Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gulf Breeze - Pensacola Area by IHG

Breakfast was a perfect way to star our days. Staff were helpful and room was huge. Beds comfortable but pillows were flat. Ac was cold and showers hot. Walls and ceiling are thin. Could hear everything in the hall and noises from above. Tv service was down so that was a bummer. They did not have a streaming service to help with this problem and the staff did not know how to get it so we could log into our own personal accounts. Not a bad place to rest your head, expect to hear your neighbors…but breakfast will be yummy.

Nice place with a pretty neighborhood behind to walk. Close to conveniences. Good breakfast choices and cute decor. Priced right for this 3 star hotel. Not on the water

Upon our arrival,the young lady at the front desk was so pleasant,it was her second day and I could tell she was nervous,she got us checked in with no problems!!The room and was clean,bed was comfortable and the breakfast was Awesome.We will be returning soon..Really enjoyed our stay!!Thanks for making us feel welcomed!!Recommend to anyone looking for a clean,comfortable,pleasant place to stay!!
