Excellent but the parking is expensive

This property need refurbish and remodel asap. Does not have restaurant.

Front desk staff was very helpful. We had a big family trip and needed 4 rooms. We arrived early to the location and they were able to get us in quickly. Breakfast options were great as well. Especially with picky little ones. Only thing we struggled with was with the airport shuttle. Even though it’s included it does not start until 6am.

Elevators barely work , front desk staff is rude except for one staff member named Jason or Ruben . The breakfast bar is okay if you don’t mine it being cold . Pool constantly being worked on . It’s an inconvenience for the airport shuttle due to not really being able to know how long the driver is actually supposed to be .

Elevator seemed wonky. Pool was closed for standard maintenance on Monday.

Ambiguous shuttle name, can be easily mistaken with Hilton's shuttle service. Cost us $20 to get a taxi to the right hotel. Also we ordered drop off at 7 a.m the next morning, driver left without even enquiring about our whereabouts which was the hotel's lobby. Unlike the nearby Hilton hotel, they're was no signage to indicate where one should wait for the shuttle, hence we thought the lobby would be an ideal location. This mistake cost us an additional $45 to get to the airport. I'm never going back there. Plus the pillow case I got was dirty.

Don’t bother trying to lower the AC below 70 degrees for sleeping—it simply won’t go any lower. If you ask the front desk, they’ll likely respond with a quick “No” without even looking up. The shuttle to the airport works well, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. However, don’t count on it to get you from the airport to the hotel—you’ll probably end up waiting over an hour for what should be a 7-minute ride. Welcome to Miami!

Good hotel near MIA airport. Staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is a little dated, and it shows in th3 details. Pool is small for hotel's size. Breakfast is decent but it gets crowded. Several of the laundry machines did not work. Kitchenet and sofa in room were great, but there was no space between one of the beds and the closet. I feel it was overpriced for what we got.

2nd stay here. Good choice for breakfast. Easy parking for an additional payment.

We did not have hot water three mornings out of the week we were there, which was very frustrating. We had to take cold showers mentioned it to the front desk and they kind of shrugged it off our phone in our room. Also did not work on the breakfast was horrible.

Property was great after we needed and emergency night... only problem i had which i shared with the front desk is some insects im the room. There were a few roaches in the kotchen area. But in all it was an alright place.

Friendly staff. Breakfast options were alright. Beds were comfortable. Room service everyday. The living sofas and carpets could have been cleaned/ vaccumed better. Everytime I would sit on the sofa, my exposed parts of the body would start itching.

The hotel smells with humidity and old. The bed sheets are cheap. There is no parking, you have to pay a public parking $20us per night.

They had tiny beige bugs in the sink and all over the walls that’s why I did not get another 2 nights I had to go.

Older facility, showed wear. Room set up was excellent- bed/bath on each side of living /kitchen area allowed privacy. Lots of airport noise, yes it's to be expected but still, very loud

The stay at this hotel was nice, very well located and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I did not like was how noisy the ac unit it was in my room and the the electric outlet for the bathroom was not working. Other than that it was pretty good

Have stayed here many times. Consistent excellent quality beds, large spacious and clean suites, convenient parking, friendly staff and full breakfast, And great views overlooking the lake. Centrsl location by expressway makes it ideal to explore all of Miami Dade county.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy, staff was friendly.

For a $400 suite with two bedrooms and two king size beds, we had a nice location on the corner of the building on the top floor. Suite was spacious, kitchen was small. The refrigerator door opened awkwardly where it was hard to squeeze through the tiny walkway to the wall to grab things in the refrigerator. There was no dish soap because we were expected to just throw everything into the dishwasher. Upon arriving, one of the toilets in the bedroom was broken and running water constantly, which made a loud sound every couple minutes. This would have disturbed my sleep. Toward the middle of the night, I decided to turn on the air conditioner, The unit & thermostat was broken was broken. It was very warm and hot being that we were on the 7th floor. called front desk in the middle of the night but maintenance would not be there until morning. This meant that I would lose sleep. The floors / carpets were dirty and seemed like they were not shampooed or cleaned properly. After walking on the carpet barefoot, my feet were very black so I went to go wash my feet. Another hour later my feet became black again so then I realize it was the carpet that was very dirty. The toilet in the other bedroom stunk of urine. I had to use my bleach to clean around the area to get rid of the smell. Overall, for a $400+ room on a Thursday night, this suite was very disappointing. Customer service however, was accommodating and superb. AND I still had to pay for parking there

Our room had a separate living room and kitchenette and 2 TVs. The hotel is located near the airport and with many dining options all around. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel is ideally located . Service was great. There were two front desk staff that went above and beyond when I needed help with packages. They are Jennifer and Maria. I would recommend this hotel to all.

The receptionist during check in was delightful and awesome but the evening receptionist, Kyla was hateful and unwelcoming. We were so excited as we arrived because of the cleanliness of the property and the delightful reception of the receptionist who attended us. But Kyla had a very hostile attitude which made us change our opinion towards.

Our stay was wonderful. The stay was even made excellent by the front desk staff, Omar, Jennifer, and Jefferson who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Jason at the front desk was great! Answering questions when I called before arrival, and handling the requests for my family during my stay.

Check-in process was not smooth. Reached the hotel at 3:15 PM and room was not ready. I said, I have Hilton honors membership, they said, Since I booked through hotels.com, the room is not available until 4:05. My Hilton app was not working for online check-in. So, I will have to wait in the line for almost 30 minutes for check-in and got the room around 4:30 that too without the room keys. Someone came and opened the room. I received the room keys around 10 PM. Until then, there was no room keys.

Our stay was overall amazing. Wonderful staff, pristine rooms and excellent service.

Very clean property with suites overlooking the water (lagoon). All staff are awesome including front desk, breakfast staff and shuttle drivers. Loved the delicious spread of breakfast. The manager’s reception on Wednesdays from 530-7pm was a welcome surprise and wonderful start to my stay. Unfortunately, the safe in my room was missing so it was inconvenient to lug around all my valuables and documents everywhere I went. The maintenance staff did come later to install my safe but I had already put the Do Not Disturb sign at night so I was very alarmed to hear him knock on my door twice then proceed to open my room door while I was in the bathroom. Luckily I had kept the security clip on which prevented the door from opening completely. This issue definitely needs addressing by management in my opinion. Also, I felt unsafe at night as a solo female traveler due to the lack of security cameras in the hallways. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was not friendly nor welcoming. Were not helpful getting our packages and said they didn’t see them when they were just delivered. I had to go and take them up from behind the counter in order to get them. Breakfast was okay. Cleaners were the only staff that were pleasant but need a vacuum so that the room can feel truly clean. They used brooms to clean the carpet. Not a single person working front desk was welcoming or had a smile to share. Definitely prefer Marriott.

The property is near the airport, which is convenient for persons who have to stay overnight for a connecting flight. The only downside is the noise from the planes at night, which is expected as it is near the airport.

We stayed here because of the location being so close to the airport. It was in a great location close to lots of food options without having to go to downtown Miami. Staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Our flight was delayed for a couple of hours, pushing us late getting in. Didn’t think we would make it in time to get shuttle to hotel. Called and shuttle was there in short time, very pleasant and friendly driver. Front desk was just as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast staff were rude, started removing food and cleaning before some people were able to fix plates even though they were in line well before 9:00, and there was still plenty of food in pans. No cups at juice containers, when asked for some I was brushed off.

It was all exelent from the shuttle bus to breakfast all was incredible.

Jenifer was amazing and helped with all extra needs!!! Def would stay here again! Location was perfect, beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable! And this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!

The hotel is in need of a little updating. Our room smelled terrible. In their defense we got in so late and were exhausted, so we didn't let them know. The breakfast was ok, bit ended at 9am( on a Sunday). That made no sense to le.

Room worked perfectly for a large family group and late arrival. Was pleasantly surprised by availability of both evening and morning food.

The breakfast was incredible. Staff were so polite. Rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Up the street there were shopping centers. Excellent food locations within 15 to 25 minutes distance. The shuttle came in the clutch and was an excellent ride. All around this trip was a 9.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Anytime we come to Miami to a cruise it's an amazing place to stay. Breakfast is always really good. The transportation to and from the airport is free and the staff are super nice! We usually get suite when we stay and they are very nice rooms, clean, well maintained, and upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was advertised at $15/Day on arrival had to pay $18/Day. Housekeeping service was all but none existent. Out of a 4-night stay housekeeping never came and cleaned the room. Had to constantly call for service and they would show up 3 to 4 hours after the initial request and bring a few clean towels and take the trash that I collected in bags . I even had to call again to ask if there was staff available. Breakfast was good but ended at 9AM. Most hotels end at 10AM and later on weekends. The suite layout was good with common area, kitchen and a sofa bed in the middle. Each bedroom had a full bath which was good. The kitchen was good and stocked with dishes for eating and cooking. Staff wasn't as friendly as I would expect for a hotel. Closeness to the airport was a plus. All and all I personally would think twice before staying here again, especially for the price paid per night.
