Very busy hotel in Miami for cruise customers. For the price we paid I expected it to be clean and well kept at a minimum. The desk staff was very friendly at check-in. We paid $30 extra to check in early so we could put our things in the room. The room was not maintained very well, a bit rundown. The carpet was all wet in front of the refrigerator area, there was rusty water on the night stand between the beds that had been sitting under the clock. They clearly didn’t move it to wipe off the table between customers. There was literal trash stuffed in the air vent above the bed. Since we had dropped our things and left, we didn’t notice the issues until bedtime. I mentioned the next morning that the room had not been clean and just got an ‘oh, okay I can let the cleaning staff know’ sort of mumbled answer. One elevator was also out of service which caused quite a backup. We had to carry our bags down 9 floors the next morning after waiting forever and not getting the elevator at check out time. Overall disappointing and would not stay there again.

The lobby was so hot and humid, one of the elevators was out of order so the whole hotel had to use one elevator that took FOREVER. The gym pictures do not match reality. Huge empty soace with 4 items, so odd. When we got up to our room it wasn’t clean. Empty food container on the night stand and dirty linen.

The hotel was close to the Port which was a convenience for my family. However, when we were leaving we have to carry all our luggage down 10 flights of stairs because the elevator broke. We barely made our Lyft ride due to this inconvenience. The whole stay the elevators were really close and long waits.

Hotel is a little older and rundown. But location is great! One elevator was down so having one elevator for 16 floors with a bit stressful during breakfast time. Multiple times waiting for an elevator and it was full. Pool is closed. We’re not really swimmers anyway, just for families to know would be good. Breakfast was OK but very crowded with not enough tables. But they did try very hard to get tables cleared off in people moving. Was also really hard to find the hotel when we were booking our Uber. Not sure why it was so hard to get it to come up. Took us several tries, and then the Uber driver had a hard time finding it.

Do not book if you want to use the pool it is not open and was not informed. The lift was also not working. The deputy manager did not care and said well your room is ok. Luckily expedia were helpful and gave us a little compensation but did not make up for a ruined day.

Staff was amazing, mostly clean except the toilet had pee under the seat, the building needs a little updating, the elevator shook real bad, slight marijuana smell in my room. The hotel is very basic and I would say the photos are very misleading. A room with two queen beds was very snug, and wouldn't be comfortable for more than one night. The carpet in the room was filthy. Each light had different colour bulbs (Not the worse problem, I know). In terms of sleep, we stayed in room 601 and got none, the noise was constant and included the air con unit, upstair noise as well as outside noise all night, and construction noises from 7am. Staff were pleasant enough, nothing to shout about. Valet were a bit slow on arrival and eager for us not to use valet parking however they were quick to retrieve the car during busy morning check out. Over all it was mediocre at best, probably wouldn't stay again.

We were in a room facing the river, the view was amazing, however there were many yacht and boats passing by and all of them had loud music on and were partying. Rooms are distressed. Toilet seat finish peeling off. The walls and furniture banged up or ripped. Had to wipe several things down as they were not cleaned properly. All of the maintenance money must be going to the lobby and pool area Parking fee outrageous and a resort fee to top it off. Staff professional and lobby and pool area exceptionally nice. You just have to decide if it’s worth the two star rooms .

The service was fine but the room was so loud. Only single pane windows and we were on the side closet to the freeway and it was like sleeping on the freeway. The walls and window provided no noise cancelation. We could what every car that drive by and airplane that flew over. We switched to the river side after one night and while it was better it was still very loud. They should probably invest if some better windows.

We stayed here the evening before a cruise. The cruise port is 2 miles away. We used the hotel shuttle to the port and they failed to drop my friends luggage off. They knew this five hours before our ship left and NEVER brought her luggage back. They made several trips back to the port and didn’t bother to deliver her bag!!!!! She went the whole cruise without her luggage and had to buy clothes and other needs. We paid extra for the shuttle. The desk people were awful and wouldn’t bring her luggage to the port upon our return or shuttle us back to the airport so another $70 spent for transportation. We called corporate and what a useless person. She said that the hotels operate separately so there was nothing they could do!!! Are you frigging kidding me??? A lawyer has been contacted and this will not end till they pay up!!! Stay clear of this place!

Great location but an overall disappointing stay. Oddly it took 1/2 hour to check in because the guests in front of us took forever to complete check in. There were 3 clerks but each one took an extremely long time. When we arrived in our 2 queen suite (w sofabwd, no bedding was available for the sofabed. I called housekeeping at 5 pm. By 8 pm there was none delivered. I called the fron desk again, no one answered. I had to go to the desk myself, get bedding and carry it to the room myself.

Very convenient property and reasonably priced. Metromover station is next door,Riverwalk is behind the hotel which takes you to the Bayside Marketplace. Property is older but has been updated. Overall we had a good experience. It can be loud at night from vehicles passing by due to the convenience of being off the highway exit. We wish they had better blackout curtains for the city lights. The breakfast was well managed.

Great location, which is what you’re paying for. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have good insulation or something and we could hear everything. Other guests talking, and boats going by playing music going by even at 4am. The staff was nice but for the price I could have stayed at a fancier place. Hotel fee was an extra $70, plus $50 for valet parking unless you want to park in an unsecured public parking lot across the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was welcoming, the facilities were top tier, and the breakfast selection was excellent! Silvinia (I hope I spelled it right) was friendly, accommodating, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Franky at the bar made the best Margaritas, and he greeted all his customers with a smile. I will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel was very clean, look like a more expensive type hotel but the price was very inexpensive. It was right on the water at the canal and the tram station was right across the street to get down to Bayside and it’s only a couple miles from the port, so the Uber cost was very low or you can take the shuttle from the hotel to the port.. we would definitely stay there again.

There was so much construction and traffic next to the hotel, it didn't really feel like a smooth stroll to go grab food and a drink nearby. The valet parking is completely separate than the hotel, and it is $50/night, you can go in and out. However, you feel compelled to tip the valet every time, so we literally spent $120 including tips for just two nights. By far these were the SLOWEST elevators I have ever experienced at a hotel, actually in any kind of stay or office building. When we were trying to leave this morning we had to wait for the fifth elevator to come that wasn't completely full of people. This caused our plans to be behind by about 15 minutes just because of that. So keep in mind give yourself time for the elevator and for the valet to go get the car. Our GPS on the rental really had difficulty navigating us to the hotel because there's so many one way streets and construction going on. The good news is that there's a Publix supermarket not far and that's what we grabbed to eat when we wrapped up our days of being tourists. Instead of going out again and paying valet again tips, we just decided to get a couple of salads and subs for each evening.
