It was a very nice place. The bar service was exceptional as well as the food on a well balanced menu. The only downside waa that the hot tub was down for repairs and I was looking forward to it after a long drive. Mind you you I give no points off gor this, things happen. The staff was friendly and accommodating from check in to check out

We only stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool is outside the window and there was a lot of noise until about 9:30. I booked the room because they advertise an airport shuttle. I was very disappointed to learn, that their shuttle did not start until 7AM. I had to make other arrangements

The rooms are clean and simple. It isbsticked with a mini fridge a d microwave. The bathrooms were new and nice. Beds super clean and comfortable. Pillows were a bit too soft but still a good sleepnwas had. There is a pool no jacizzi. There is a laundromat on site as well and a bar and a tiny eatery as well. Breakfast is seperate no continental but serve the same stuff as a continental breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, fruit, fresh bread and bagels, condiments needed, juice and coffee..The pool was nice for kids to be enetertained. Nothing fancy, just a pool where you can sun bathe if you want. My nieve and nephew enjoyed it (9 yrs old). There is a fitness room small and quaint but works well and is clean. There is a peleton bike there to use as well. It wasnt noisy and we slept well. Location was fine. Not too far from Orlando airport or Sanford airport. Still need a car tho to get around. Enjoyed my stay all in all. Will be staying again.

Pretty awesome facility with only one letdown. The outdoor jacuzzi was not available and none of the front desk staff could provide a definitive answer as to why. Even though it was listed as an amenity it was not available. Other than that there was nothing else that was of concern.

I was saddened to find the this property did not have any indoor pool or hot tub. Florida weather is not always pristine. It was cold and rainy during my stay. The hall carpet was not vacuumed, there was a peanut and a piece of trash directly in front of my room door. The room needed more detail cleaning/repair: there were 3 significant peeling areas of paint around the corners of the tub, desk was very wobbly, top of lamp on desk dusty, silver items inside shower/tub were not polished and had water stains covering them, toilet seat was loose and wobbly, floor in bath and entryway was sticky to walk on, the area between the bed frame and mattress was filthy/dusty. Also no restaurant food available. I left prior to the breakfast bar and was offered nothing. For the price I paid, I was disappointed. Could have paid less and had the same room at Super 8 or Motel 6. Disappointing.

Room toilet clogged twice while, although staff sent maintenance worker to the issue, worker came a plunger which unclogged toilet for a day and had to call again. Room felt dirty, room smell musty and rugs did did not appear to be clean.

The property is starting to show signs of aging. We had peeling paint around the doors. The ceiling looked like it had a previous leak. The noise from the surrounding guests could be heard clearly. For the amount that I paid, I expected nicer.

We loved the rooms and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed that they had a hot breakfast. It was difficult to get the thermostat working. Also, the knob on the bathtub came off. They had to replace the remote,but that was fine.

I called the hotel to asked if my room was available and was told there was a queen bed available not a king and asked if I wanted to downsize. I told the hotel staff I was on my way. When I arrived I was told by the staff there was no room available and I had to wait. After about 15 minutes (2:45pm 15 minutes before normal check in) they said my room was ready. When I went to my room it was a queen bed. I asked since it was check in time if I would have the king bed. I was told by the staff that a queen room was cheaper that I paid for but they waved the early check in fee and were not going to provide me the difference in the amount I paid. I was shocked as I was never informed of this information. The only reason I agreed to downsizing my room was because I was told it was ready. After having to wait I would like what I paid of. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff that attended me.

I reserved a room with king size bed. I was given a room with double queens. When I spoke with the hotel associate I was told none were available. What is the point in reserving a specific room AND paying that price if you’re not going to honor it. The double bed rooms are cheaper and yet I paid more money for a room I didn’t even get. Really not happy with the stay at all and no one had any interest in making it right. I was told you get what you get. So again - why is selecting a room type even an option if you’re not going to make sure that’s what is given at the time you check?? And then no refund for what I overpaid. Really unhappy.

The property itself is very nice and well maintained. The rooms are a little small, but very nice and updated. The beds were very comfortable as well. Our only complaint, like others have stated, is the staff is not friendly at all. Even housekeeping was unfriendly. They do not clean rooms everyday, so I asked one of the housekeepers in the hallway for some fresh towels and she was very put out by my request. While I liked the hotel and location, I might look elsewhere next time I was in town, just based on the unfriendly staff. It's a hotel, so to me hospitality should be first and foremost.

The hotel was really nice and in a low traffic area. It is close to the interstate, so if you're sensitive to traffic noise, you may need ear plugs or something of that nature. The room was really clean and well decorated. The overall place was really nice. The only real issue was that I booked a king on here and was given two queens. I immediately let the member of staff know and was only given an answer of " unfortunately that's all we have available", in spite of the fact that that was not the room that I had booked. I inquired about price difference and she said that due to it being a third-party vendor, there was nothing he could do.

When we got to the hotel, our room was not ready. We came back at 4:30 PM, and still no towels or pillowcases on the bed. They finally rectified it. They said they had a restaurant, but it was temporarily closed. I wanted a cup of coffee, but their coffee machine was broken. We had to go outside the facility for anything we needed. It was, however, a very clean and up-to-date room.

The hotel was nice however the breakfast buffet they offered is the same exact breakfast you can get at any other hotel for free. This was $14.95 a person!!!! Outrageous. Advertised that they do made to order breakfasts, they did not. The bar and dining was not open.

Pedro at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was nice, but bed was hard and coffee in the room was terrible. My biggest complaint is about the breakfast. I paid extra to have it included (as it is NOT complimentary.) I went into the area to get my food. The staff person didn’t speak to me at all, just stared. After I finished filling my plate he comes up to me to say that the breakfast costs $12 something as he mumbled. I told him I already paid and he asked for my room number. They were out of cooked potatoes and coffee, pastry was old. Meanwhile, the guy just stood there. The breakfast wasn’t worth even $10. Then a young woman comes up and he tells her the same after she gets food. She keeps giving excuses as she hasn’t prepaid. He said that’s ok, never mind. I just turned around and stared at him. Obviously, some people don’t need to pay for breakfast. The morning front desk clerk didn’t greet me, and or ask how the stay was. Only said thank you when I returned the key and didn’t offer a receipt. Someone needs to give the staff more training on customer service.

Tucked away in a cul-de-sac but still close to I-4. I had a roomette booked on the Auto-Train and was driving from Naples to catch it. Comfortable room with two queen beds and choices from a breakfast buffet. This gave me the chance to rest the night before, and not worry about the traffic on I-4.
