The breakfast could be better, and have more varieties of food. Need nore staff. Only one washing machine working and the only dryer is not working and that is offered as a complementary service

Rug in hallways stinks needs to be shampooed or replaced, elevator was out of service, rooms could be cleaned much better. Staff was very nice and accommodating tho.

Charged $7 for parking which is a BS add on that should be in the price. No Ice machine...will not stay at this property again.

This hotel needs a lot of work! You can tell that it is an older hotel, and they tried to do a few things to make it more modern. I booked two rooms with balconies for a 2-week stay, and the A/C in one of the rooms clogged the first night we were there and completely soaked the carpet. My mom had to switch rooms (to one without a balcony), and we were only offered a refund equivalent to one night's stay. The refund should've covered the whole 2 weeks since I paid for two rooms with balconies and didn't get what I paid for! The free breakfast was awful! The eggs were cold and had no taste, and there was rarely any breakfast meats such as sausages or bacon. If there was bacon, it was just a few slices, and you were lucky if you got any. The staff didn't stay on top of what was running low; things would run out, and you always had to look for someone to replenish the items. In addition, there weren't very many other breakfast food options. This hotel also advertised free laundry facilities, but there were only 4 machines (two washers and two dryers), and three of the machines were broken during my 2-week stay. I ran into one of the maintenance workers in the elevator once, and he himself told me that the hotel needs a lot of repairs. There are a few other things I could complain about, but I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it.

This hotel was just average. My room could use some renovations/updates. The shower handle was broken and we couldn’t regulate the hot water properly. The bed was very uncomfortable and so was the pullout. Parking is limited and the lot could use repaving. GPS also directed us to a different location on the opposite side of the hotel. For being in the city of Doral, it doesn’t compare to the surrounding hotels. Would likely not stay here again.

My fiancé and I stayed for a week. I was receiving plastic surgery in the area. I needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. It had a little kitchenette, a living room a king size bed, a balcony. The housekeepers were amazing. It was a very clean. My only complaint is only one elevator was working the majority of the time. I was on the sixth floor and could not walk stairs because they’re just having surgery. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

The room's furnishings are subpar. The room is too dark, and there's no light in the living room. The microwave is dirty and broken. The air conditioning unit is filthy, causing us to suffer from severe coughing. The elevator has been out of service for more than three weeks. While the staff mentioned this issue, it’s not an excuse for not addressing it promptly. It's understandable that the building may be older, but regular maintenance is essential. On a positive note, the location is excellent—close to the airport. Additionally, the hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel supervisor, Arthur, was nothing short of amazing during our stay. I would stay again just because of the hospitality he showed us. That being said, the breakfast was absolutely horrendous. It was free and I still wouldn’t even eat it. The eggs were watery, the sausage tasted like cardboard, and the waffles were okay at best. One of the elevators was broken, so we basically had the entire hotel utilizing one elevator. You can imagine how long the wait times were for the floor you’re staying at.

Hotel was beautiful! Rooms were really clean and tidy. Real comfortable! Loved the pool, and the half basketball court. Easy access from multiple points from the parking lot with card access which was really convenient.

The carpet in the hallway and inside the room is extremly dirty and smelly. Once you get off the elevator, you could smell the dirty carpet, same as you first open then room door, very dirty carpet. Door handles, wall are dirty as well. We also asked for extra blanket and it has lots of hair, which makes our trip an unpleasant. We had to look for a different hotel because we cant sleep at night due to smelly carpet

I booked my stay at Staybridge Suites in Doral, FL, through Hotels.com and paid in advance for a room with a balcony, kitchen counter, and a separate bedroom. When I arrived, the front desk told me the room I paid for wasn’t available due to leaks from the rain. Instead, they gave me a smaller, downgraded room. The condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing: The carpet was stained, and the room looked old and poorly maintained. There was trash in the hallways, damaged walls, and a broken bathroom door. The fitness room had a major leak, and the laundry room was filthy. The pool is shared with the hotel next door—something I was never told in advance. While the front desk staff tried to help, they admitted many rooms weren’t clean or available. They offered a 50% discount, but the overall experience was awful. If it hadn’t been 4 PM on July 4th, with my family exhausted and options limited, I would have canceled and gone elsewhere. To make things worse, I spent over an hour on chat with Hotels.com trying to resolve the issue. The hotel wouldn’t help further because I booked through a third party. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will never book through Hotels.com again, and I will absolutely never stay at the Staybridge in Doral, FL. Gross, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I'm also not sure if the pictures advertised on Hotels.com are accurate of the Staybridge Suites in Miami, Doral. Very misleading... Housekeeping was so terrible that they would pick up my two day shower towel from the ground fold it and put back as if it was a clean while still wet disgusting. Roll of toilet paper was also wet for some reason overall housekeeping was poor.

The staff is super nice and responsive. The location is about 15 min drive from the airport when traffic is good. There are 2 shuttle stops by the hotel on the free trolley bus. Breakfast was good and hot. The negatives? One elevator was broken the whole week we were there. The pool had a lot of branches and debris another day. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry our clothes. Very limited housekeeping. They didn’t empty our trash so we emptied it ourselves. The body wash in our bathroom was empty and watered down so we didn’t use it. We had an huge leak from the AC unit the last 2 days there. Otherwise, it was nice having soap, conditioner, hand wash and lotion provided by the hotel. They also provided a small tube of dish washing soap for your dishes. The ovens do cook very very slowly. There is a nice sized full fridge, freezer and microwave in the apartment. The sofa was comfortable. The area was very safe and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and businesses nearby as well as a Walmart and Sam’s. The front desk was always very helpful and responsive. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There were 3 in our party but they only gave us 2 towels but the front desk was very nice when we asked for extra towels. Staff was great.

When I arrived the front desk associate checked me in in typical fashion however when I got to the room it was not what I booked. I had booked a suite with balcony and this room was a studio without a balcony. Before this however the first red flag was that the elevator floor was sticky as if soda had spilled over and dried. After exiting the elevator to my floor there were garbage bags in the hallway that smelled. Now after seeing this room was incorrect I go back to the front desk to notify the associate. He then tells me that the room I booked was not available but he could give me a discount on the night. Just for one night though. Also note that this is around 10pm as my flight was late. I tell him I will check out the room.again to see if I will accept it. Once back in the room and really looking at it. It was generally in a poor state. Paint was peeling on the cabinets in the kitchenette. The bathroom tub had discoloration and overall the condition of the room didn't not match the pictures. At this point I head back down and tell the associate I will not be staying. He processed my refund quickly and was as helpful.

Liked the kitchen and dishwasher, as well as having a separate living space and bedroom. Could use a few upgrades. Breakfast included and laundry machines were very convenient. Would definitely stay there again

For the price, everything was worth it, must commend the staff at the door was very friendly and customer related especially mr author, very customer related individual. Will definitely stay there again if am traveling in the future.

Overall, the property offers good value for the price. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We had booked two rooms for a group of seven, and on the first night, there was no linen provided for the sofa beds. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the agent said she would follow up within 30 minutes but never did—she ended her shift and left without resolving the issue. The following day, we requested towels and bed linens again before leaving the property, only to return later and find that nothing had been delivered to the room. While the stay was comfortable in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through from the staff was disappointing.

Not the best. I was delighted with a previous experience in another Staybridge location. By this building is past due in their renovation. Everything is old and some spots are falling apart. Had issues with my chosen room and they downgraded to a room that was not cleaned, shower curtain was smaller than bathtub, closed didn’t close, ceiling had water damage and stains. When I asked to change room the next day, I had a bad experience with their staff, who was not only pushing me to take out our stuff, did not offer help, or alternative for waiting the new room to be ready. Just pushed me to vacate my room. That was very disrespectful and disappointed. Until the hotel itself is at least renovated, I would not stay in that location again. By the way Supervisor saved my situation. Thanks to him I remain.

It is clearly an older property that was refurbished and renovated, which shows in the overall condition of the building and utilities. However, the staff were very pleasant and friendly; Fotis was super friendly and made checking in easy and the experience warm and welcoming. Id definitely stay again

Front Desk Staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. This is regarding the females. Service was poor, some staff cannot speak English or even understand English. Not even sure will even return here to stay..

Overall hotel is not bad the only problem i had is housekeeping they do not come and clean your room also when request iteam like bath towel and toiletries they will say the bringing it and never does i always have to end up going to front desk also they dont clean your room while there

Staff at front desk were very unfriendly. No welcome. Waited until they finished their conversation to check us in. Our floor smelled of mold and they used a very strong spray in the common areas. Ran out of coffee at breakfast.

Daniel was extremely accommodating & friendly, property has a basketball court & swimming pool with handicap access, property is shared with Hilton next door, Miller’s Ale House was within walking distance, a couple of our keycards did not work, maybe a little high-priced for the location.

Helpful and friendly reception, clean and cozy room, it was spacious eith big windows and a kitchenette. 3 min ride away from CVS, Home Goods, and Marshall's. Quiet hotel, I would come back again.

The amount of food at breakfast time was no enough for the people that stay at hotel, finished so early, about the carpet, be careful with musty smell for the rain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options to start the day off right. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fridge, microwave, sink, and stove—amenities you don't often find together in a hotel room. The location was also perfect, being close to shopping centers and other conveniences. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

It was a good time to stay at the hotel. The only thing - you can only catch a breakfast at 7am, after that there is no food, no cups, no mugs, no coffee, no plates, no forks etc. We gave up trying to catch the breakfast even 1 hour before the end of it. It was ridiculous to discover a water instead of an apple or an orange juice. Kitchen managed by 1 person and she can't cover all needs (does not speak English at all). I would say there is no breakfast even if they claim it on the web site. Our keys failed to work on back doors - very inconvenient and were blocked completely one day before the final day. We still like the hotel and their staff were very friendly all the time. I forgot to mention a false fire alarm which pushed people to grub what they can and ran downstairs at 10pm... They don't have a selector to tell people it is a false alarm! What a mess was in the lobby... Some people stayed there in pajamas.

Awful breakfast

Our room was very spacious. Breakfast was tasty and there was a wide selection available. Staff was very helpful with our requests. Cost of stay was much lower compared to hotels around.
