Great location! Very convenient to Mayo Clinic. Hotel offers shuttle service to and from the Clinic. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. Can't say too much about the breakfast though... not the best, but certainly not the worst. Will gladly stay again should the opportunity arise.

Came for a visit to Mayo Clinic so it was close. Hotel under renovation and dusty and noisy. There are no outside places to sit. Pool was drained. It would be nice to have some picnic tables or seating under the trees.

The pool was small and unclean. It had ducks swimming in it. It was around 5ft at the deepest area. But it was otherwise a clean hotel, good service. I just had high hopes for a nice swim at the hotel.

Lovely pet friendly property. Staff was quick amd friendly. Breakfast was nice for invluded option. Gym was beautifully done. Pool area looked nice too but we didnt use due to weather. Fresh coffee and teas kept available. Will stay again.

Very clean and convenient hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast and coffee was always stocked with many options. The only issue was the pool - unfortunately it was pretty dirty with sticks and leaves and a lot of other debris floating. Luckily the hotel is only a couple miles from the beach, so we didn’t feel the need to use the pool anyways.

This hotel offer free parking!!! Breakfast was Ok. Hotel is clean and room is updated, there is nice swimming pool as well. There are shopping Mall close to the Hotel as well as restaurants. Excellent price as well as service. I would recommened it and use it again in the future.

Check in was super quick & efficient. They have a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic which starts running at 6 a.m.. If you had to drive to Mayo, still very close. In a safe area with good shopping nearby. Not sure about the breakfast, I left before it was served. Thank you for your kindness. If needed in future, we will definitely stay here.

The bathroom sink had dark human scum on it when we checked in. The staff allowed noisy guests to gather and carry on loud conversations past midnight. When the party was over, the music was left blaring loud until one of my many calls to the front desk was answered after 2:00 a.m.. No apology was offered for the many hours of unnecessary noise. Overall, this was my worst Hilton Honors property experience in over forty years of traveling and favoring their brand.

Check in and out were easy, very friendly staff, and the room was very clean. Even being so close to a very busy highway, it was very quiet inside all night. However....the bed was as hard as a rock. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very thin. Hardly any lighting in the living area. Had to ask front desk for an ice bucket. The toilet was crazy loud when flushed. The shower H/C dials were backwards so it was frustrating trying to get the water to the correct temp. Staff was very friendly. Free bottled water and afternoon cookies were a nice touch. Overall decent hotel but wouldn’t stay here again- mainly based on the lumpy uncomfortable bed

Lady on the front desk was extremely rude and threatening me of kicking me out of the hotel. She tried to double charge me for stay. Was extremely disrespectful and start to raising her voice on me very badly. Rooms must be sprayed with some chemicals entire night. I was unable to sleep due to the itching in my throat.

When we first arrived I asked woman at front desk for help about parking at another location. She would not call for me or even try to find out anything for me. Next day I asked different woman who called for me. She was helpful and understanding. I had been trying to call the Hampton inn in Savannah for days and could not get thru to them. Second woman was helpful. First needs to learn customer service.

They overbooked their hotel. I arrived early on the day of my reservation and they did not have a room for me. Worse, they refused to give me a refund for the night because I went through a third party, Expedia, for the booking. They should not place clients in the middle and charge for hotel services that they did not provide. I asked for a refund but they refused. Very unprofessional. They chose to do business with Expedia, not I.

We stayed for 6 nights and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was more comfortable than other hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was a little different each morning and we thought that was an awesome idea cause we couldnt wait to get up and go see what it was the next morning. All the staff is always pleasant and saying hello and if we need anything! Totally recommend staying here, we will be back!

The room was really nice. However, the remote for the TV did not work due to cheap batteries not being replaced. Also, the soap dispensers in the bathroom or basically empty and mismatched. The body wash was placed outside of the shower near the sink and the hand soap and conditioner was installed in the shower. Obviously this is laziness on the part of housekeeping. Other than that, the property was great. The pool is very small. The room was very clean and nice.
