Stayed with the fam for 3 nights. Pros are pet friendly, the buffet style breakfast, front desk and maintenance help, solid room a/c, overall clean room and beds, big tv in the room, good water pressure in shower, ice machine on our floor worked well, blackout roller curtain blocks outside light for sleep. Cons are breakfast while a variety, not the best quality, beds were a cratered mess which led to very little sleep every night, room smaller than average, to many items and tables shrink space even further, bathroom had mold on the ceiling because the shower head was messed up, smallest pool Ive ever seen at a hotel (but it was to cold to swim), gym (if youd call it that) was basically a closet with a few gym items and it inspired me to stay out of it. Overall a mixed bag for us and met our minimum requirements but the beds were so bad I cannot rate it higher than a 6 out of 10. Otherwise it could be a 7 of 10 but reading others reviews had me believing I was in for a better experience than offered. I can not say it was an 8 star experience but at a 6 it met our minimum requirements.

The beds were very comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful no matter the time of day! Very clean room and smelt great upon arrival! The pool was clean, and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Will be back most definitely!

Friendly staff, good breakfast. The only downside was the area of the lobby and main hallway in first floor smell bad because the property is dated. However our room did not smell at all and was pleasant.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast but everything was so clean and maintained. Plus the early morning staff was so nice. Good coffee and they made of fresh even in the afternoon. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider for an multi night stay. It is a very pet friendly place.

Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were attended to every other day for our 3 day stay which was fine. Any towels needed could be gotten at front desk. Breakfast was typical for Hampton but weren’t replenished after they were empty for some time if at all. Example, cut fruit was empty while we were having breakfast and was not replaced while we were in the breakfast room. Not that it would stop me from staying there but that was not what I experienced at other Hampton Inns. Great location with other restaurants within walking distance. Safe area and close to shopping and baseball stadium.

Older place, lots of sign of wear and tear in room. Chair at desk had weird stain on seat, couch was dingy and dirty, too. Hair on walls in bathroom, all over bathtub and sink, too. Applebees right next door which was pretty convenient after checking in late in the evening. Ruth at check in was very sweet and joyful! Cannot comment on breakfast, pool or fitness areas as I did it use them. Definitely needs some upgrading before I’d go back.

Was very happy booking after reading reviews. Front counter employee was very nice. Upon entering room found carpet dirty/stained, bathroom with black mold around ceiling and caulk, shower head solid black mold, furniture warped and very old, went to sectioning board and had white fuzz mold on bottom portion and rusted. Very disappointed with upkeep of the room. Excellent location, quiet and safe.

Hotel is ok. Carpet looks dirty and stained. Beds are comfortable. No housekeeping daily. A 4 night trip only had housekeeping once. Towels are not replaced daily but on request. Breakfast is good but boring. It filled me up though. Coffee is hot and quite good. Location was great for going to Publix stadium. Good restaurants are fairly close. It’s a pricey hotel for the lack of services and amenities. This was my second time staying there but I will find another hotel next time.

Not exactly the ideal reception when we arrived around 11am- well...the rooms aren't ready and check in is at 3pm. This does not seem to be the ideal response to a new hotel guest (travelling with two kids) asking about a reservation. I understood that maybe other people have been asking for early check in and I wasn't the only one- no harm. She seemed to brighten a bit when I solved my own problem and asked for space to change and wash our hands in the meantime. There was obviously a 1pm spring training game with many people staying there for that reason, I have to assume that the hotel has experience working with Detroit Tiger fans catching games so the interaction was a bit surprising at first given the Tiger gear we were wearing. Our room was on the third floor next to the stairs- good location logistically, but if the hotel were full, it would likely be noisy. breakfast was average but no dark coffee refill one day and the next it wasn't put out at all. Food was ok and the woman attendant seemed to work hard to keep things clean. Can't go with a great stay, but it was a good one in comparison to other Hampton Inn locations. Thank you-

Very quiet, clean and big rooms. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Restaurants right by so you dont have to go far for food at all. You can walk if you want.. Highly recommend this hotel.

I called to inquire about a cancellation and was informed by staff since the reservation was through Expedia, I would have to go through Expedia. I was informed I was past my window to cancel without incurring charges, so we made the drive to stay and learned our reservation was cancelled by the Hampton Inn staff, but I received no cancellation notice from Expedia.

After a long day at a dance competition, it was very nice to receive a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel. Each of the staff that we encountered was exceptionally pleasant. The hot breakfast was satisfying with choices available for my child with gluten intolerance.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn location was great. The room was fresh and clean. Rodney at the front desk was helpful and pleasant as well. The breakfast was good and included Waffles, egg omelettes, and chicken sausage links.
