Loved our stay in the hyatt house. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Kids loved it. Didnt eat dinner there but enjoyed a few drinks at the bar and Kramer was awesome! Pool was heated and enjoyed that over our new years trip. Great location too. So easy to get around miami hot spots during the day.

Overall this was a good stay for a night between our flights and cruises. Employees were friendly, helpful and attentive. Food wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great either, about what’s expected from a hotel breakfast. Airport shuttle was definitely convenient. Main bad thing is the hotel could use some updates here and there. Some chairs/benches were broken and wore down. The floor in our room was still dirty as well. But overall not a bad stay.

Conveniently located to the airport. Despite saying free parking there is a $38 fee for extended period which was just the one night we were there. That was disappointing since that was a key reason we picked it and had rented a car that night.

We stayed there because we lost a connection and were expecting just a place to sleep. It exceeded expectations in every way: - comfortable room - nice pool; our kids loved it - breakfast was outstanding. It was included in the rate and even had an omelette station! Highly recommend.

Lobby is too small. Building is too old. Elevator is too old. Room cleanness is not good. Cups and coffee machine is dirty. I am a big fan of Hyatt, and I / my family always choose Hyatt when traveling. This Hyatt House is totally off the standard... the whole experience is like staying in a cheap motel with paying 300 dollars per night.

Small room that was clean enough. The property is old and they’ve tried to refurbish it. The restaurant didn’t really have anything except traditional burgers, etc. So eating healthy here was not an option. There were other guests that were very noisy. The hotel manager did address the issue. There is also quite a bit of road and airplane noise. It felt more like a Motel 6 than a Hyatt.

My family and I were able to check in early and staff even upgraded our room. I was very grateful as we had just gotten off a cruise and were tired. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance and the property has all of the amenities you need, along with shuttle services to/from airport. Will definitely stay here again!
