We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and it never came. Had to pay $20.00 for a cab and explained that when we checked in the only compensation we got was a bottle of water. Hair dryer broken. No phone to call down to let them know. I think someone from Wyndham should personally come to this property and take a look for themselves.

Very good service and helpfulness from the two guys who helped us. Because of its proximity to the airport, the hotel is very busy, but the noise from the planes, which pass over the hotel every three minutes, is unbearable. The pool is seriously in need of maintenance.

I guess you can’t expect better for the price so since we had to stay only for one night it was ok, the only thing who was really bad it’s the bus situation at the airport, be ready to wait for ever and to ending up taking a taxi .. no problem on the morning shuttle, it was on time.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was visible mold in the AC unit and in the shower, and the room reeked of smoke despite the hotel claiming to be non-smoking. Smoke poured into the hallway from other rooms, making it hard to breathe. The shower was covered in hair and grime, and the floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The fridge still had items from the previous guest. It was clear they just sprayed Febreze to cover up the smell instead of actually cleaning. We asked to be moved to another room, but it wasn’t much better. Every day, 10-15 flyers were shoved under our door, which made the hotel feel more like a rundown motel. The TV channels didn’t work, and although they advertised internet access, we couldn’t get a signal. No hygiene products were provided—not even basic soap. The pictures online do not match reality at all. This hotel was misleading and extremely unkempt. I would never stay here again.

One of the worst experiences The hotel was extremely dirty, the floor was filthy, there were cockroaches in the room, and the bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain, which left everything wet. There was no toilet paper, and when I asked for towels, I was told they didn’t have any. On top of that, the front desk refused to offer any compensation because the booking was made through Expedia. The cleanliness and service were unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never return.

The tub has chips of material missing and cracks. The drain was very dirty and needs a good scrubbing. I couldn’t use it. The tv had interference bars and made it difficult to watch anything. The air conditioner unit was very noisy. The door to the room was very sticky and difficult to open And close. This hotel is very rundown and needs a complete overhaul. Would not recommend this hotel.

When we called from the airport for shuttle information I was immediately put on hold, no chance to even ask a question. I remained on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes. My husband called also, and he was also immediately put on hold. I feel more staff should be available, the gentleman at the counter was also working with someone mailing or receiving packages. I don't know what it was for sure but it seemed like this location was a drop off/pickup for some company. Taking away from the people checking into the hotel.

When I arrived at the airport, I called LaQuinta and asked about the shuttle. The customer service representative stated that they did not have one, and that the company has been trying to get it off its website. We requested an Uber that was $22.00 to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel, we noticed that the sign says that the transportation was for the cruise purposes just like the gentleman stated last night. When we entered the room we noticed that there was no remote for the tv. When we tried to call the front desk and let them know, there was no phone inside the room. By this time, we are just out done. With 30 mins to check out, someone finally comes to switch the tv to one that is working with a remote. When I mentioned my concern this morning, the young lady was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Her professionalism is what helped me from 1 Star to 3. She deserves 5 stars. I greatly appreciate her kindness.

This property is a little tired, and not the cleanest, but sufficient for one night before our flight out of Miami. It is right at the end of the runway, so expect some serious airplane noise. Free parking on site and close access to rental car return. Had to leave before the complimentary breakfast started, so I can't comment on that. Guest laundry seemed to be in working order. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. No extra amenities here. Just a place to shower and sleep. Nowhere nearby to eat except an expensive restaurant at the next hotel property.

Don't let the photos on the website fool you, as you enter the hotel the lobby was old the floor tiles were black and dirty. I wanted to cancel my reservation but couldn't because it was too late. The bed sheet was old and dirty looking had some spots on it. The bathtub was peeling and had black stuff on it. The towels were old and not fluffy. The bed was too soft, the bedroom night light was falling apart, some part of the floor was sinking and felt like the tiles were breaking apart. The furniture was very old and need to throw away. The breakfast was poor, the dining chairs were peeling, old and falling apart. I felt like I was going to catch some kind of disease just staying at the hotel. The hotel needs to be demolish and build over.
