Water was cut off early in the morning without previous notification on arrival, even so management knew that was an schedule work

This is a motel setup with room doors exposed to the outside. The place was disgustingly dirty, with duck droppings everywhere, on walkways, in front of room doors, the room was dirty with dried drippings on walls and the bathroom door. I told the office person about the duck droppings and no one did anything about it. There was litter just about everywhere, on the parking lot, in the planted shrubbery areas, on the walkways, on the property edges. There was no blow dryer in the room. I even saw a suspicious interaction with two men arriving to the parking lot in different cars and getting out to go behind the trash dumpster and within an overgrown shrubs area and come out about 20 minutes later separately. Transient people apparently live there, people that are indifferent to dirt and filth as is the people running this joint. And I paid $161 per night for this dump. The breakfast was nothing but cold things, packaged muffins, powdered oatmeal, bran bars and coffee and tea….the oatmeal packets apparently were old as I made one and it didn’t mix well. There were no napkins available for the breakfast. There was also dried coffee drippings on the wall next to the trash can in the breakfast room. The room wasn’t kept clean. What a LOUSY place!

Too many ducks on site leaving droppings on the hallway. Strong urine smell around the elevator area.

We paid 220$ for a night's stay here before our onward journey. We informed before hand twice that we will reach late due to flight timings. The door was locked at the front desk when we reached and nobody answered the phone for good amount of time while we waited with luggage and kids. The person at the desk finally was very rude and unprofessional. There are no elevators so good luck with hauling the luggae yourself on the stairs. Rooms are shabby, smelly and dingy, we did not even have toilet paper in bathroom or a bottle of water as well as no instructions where to find one. Terrible experience. Avoid at all cost.

The property is well kept for what it’s worth. However, do not arrive to check in on or after 11pm. The office is closed. Bring your own drinking water.

My van was broken into, and the location pretty much did not care. I am no longer going to stay at Extended Stays.

Terrible place to stay, rooms are smelly, no cook wear, after asking many times, I was able to pick up some (not washed properly) Kitchen stove - I’m 101% sure you can find better on scrap yard, everything looks like garbage Place is very not safe to stay, out car was robbed Do NOT go and stay in this filthy place

The room was dirty, the sheets and towels too.

The bed smelled like body odor and the room had a strong musky smell. The bathroom counter still had hair on it.

Horrible, we had to switch rooms 3 times and still left. The smell of mold was so overwhelming, and they had roaches. Then refused a refund.

staff was a little short with the attitude but check in was no problem. bathroom had hairs on sink counter and used bandaid on shower wall and hairs in shower. accidentally spilled a little water on floor. i used towel to dry it up and towel turned brown from the dirty floor. sheets were clean but bed is pretty generic. there are quite a few sketchy guys walking around at all hours of the night. they were not hotel guests. we stayed cause it was too late to get another place and we were flying out in 6 hours anyway.

the place looks clean in pictures. outside looks pretty, once inside, the there was ants on the bed, flies flaring around, mold on the ceiling toilet, sink, bathtub dirty, everything was dirty. the guy in the front desk was very rude, wouldn’t listen when we told him we were missing a microwave. he finally gave us a microwave from another room after we started arguing and wanting to speak to the property manager, all we wanted to do is warm up our food. this place is worse than a motel. i would not recommend anyone to stay here. we only stayed one day and changed hotels since it was so unsanitary.

Beware do not stay there. Sheets dirty like they did not change from previous guests. Under the sheets was hair from previous guest . Floors were dirty and stairs smelt like urine. Customer service is poor, took long to check in while the lobby had a lot of other people needed checking in. Front desk looked abandoned. Switched two rooms and all were the same ended up leaving and demanding a refund.

This is one of those properties that once you get there you realize you made a mistake. Went to go check in like I usually do and they double charge my card after I'd already paid through hotels.com. Drove around to my room and was immediately engulfed in a wave of marijuana smoke. The AC units sucked in from outside and blew into my room making my my stay mostly miserable. The but to be honest the entire property smell that way. TV in my hotel room wouldn't turn on...come to realize that it's missing the power cord so there's no way it would ever work or has worked in the last couple of people that have rented that room. Went to go take a shower and drain was rusty.. and looked gross. Overall I would not go back and do not recommend in any way.

Remote was sticky, air conditioner smelled, damaged shower stall panels, said they had a continental breakfast but only a granola bar and coffee. Nothing close by and on a very busy loud street.

When arriving, it looks great. Open the door to the room, looks even better. I was very happy. But there were little things. The weirdest was that there was no shower curtain for the shower. Of course, I noticed it only when I went to take a shower and couldn't wait for someone to deliver one. There was also no TV remote; front desk kindly brought one to me but it didn't work. So I went without TV. There was only one garbage can and it was hidden under the kitchen sink, so it took me a while to find it. And for a room with a stovetop, there were no pots, pans, spatulas, utensils ... nothing to take advantage of the space. Bed was fine, building was fine, room was clean. Overall it was fine, but these were little things that were odd.

The staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The location is convenient, close to Miami Airport, shops, and plenty of dining options. Having parking and easy access to main roads is a big plus if you have a car. However, the back area of the hotel was dirty and felt unsafe, with people drinking beer and hanging out in the parking lot. The room we had needed much better cleaning and maintenance. The bathtub had mold and chipped paint, the humidity caused rust on the light fixtures, towel racks, fridge, and kitchen appliances. The fridge didn’t even close properly. It’s clear that it was renovated long ago but has been neglected since. On the bright side, towels and sheets were clean, but the mattress and pillows had no protectors, which is a basic hygiene must. The advertised breakfast was disappointing — just coffee and instant oatmeal with no bowls. Not worth mentioning as breakfast at all. In summary, the hotel has a great location and helpful staff but desperately needs better cleaning, maintenance, and security. I’d only recommend it for a quick overnight stay if you get a good rate and have no other option.

Check in took 20 minutes, and I was first in line. Room has paint falling off, smells terrible. Would not recommend.

Made reservation, after 6 hours of flying and it being late went to hotel and they said they had no rooms.

We paid for 3 rooms in full with Expedia, then when we got to the hotel they said they were putting a hold/deposit on my card for, but instead charged us for another 3 rooms, so they Double billed us and won't refund our money! The hotel was filthy and only one light in the room even worked. People were doing drugs on the property in the breezeway. The girl who checked us in didn't speak English and was on her phone the entire time she checked us in, which is probably why we were double billed!

Excellent service

Got to the hotel around midnight and the front lobby doors were locked, no one was there to check us in and we had to find a new hotel for the night. Very inconvenient and will not book ever again. I am still in the process of calling management and disputing the charge.

I reserved this room and called them earlier that i was experiencing flight delays and would be there, just late. They said ok. I get there maybe close to 1am to find the doors LOCKED. Another family had been waiting to get in too when i arrived. A family came after me (but knew the family ahead of me). After calling multiple times and knocking on the doors for probably 15-20 minutes, the front desk clerk arrives and is immediately annoyed at so many of us waiting to get in. He was very rude assuming none of us had reservations and mentioned there was no available rooms. We all said that we did have reservations and how we called ahead about our late arrivals. the clerk took the family before me and gave them a room. The family that came after me jumped the line and checked in right after. Ok no problem. Now its my turn and he's telling me there's literally no more rooms left for real now. Well how If i have a reservation and i told you I'd be late. He eventually has a legit meltdown screaming and banging on the counter that he has to finish the laundry and he doesn't have time for these problems. I'm just shocked but whatever, not my problem. Find my room so we can all go about our night sir. Long story short, he gives me a room that someone else was in first but left because the AC was broken. Well at this point, its 2am and i have limited options. I had to take the used room with the broken AC after his extreme unprofessional attitude. I'll never stay there again.

Good location but I’ll recommend let the AC alway on van mode. The airplane noise arriving can be annoying, so when the van is on you can’t here the airplane noise. but all in all it’s a good place and feel very safe. Highly recommend to stay there

The property' surroundings were unsafe and very noisy. We were not able to sleep as many people were in the parking lot, and coming in and out the building. The room smelled bad. I don't recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. I booked a room with a kitchenette and it came with no nothing! Not a single pot or pan or utensil, nothing. They advertise free breakfast, they literally had coffee and granola bars, that’s is it! Nothing else, not even orange juice, just coffee and a granola bar. Outside of them not having any type of dishes in a room that has a kitchen the room had a very stale and muggy smell, the ac unit was extremely loud. The room was decently clean. But for the money I paid for my very short stay it was NOT worth it at all. If you are looking here please look elsewhere. Its not worth the price

Breakfast was poor with koffie and muffins.

The iron in my room left a blue stain on my shirt. The complementary breakfast was bags of instant oatmeal and Nutri-Grain bars.

Hotel was as expected, Room was ok. Clean but old in need of updating. Part of the room draw was the free continental breakfast. NOT once in the whole week was this available, every morning was a different excuse.Waiting on coffee, no muffins. Hasn't arrived yet. Should not advertise if you are not expecting to have. Maybe new management is needed. Sorry I would not recommend staying here.

The breakfast sucked. Then actually didn't have any breakfast just coffee and tea. I was very disappointed for the price i was paying. I wouldn't recommend and I definitely won't trust the app . SMH!
