My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and included standard continental breakfast items as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was unaware that there is no elevator on the property until I arrived. Even though the property has signs stating no smoking on the property, there were cigarette butts everywhere. The air conditioner in my room did not cool well and the furniture was old and had a lot of scrapes/ stains/peeling/visible wear. Part of the floor was peeling up. The private beach area and the pool were positives.

The room overall is standard. There’s good warm breakfast but can be tiring to eat the same thing if you stay long at the hotel. The breakfast area is restaurant with view so it’s nice. There’s a small “beachfront” I think you can swim on it but you would rather go at the main pensacola beach. The parking is free but at busy days you might it hard to find space. Warning to anyone with disability/old or with heavy luggages. There’s no elevators but it’s just up to second floor.

Door locks were not working properly had to change rooms. Shower/tub had been painted and was flaking off. The pool was not properly maintained and code closed it down for 1.5 days. Terrible potholes in the parking lock. Some of the staff were very unprofessional

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is poorly managed and does not care about its guests. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedding, food in the floor and a strong musty odor that made it impossible to feel comfortable. The bathroom fixtures that barely worked. The staff was unhelpful and rude when we asked for assistance, and instead of addressing our concerns, they brushed us off. The beds were rock hard and completely uncomfortable—like trying to sleep on a wooden board. Instead of resting, I woke up sore and exhausted. On top of that, the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. I expected at least a basic level of comfort, but this place didn’t deliver. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy sleepless nights on painful beds On top of that, there was absolutely no housekeeping during the stay. Trash piled up, the bathroom was never touched, and no clean towels and washcloths were provided. Having to beg for basic necessities like fresh linens is ridiculous, especially when you’re paying for a hotel For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before and never experienced something this bad. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere—this place should be avoided at all costs.

The room was not the cleanest. There were several issues noted. The bathroom door would not shut, front door was hard to shut, door that went to conjoined room door was not very secure, the window on the patio was dirty or distorted and you could not see out it to enjoy the view, the fridge was dirty, something gross on the wall, phone in room did not work, the bed had a dip in it, our room keys stopped working twice and they were not touching anything at all. The linens were stained, the AC was set to not get any cooler than 68 and it was to warm. Parking was not sufficient. Overall this was not a pleasant stay.

Ac cover was broken. It took a while to get cold in the room. I was sweating and the temp said 69 degrees. But the biggest thing is ROACHES. I went to pack my stuff up in the am and there was roaches running around and under the TV.

The viewing of the dolphins in the early morning, very nice view of surroundings. Must complain about floors not being properly cleaned and hair found in the bath tub. Would highly recommend replacement of tub, very old and not appealing. Would definitely recommend wearing shower shoes when stepping in.

Views were great. Private beach, nice pool, restaurant and bar on site was a huge plus. The room left us wanting. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. And those were the smallest queens ive ever seen. Had to go retrieve my own fresh towels. Which wasnt that big of a deal but I was made to go get the dirty ones and exchange them at the front desk. Overall it was a good experience though.

Expectations were met. We read the reviews. Considering its age, we knew the Inn would not be in prestigious condition, but it worked for us. We will stay there again. Maybe not long term, but 2-3 nights is doable. Bathroom is small, but room was clean. Very satisfied!!

The mattress in Room 215 was sagging in the center. This caused my back to hurt. Under the mattress there were two sharp metals rods sticking out. I scraped my leg twice. I informed management and a maintenance worker came to adjust the rods. I will be sending pics of the metal rods to Quality Inn's headquarters. The hotel has a wonderful view of the Bay but the hotel is old and dated.

I opted to pay at the property. I used a card that was a pre-pay to make the reservation fully intending to pay with a credit card upon arrival. The day manager ran the debit card and since there weren't enough funds on it , this is before check-in time, they cancelled my reservation and did not attempt to notify me. The evening desk manager was gracious to call the owners and have the rate reinstated, but it was unexpected that they cancelled the reservation, which was made through Expedia, without contacting me

Receptionist not friendly and she put our room upstairs even we told her that we have old person and hard to walk on the stairs up and down and the other person got problem on his foot. But she doesn’t care. We been our 3 times in a raw we stay in this property but since our this time receptionist don’t treat us right we will not be back again and we will not refer to anyone .

Breakfast was a joke Doesn't mention I'm the description that the beach is tiny and Bayside so their photos are deceptive! Trash on the beach no one cleans up. Booked room with pets not my fault it didn't transfer through that way but when they saw my dogs after the fact they forcede to pay hundreds of dollars for their pet fees shame on them and Expedia I checked that box. It's theain reason I chose this trashy hotel. I wish I could request a partial refund. Never have I ever had such a bad vacation. I came to officiate a friend's wedding and this hotel made the trip a bad stay

We had a pizza at the Tiki Bar and it was excellent. Jacob was our bartender and he was great. The bed was good for me but a bit soft for my husband. The room was clean except for the vent in the bathroom and it was nasty. Overall we had a very good experience. We paid the extra $29 for the view of the bay which was worth it.

You get what you pay for. The view was amazing though and the access to the water is great! The noise from 98 wasn't bad at all like I thought it would be. Bed was comfy. Lots of pillows. AC worked great. Shower was good. Coffee is good. Fridge and microwave worked. Tv worked. Ice machine worked. Room is cozy. Breakfast was awful! Don't rely on it. Cereal with no milk, biscuits with no gravy and rubbery sausage. Eggs are precooked and microwaved and the juice was very water downed. A few muffins, wheat bread and cold biscuits. There is a waffle maker but that is it. Very few options and what is there is not good.

The restaurant was closed while we ate breakfast so the Free continental breakfast was not hot and it was dark where we sat to eat. We had to go buy Breakfast today because yesterday’s was lousy!!!. We reported to a staff member in the Breakfast area that the coffee carafe in the hallway was empty. The staff member replied back that it wasn’t her job in that area! We should report it to the front desk!

It is a "retro" property but you can't beat the location. Nice pool and right on the water. The breakfast is fantastic. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels. Even though an older property, very clean and comfortable.
