It was very noisy in the hallways, and the doors kept slamming, and to make matters worse. Only one elevator working the whole time. Which was very inconvenient. . They did not disclose that on their website online. (That only one elevator was working.)

There was a parking fee which I did not see in the listing but the more annoying part was you have to do it yourself. They show you qr code and you have to set up account and fill out. After long travels I was so incredibly tired it was difficult before going to sleep.

Our room was not clean. This had been very poorly remodeled. Our room had gaps in the flooring near the wall. Creating a spot that apparently the spiders loved! Dust everywhere, the shower was horrible and original from 1970.

The 1st room we stayed in smelled horribly like mildew and mold. We moved rooms ASAP which smelled better at first until the AC was turned on, then it smelled like mildew. The AC then leaked water all over the floor which got things very wet all around the bed. Overall bad experience with the facilities. Staff were easy to work with

The property is showing its wear. The first room we went into smelled like cigarette smoke although it is a non-smoking property. The next room they put us in had mold and mildew in the bathroom and the air vents were so full of dust that it impacted my breathing within minutes of being there. We just left and stayed somewhere else that was billed as more “basic” but was clean and pleasant.

The shuttle driver was amazing! Upon arrival the lobby was full of people hanging out , they were extremely loud. The hotel itself is very “used”. Our room is dirty, the floors are vinyl and they haven’t been cleaned. You can still see things that have been spilled and not cleaned. It has a funny smell and the grout in the shower is yellow from dirt not white as it should be. I’m very disappointed, would have expected more from a Hyatt.

Shuttle arrived within 5 minutes at stated meeting point. Breakfast had diverse menu for any guest. Our only complaint was air conditioning was at times extremely loud hindering sleep at times. Nice property. It was located near everything we needed to get to in a hurry. However, the water does not get hot. The water got lukewarm at best, and only one elevator was functional. These were not deal breakers, though. We liked the spaciousness of the room and the layout. We would definitely stay here again.

I was not impressed with the airport transfer service. We spent about half hour trying to get someone to answer the phone then when the lady answered she said it would take about 30 minutes for the vehicle to get to us. We used alternative transport that took us 6 minutes to get there. That was a let down however once I entered the hotel and could smell the clean I felt I had chosen the right property. The service was commendable so I would definitely use this property again

The front desk people were extremely helpful and courteous. The only issue with the staff was man driving the airport shuttle. The guy driving the shuttle didn’t move from his seat to help with my luggage. I had two large suitcases and a briefcase in my hand. So I didn’t tip him because I had to remove the luggage myself.

Very friendly, professional and capable staff. Check-in was flawless, rooms are excellently sized and appointed. Definitely has been kept up with decor and upgrades obvious in almost all spaces. The elevator is the only exception. Lots of food options available nearby as well as a bar/restaurant onsite, breakfast offerings were plentiful.. Minutes from the airport, shuttle available. Nice hotel. Conveniently located to the airport. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast disappointing. Wonderful breakfast area with poor food. Eggs not edible. Potatoes and tea water cold. This was our only complaint for an otherwise nice hotel. Well that, and a $20 charge to park the car - even for overnight guests. Yikes!

You have to pay for parking. Which is ridiculous!! Other than that the hotel was comfortable. The bathroom,,, toilet/shower area was a bit small. Trying to close the bathroom door was a tight fit and not a big person. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t very cold and it wasn’t as quiet as I expected and we had an end room.
