Sheraton Orlando North

The hotel was fine, but it was a bit isolated from the rest of Orlando. I didn't have a car so that made it a bit of a challenge.

Hotel is just OK. Cleaning understaffed , left dirty towels in hallway.

Balcony was literally a 1 1/2 foot ledge and allowed no smoking.

The hotel was like an abandoned warehouse: at first, i thought maybe it had gone bankrupt. But there was someone at the desk, and she did check me in. Room 513 was a nice enough room but not the upgrade i should have been given as a Bonvoy elite member. Toilet didn"t flush, elevator stopped between floors, andmsid banged on the door at 9 am, half an hoir before my alarm. And terrible location in a business park. Typical marriott hospitality,if you know what i mean.

Worked great for my conference. Wish the parking was included since its not a special property to warrant charging
