is a hot breakfast on the internet. When we showed up for breakfast, they gave us Walmart brand small orange juice, a tiny Walmart energy bar, and a muffin the size of my thumb. That was their breakfast. They locked the lobby, and handed you the brown bag crap through the window. POOR!!

Pet fee is very expensive and ADDED to Expedia.com stated price; and there is NO BREAKFAST, at all. Not as advertised. Owner is nice and much of the staff, especially Debbie and Connie.

Well, it started off bad when I checked in the lobby wasn’t open and had to talk through a little window and I asked him where the free breakfast was. They said sorry we don’t have a free breakfast. I told him as well. It’s on your website that you were facility offers a free breakfast and they said no we don’t have a free breakfast. I would love my money back that’s why I went there because I wanted to breakfast on my early morning get away, and I had to go spend more money in the area.
