The staff was nice and helpful. When we walked into our room it smelled the bathroom was dirty. And we keep getting cigarette smell in our room, not good when you have children with you. Will not return back to this hotel.

This was an overnight stay before a cruise and we could leave the car for the duration of the cruise for minimal amount vs the port at $25 a night. Hotel felt older and had an older type hotel smell. Room was nice but bathtub was a little rusty. Everything seemed nice and clean. Breakfast had little options. I would stay again.

After a long trip our party had a lengthy layover somewhere we decided to enjoy Miami. We booked this hotel due to the star ratings, location, website photos and affordable price. Although the room was clean and the staff was pleasant we were surprised by a few things. The rooms are located in separate buildings that can only be accessed by walking across parking lots and behind buildings and the elevator for upper floors is tucked away in a corner behind a McDonalds. If felt very unsafe, especially while carrying luggage in the dark. Speaking of safety, the door to our room was jammed so we had to try several times to get it open. The air conditioner worked but was very loud. I was later thankful for this as it juggled the sound and of others from outside. The “breakfast” was a toaster with various bread choices, juice, boiled eggs, coffee and tea. Which was okay if it was accessible. The area was crowded and therefore our party was unable to partake because there was literally no room for us to sit down or even stand. We waited and returned to our room to await checkout.

The shuttle wait time at the airport was far too long, as the shuttle only leaves the hotel on the hour. Although my bed was made and clean towels were provided initially, the floor in my room was extremely dirty. After walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were black and covered in dust. On the scheduled housekeeping day, I asked housekeeping to return later to clean my room because I was getting ready to leave. However, when I returned later that day, my room had still not been cleaned, and there were no fresh towels or toilet paper. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the same options were served each day with very little variety. Additionally, breakfast closed before the advertised end time. Despite the hotel’s convenient location and its proximity to certain areas, I was disappointed with my overall experience. The cleanliness, housekeeping service, shuttle schedule, and breakfast service could all be significantly improved.
