Paint was falling from the ceiling above the pool. AC was not working in pool room. Bathrooms were out of order and disgusting. Floors and bathroom were dirty. We found old food on the floor of our room. Mold in areas of the hotel. Trash cans around the hotel stayed full for two days

Got in an midnight, woke up for breakfast at 8am and there was absolutely nothing ready. Made a waffle and they had no syrup and made a rude remark when I asked. There were no coffee cups to make a coffee. Pool was closed for cleaning so didnt get to enjoy anything the short time we were there

On checking in the receptionist was very helpful. On arrival in the room, the air handler which is situated in a locked cupboard in the room allowing the a/c to work efficiently, which it did, was really noisy. The interstate 75 is a very short distance away to the hotel which is situated on a very busy intersection making for an impossible good nights rest. I left behind a set of hair straighteners which I tried to locate after my departure, but was informed they had not been handed in. This was a very disappointing overnight stay and after coming back to the hotel for dinner, there was insufficient parking. We informed reception and the receptionist came out and moved her vehicle, parked in a front spot, to enable us to park. Choose another hotel, there are plenty in the vicinity.

The room smelled like cat pee, the hallway carpets desperately needed cleaning and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in days. There was hair in the shower. The curtains were falling off the rod. The phone didn’t work. Chunks of who knows what came out of the hot tub jets. The front desk clerk didn’t look up from her phone when I went to check out. A few minutes later I saw her carrying her two sleeping children out to her car. The lobby bathrooms were locked because they were “out of order.” We’d already checked out of our room and had nowhere to use the facilities after breakfast. It was absolutely horrible. I rented this hotel room for one night based on its location. When you enter you’re greeted by a very strong unpleasant odor. The hallways have wrinkles due to water damage. It’s obvious that the room itself may have luxurious at some point, but now the mattress sinks in the middle, the a/c is noisy,, the tub has rust stains and amenities are almost nonexistent.

We were pleased with everything but the mattress. The bed sunk in the middle. We have stay at this hotel several times during our travels. This was the first time we stayed in a room on the front side. The traffic noise was terrible and went on most of the night. It was difficult to sleep.

The trash was in my room for 3 days and i had to go to the desk and request it to be removed. I had no toilet paper and went and bought my own as the girl gave me kleenex and said "Here use this". I spoke with the general manager and she was very accomodating in getting my room cleaned. Tatiana at the desk is amazing but the red head is horrific!

This hotel is conveniently located right off the I-75 exit, which makes it perfect for an overnight stay when traveling north or south. Lots of dining options nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable room. You might think that it would be noisy because of its location by the interstate, but I did not find that to be the case at all. Good place to stay.

Car issues on the way home from Orlando. Luckily in Ocala the town is large enough to find a place to stay while car in shop and close to restaurants, stores and Lyft and Uber are quickly available. The hotel had a good price with one of the lower pet fees and allowed us a late checkout since car would not be ready until around 1:00pm. It is a little dated but staff was very friendly and met our needs for an overnight stay. You are right of I-75 so can be a little noisy but it did not bother us and it has a small indoor pool and breakfast.

Breakfast bar was good. Did not like driveway into property. Sign is too small. If you miss driveway you will need to make u-turn, go back under I75, make another u-turn and hope you see the driveway. There should be an entrance from the back where two other hotels are located, not off busy SR200/College Rd.

The desk clerk was very welcoming and the rooms were clean. We were only there for one night but all was efficient. Breakfast was complimentary but had some issue with the power. The worker did best to correct the power issue so guess could get griddle waffles and make toast.

Asked for spoons, 1 was brought out, no knives for butter, waffle machine wasnt working, 3 of 4 toaster spots didnt work - had to hold down to get the toaster to work. Told eggs were coming "soon" took over 1/2 hour to replenish. Not a good start to the day

Usually Country Inn & Suites hotels are pretty good. NOT this one. Hallways were filthy. It is on the main road so we heard cars racing all night. At 3:00 in the morning someone was beating on a door down the hall for over 15 minutes. I tried to call the desk and no one answered. To top off a sleepless night, the breakfast was awful. no cups for the coffee, no forks,--had to look in drawer below to find a cup. Most of the food was gone (8:30am) and the juice machine was out of all juices.

Check in was great. Room was clean and not noisy. The breakfast nearly NON existent. Laundry onsite only takes quarters and hotel WILL NOT provide change. Junkies galore at hotel and BP next door. Will not stay in future.
