Bed bugs! From the minute we pulled to the parking lot, it was a terrible experience. The property is filthy and in need of serious maintenance. Thankfully the first thing we did was check the bed because there were bed bugs! We immediately checked back out. The staff was unconcerned and offered no solution or apologies. They did refund us at our request. Stay away from this hotel!

My family got to hotel earlier than 4:00 check in. We were visiting other family members and wanted to see if we could get into our room 2 hrs early to freshened up. We were told our room was all ready but we would have to pay $25 extra to get in it 2 hrs early. We decided to wait because we never had to pay extra before. This is a new policy.
