Nice location; close to downtown and on waterfront. Very nice pool area and the pool was actually big enough to get in some laps. Room was a little dated but nice compared to some others I’ve seen on my trip. Staff seemed very nice and helpful.

The room we were put had a broken TV and phone. We had to move to another room. The small bugs overwhelmed the outdoor seating on the balcony so we were unable to go out enjoy the view. We also had the bugs fly in anytime the door opened. Each time we went to the pool there were no towels and no one restocking. On the good side the restaurant on premise ( the three fisherman) was wonderful, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Bobby the bartender was amazing and gave us good ideas for places to go. He was friendly along with rest of the staff.

I was there for a weekend long baseball tournament and stayed with just my 10 year old son. It's older, not renovated. There was blood on my "clean" washcloth hanging up. The elevator broke the second day there, and I had a wagon and cooler on the third floor. One of the other parents staying there was walking down the stairs and the handrail broke off the wall, causing him to fall down the stairs. The microwave was in the closet. The breakfast was good, the AC was cold, the room itself was spacious, and the pool was nice. However one of the ladders in the deep end of the pool were broken as well.

You are paying for the view. Where to start, its definitely an older hotel with cosmetic upgraded needed. We check in, pool is closed since Hurricane, no breakfast other than coffee. We got a great view! The TV, 480i at best, no HDTV. We wake up in thr morning, bugs are lining the ceiling from the type right outside our sliding glass doors, which we did not leave open. We take a shower, very low, very low water pressure, did i mention low? Don't think we will be back.

My big Brother passed, had to come from Maine every month for the last 6 months. Reasonably priced, well kept, staff wonderful. Restaurant on site, wonderful, also free breakfast, close to downtown & beaches. Dolphin comes occasionally to entertain. The restaurant has live music in season. Pool on property, small beach, family of ducks, etc. Great place!

I love the hotel with the view and the docks. Restaurant is very convenient. Breakfast is good and different eggs both days. The only issue is elevator is hot and smells. I used steps.

The hotel overlooks the restaurant below, but no matter what room you move to the noise is too loud. The pool, the view and the breakfast were good. The elevator didn't work for a while and being on the 5th floor made it difficult.

Five star view, excellent customer service, room could have been a whole lot better. Room was clean in visible areas but not so much behind cabinets and such. The room smelled like wet, dirty carpet, and that was probably the worst part of it. The TV was pretty old and super dark, the iron did not work. Had to call front desk about shower not working, but it turns out the faster handle was just very hard to move. I felt like I was about to pull it out of the wall. In general, the room was pretty dated and not so clean, but the view was simply amazing. I guess, for the price, you can’t really complain too much

The room was disgusting with dirty windows, room smelled bad and damp, sheets dirty with black dots possibly bed bugs, bathroom with hair and dirty toilet. We had to fight for another room and even the 2nd room was old and smelled.

The girl at the front desk is so nice I forgot her name, but her complexion is stunning. And she is always working the night shift. She is accommodating, and helpful every time I save stayed here. The rooms do need to be updated and are clean. I have experienced once where there was hair left behind in my shower. But besides that, it's a decent place to rest after traveling.

The views are great but the hotel needs to be renovated, it’s so old! Th bathroom features are so old that makes it look ugly despite been clean and spacious. The carpet has to go!!! Invest in the hotel, it’ll be worth it.

Room was large, but beds were hard. Lots of noise from cars racing up the bridge which was right next to my room. Next door guest woke me up at 3am with singing that lasted until I check out at 630am cause I couldn't take it anymore.My family went to get breakfast and left empty-handed since their was no one to attend to them in restaurant. Wish it could have been better

Not very quiet…can hear a lot from other rooms. Ceilings in bathrooms very low. Did not have extra blankets in rooms only a thin cover over sheets. Other travelers with us did not get the room types promised in their reservations

We had an excellent stay. I read my book on the balcony. Plenty of dining options nearby. Comfy bed. Amazing free breakfast. Soft large towels. Plenty of space. Reliable wifi. Cons: there was a sweatshirt and Walmart bags not removed from the closet. The water pressure in the shower was low.

We could not get a room higher than 1st floor as none were available yet hotel was lightly occupied? Clerk was uncaring and matter of fact. Yet when our ac wasn’t working in our room they said they had another room available in a higher floor? Did not make sense. Hotel has declined significantly as we’ve stayed here before. In addition to faulty a/c our outlets didn’t work, and the clerk was unreachable for 2 hours of calling front desk to address a/c issue. Bathroom tile was dirty. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning.

My checkin was Wonderful and the receptionist was better this time around. But the only issue I had was when I asked for service to my room @ 12pm I came back around 3pm still no service then the Housekeeping Manager was so rude and disrespectful towards me. She told the housekeeper that if I wanted service I could clean my own room. That was so unprofessional and as me and the housekeeper proceeded to try to talk to her she didn’t care to talk. Her words were(if you the guest want it clean then you can clean it) then she walked off. The housekeeper apologized for her managers behavior and disrespect but it wasn’t her responsibility to do so but it’s just so unfortunate that someone would treat a paying customer like that. I’m upset because I only visit the Best westerns in Fort Myers when I come for my DR visits or traveling for work and it’s sad that I have to be treated so disrespectful and it makes me want to take my business elsewhere due to her lack of respect for customers.

I made two reservations at the same time on Expedia and they wouldn't recognize the 2nd room and then wouldn't help me get a second room. They made my employee step aside when he heard another person get an unreserved room for the same 1 night we needed. That's bad Customer service in my opinion.

Amazing. The location is perfect the staff are so accommodating. The pool is beautiful. The restaurant on site is so good. Loved our balcony, special thanks to juanita the property manager for helping us , and Belle at the front desk for being so kind. We hope to return in the future .

We had a 4 o’clock check in got here at 5 o’clock, and the room was not ready. The lobby was filled with people whose room was not ready. We went to the restaurant to get an early dinner since we had nothing else to do to wait for our room and she said she would call us and text us when the room was ready But never happened. We went back to the main desk at 7:30 and she said oh our room was ready and she had texted me, but that is not true and I showed her my phone I had received neither a text nor a phone call. There is no coffee machine in the room so you can’t make coffee in the morning. You have to walk outside to get to the main office to get a cup of coffee. If you don’t have your breakfast voucher with you, the jar of creamer was empty and the coffee was terrible

The only things that are in this property the two stars are the friendly staff and the Waterview but that’s about it if you’re comfortable with that for the price by all means stay here. My first impression was that I showed up here very late at night, and the property is set up in such a way that you essentially have to walk through the parking lot and directly into your room. There’s no real sense of security in a rather busy area Which has a bigger independent guy who carries even I felt pretty uneasy getting to my room. The next thing was that the residence here are extremely loud and clear. It’s pretty clear that some people are still living here permanently, and they treated as if they are in a private residence being very loud through all hours of the evening This wouldn’t have been an issue if my phone in my room was working but I couldn’t dial the front desk to ask them to get a hold of the noisy people at 1:30 in the morning and I certainly didn’t feel like getting dressed, restrapping myself and walking across the dark parking lot to the lobby so I just put on some white noise Next I’ll talk about the room The one I stayed in was very dark and old everything from the carpeting to the lampshades to the paint on the walls. It just seems old and dingy the next to the cobwebs pictured above the door and the last is how dated the bathroom is and dark and uninviting overall, I’d say the room kind of gives you a vibe that so I’m not great things have happened here in t

Enjoyed our stay there very much had huge balcony on the waterside very pretty at night. I live in the area so I know what it like around there and actually didn’t even feel like I was there room and staff so nice it’s just a lot of commercial area around there no real house neighborhoods

I loved the view of the city but the property is a little run down and they used way too much febreeze to make it smell fresh which drove my nose crazy! It was also difficult to figure out how to access the property from the main road.

Here for a conference. My room had great views of the river and was roomy. Nice balcony, with view of river and downtown. This property could use some updating, the bathrooms were outdated and need some new mattress. The breakfast was not worth it, same thing everyday for almost a week. So glad IHOP was nearby and I also had other places to eat close by.

RIver view from 3rd floor was okay, but you could see the top of the roof of the restaraunt on the property. The 3 Fisherman restaurant was the best thing about this stay. The dinner was delicious, live music, and beautiful river views. In fact, we ate there twice!! The hotel accommodations really need an upgrade. The room was large and spacious, but lamps were rusted and bathroom faucets were older and difficult to turn on. Room was surface clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was not great and the juice machine was broken. We opted for the IHOP next door for our next breakfast.
