Our experience was poor from check inn to check out. We booked a king room and were given a queen room. Hotel staff were not accommodating until the evening before our checkout. By then it was too late. Also, our room was not serviced. We checked on Saturday 5/9 and expected our room to be serviced on Monday 5/11. To our disappointment it was not. I was assured that morning that our room would be serviced. We expected the brand name of the hotel to provide better service. Very frustrating stay. We drove quite a distance and were looking forward to a great stay.

The desk person told us she would call when the room was ready. We never got a call so we went to another hotel to get a room. The desk person was very rude.

I REALLY liked the down alternative pillows. I haven't slept that well in a long time. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. We only stayed one night for an event that was going on, so we didn't have an opportunity to try their restaurant or use the pool. Plenty of parking.

Very convenient for the autotrain.
