Ramada by Wyndham Suites Orlando Airport- Free Airport Shuttle

My stay was perfect the only problem I had was the pool was dirty and my whole 5 day stay there no one clean the pool

The hotel from the outside looks nice but once you get inside it is a different story. Broken elevators, broken door locks, the fitness centers equipment was also broken. The hallways are dirty and smell really bad. I'm sticking with Holiday INN from now on. The only thing good going for this place is the front desk concierge and the fact that they offer shuttle services to and from the airport. That is defenitly a plus for them.

waited literally 45 minutes for airport shuttle after calling that we were at location ready for pick up. Wife ill, not even a bench at the waiting area. Then, hotel hallways smelled like wet dog. In fairness, room was clean but get some fabreeze for the hallway and tell the shuttle driver to wake up.

Well organized airport shuttle. Good breakfast, nice outdoor pool. Good value.

Get what you expect for the price and name. It was clean though, at least. However, the elevator hadn't been inspected or passed since 2023. Which wasn't surprising considering it kept having issues. Staff was nice enough and at least they had a shuttle to the airport

I was delighted with this hotel! I thought the price was too good to be true and expected to not like it - it was fantastic - best Ramada I’ve ever stayed at. 24 hour cappuccino machine was a special treat, 4 am shuttle to airport (other hotels I called started at 5 which was too late for me), comfortable bed and clean room.

This was perfectly fine for an airport hotel. They have a reliable shuttle, the room was clean and the was very spacious. I guess you'd expect that from a "suite" but it's still nice nonetheless. The property was a little older and could've used some small upkeep here and there, but otherwise I'd stay here again.

Both elevators were broken guess had to use the stairs, shower had very low pressure the carpet had a smell

Woman at the desk was exceptionally rude/short to me and the person in front of me. They advertise a shuttle service, but good luck trying to use it. I waited (no exaggeration) for 90 minutes at Terminal A and shuttle never showed up. I did see the shuttles from the surrounding decent hotels cycle through many times. Finally, one of the other hotel shuttles felt sorry for me and gave me a ride. The hotel itself was very dated and in need of maintenance. Do NOT recommend, especially if you want to feel safe and most especially if you need shuttle service. Finally, when I called for the shuttle and the woman at the desk was very hard to understand, I politely said "I'm sorry, but I didn't understand what you meant by that" as politely as I could. She started screaming at me "84, 84, 84, shuttle is on the way." Then she hung up on me. I realized she meant go to "A4" where hotel shuttles pick up. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that. I called Wyndham customer support to help me and they called her (twice). Still, no shuttle. The agent warned me to be careful going into the hotel and call tomorrow to make a complaint, for fear of retaliation. He didn't want to elaborate. I get the picture.... Hope this saves somebody a terrible experience with a terrible hotel and desk agent.

The room was dirty. Blood stained pillow case. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Microwave greasy and nasty.

The area was quiet and safe, unfortunately had some issues with the cleanliness of the room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely clogged with dust and smelled burnt, couch was stained, curtains very dusty. One of the beds also had the wrong size fitting sheet that would not stay on.

The room is big and comfortable but it was very dirty my daughter immediately started sneezing and her allergies started to acting up. I checked the room the AC was full of dust the bathroom fan was full of dust as well as the walls behind the toilet. The toilet got clogged the first time of use, & I saw a cockroach, when tried to call front desk the phone didn’t work. The couch was stained, not a good sight. In other hands, the breakfast was good and the front desk attendant at night was very nice & friendly.

Very worn hotel. Old dirty carpet in hallway. Fingerprints all over. Clogged sink. I was just staring overnight to catch another flight. I would never stay there otherwise.

The room was ok for the night but there was a big black stain on the curtain/blinds that should be replaced and the mattress cover had a nasty looking stain on it that should be throw away

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was mold, it wasn’t clean and I was so disgusted I didn’t even shower there.

Rooms definitely need upkeep and maybe even some remodeling. Bed was very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well. Bathroom was tiny and cramped and you had to stand in the corner in order for the bathroom door to close. Toilet was positioned sideways, otherwise it didn't fit in the bathroom. Overall crusty room. Gets the job done if ur on a budget but I'd rather pay more for a better stay

Air conditioning very noisy. Long way away from amusements and very limited transport options. Eating off paper plates plastic cutlery at breakfast below what I expected.

The room did not smell fresh and the a/c was not working to full capacity. However, the space was nice and comfortable and was good for my one night stay.

Our bed was comfortable, but the room was weird. The sitting area for the TV had one chair, no couch no second chair. If we had been staying more than one night, we would’ve left and went somewhere else. The refrigerator in the room was handy, but it vibrated very badly against the cupboard that it was in and woke us up every couple of hours through the night. My wife jammed towels in between the edge of the refrigerator and the cupboard and that worked, but they would vibrate out and it would wake us up again. It was a terrible night sleep.

The only thing that let this hotel down was, as usual with most hotels, the disgusting state of the air con unit. Having stayed in many Ramada hotels, this so far has been the best. The room was large, modern, comfortable and clean. The bed firm but not too firm. Staff always friendly and helpful. No internet the night we were there but they helped us sort out our visitor toll pass. A shout out to Angie and her catering crew for the best cooked, hotest breakfast from any Ramada we have stayed in so far.

Positives: Great value for the price. Close to the airport and free airport shuttle. Good size room and clean. Negative: Not all receptionists are courteous and welcoming. Person that helped us check in didn't greet us instead just asked for name on reservation and valid ID. We had an early flight back home next day and needed to leave at 5:00AM so we asked will there be breakfast available but she said sorry it doesn't start that early. Luckily while we were checking out at 5:00AM there was a much nicer and professional person at the reception and without us having to ask anything, he courteously mentioned though hot breakfast is not ready yet but we are more than welcome to grab cupcake coffee and some other cold items which totally made our day as we were in a rush and didn't want to stop by at a MacDonald's or something similar. Moral of the story is that each employee can either ruin your experience and not feel welcome or make it exceptional without costing the hotel anything extra. The hotel here is great price and room is big and clean, free breakfast is available and before 5AM you can pickup cold items like cake and coffee but the first employee didnt care and didnt feel like mentioning to us as if we are not worthy :)

I was very happy with the guy that was at the front desk this morning for the way he solved the problem for us for a transportation to the airport. Last night the person on charge didnt registered us even though we requested the shuttle for early morning. Thanks to this guy we dind't missed our flight. Unfortunately i don't remember his name. He was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I was up all night with a noise coming from air conditioning and at 2:30am I went to front desk to tell them I could not sleep with the noise and tomorrow I’d need to be moved and the the employee with a mask on said with attitude that they were sold out without of even offering an apology first and I was being very calm about this even with not sleeping. So I replied i have a 3 day stay and I am going to need to be moved and he( I think Frank) raised his voice at me and said at 7sm before I leave I’ll see if anything is available. Do I heard nothing and then went to desk at 9am and told the nice employee Janice who I have dealt with several times on stays here, about my situation with the overnight employee. I saw openings of rooms being cleaned when guests left them best mine, but she wasn’t able to give those out yet and mentioned 2pm. I was going to have to be at work at 2pm so I decided to just checkout and get a credit from hotels.com for the remaining 2 nights and the employee Janice gave me a form showing I checked out early. It was disappointing since I have stayed here many times but with that employee not carrying i have decided not to return to this property.

We needed a hotel close to the Orlando Airport and this is only a hop skip and a jump from it. Also...it was the cheapest option...but don't let the low price fool you. We got 2 double beds and a pull out sofa bed, plus a dining table, chairs and little mini kitchen. The room was clean and updated. My daughter used the pool and said it was great. The breakfast was fantastic. Pancakea AND Waffles AND eggs AND sausage. Also, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, water, milk. It was great. There was ample seating in the breakfast area as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was exactly what we needed. Beds was comfy, room was clean. Location was amazing. Restraunts within walking distance. Ponds to walk around and even fish if you want to. No photos but great inexpensive stay near the airport. Quiet as well.

It was in a nice area, around stores and dining. Close to the theme parks and the room was a good size. I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

Having breakfast options available at 4am was impressive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff. Airport shuttle was reliable and on time. Slightly dated hotel, but well-maintained, with clean spacious room.

It fast and easy to check in. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, susage and tator tots and other on the go items.

Fantastic hotel! They are extremely accommodating. My husband and I had an overnight flight from CA. Check in wasn’t until 4 however they accommodated us with early check in. Breakfast was perfect! Staff is very friendly all around. Very clean hotel and hotel room. Comfy bed!
