Check in was fast. Friendly at the desk. Room was clean. Bathroom shower floor was a bit stained. Breakfast bagels were good. Coffee 24/7 was wonderful. The price was good. However the laundry price to was and dry was quite high.

Overall the stay at Spark was okay and staff was nice! One of my issues was some areas weren't clean. For instance at check in, in the dinning area there was a mess by the microwave. Elevator seems to always be dirty and have stuff on the ground. On top of it all one elevator was out of order and the other one wasn't always working. Me and five other people got stuck in the elevator during our stay, The elevator made it to the 1st floor but only the inside door opened. We could see the metal door on the other side. We had to ring the bell for emergency. We took the elevator back to the second floor and took the stairs. Ended up taking the stair the remaining of the trip because we didn't feel safe taking the elevator. Overall the room was clean and well kept.

had to switch rooms due to pluming, upon time to leave 30 minutes prior to checkout cleaning lady burst into my room, pool wasnt cleaned me and another guests son had to clean the pool to be able to swim comfortably.

The front desk crew was nice and helpful. PARKING IS AN ISSUE. Do not plan on leaving and returning late, you will be scrambling to find unconventional places to park. For the price its a decent hotel. But the parking is ridiculous and i probably won't stay there agian solely based on that.

We stayed at this property recently and needed a pack and play and I was quite appalled by the condition of it. We brought our own anti septic wipes and crib sheet but still hated the thought of putting my baby in it. The room also smelled incredibly musty- unfortunately it was very late at night when we discovered all of this and had no choice but to stay still

The hotel interior was very run down. Carpets stained, crumbs on ground. Hair in bed that did not belong to us. The shower had mold on the bottom and filled with water even with the shower setting on.

Pretty basic stay. They seem to have taken an older property and given it a fresh coat of paint in a lively color. Carpets, tiles, doors etc clearly show their age behind that. Bedsheets and towels had stains and smelled a bit. Room smelled damp. Room cleaner parked her cart in the middle of the corridor and didn’t care to let people go past her to their room. Breakfast was decent. Very close to Universal parks. Fine for a cost effective short stay. Not sure this is a 3 star hotel.

Property and stay was decent for the price. However what i didn't like was that there was no ice bucket in the rooms. The towels and washcloths were stained. And water in the shower did not get hot so i had to take Luke warm showers

Although the room was not bad, it kinda gave out the vibe of a remodeled motel. The refrigerator could have definitely been bigger and worked better paint Job was not a good paint job bed. I have to say was comfortable TV service really sucked that live TV they have is not working. They should just get regular cable Because the service is horrible but overall if they were to ask me to read it from a 1 to 10 I would give it 7

Everything was great for the most part. I was surprised by how cold it was in the room when I arrived. The thermostat was set to 51 and it was 58 degrees in the room. I am glad there was an extra blanket in the room because it took a little bit for the room to warm up. The only thing that could have been better was it was hard to get hot water in the shower.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Was a little put off that there was a sitting area with a couch and chair but no tv in that area. Also, not having a coffee maker or microwave was kind of abnormal for this day and age. But if I would have read the full descrption of the room, I would have known that before getting there.

We booked a 2 double bed room, room was old, bathroom door didn't lock. Constant water dripping from tub faucet. The pipes were rattling behind the walls. I will not stay here again.

I will start with the positive: the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, it is conveniently located, and the staff was friendly. Now for the negatives: there are no drawers for clothing, etc., no microwave except in the dining area, no hand soap, no hot food at breakfast (unless you count bagels or instant oatmeal), and the assortment of cold food is not very good (bagels, cereal, and plain yogurt, fruit if you are early). I asked for hand soap and was told to use the shower gel... there is a dispenser next to the sink, but it has hand lotion, IMHO, hand soap is preferable to lotion in the bathroom.

Landline in the room was not working. Technician just came and left. He said, he will come back; but never did. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Reception is also very good. Breakfast lady trying to accommodate everything all by herself.

Unfortunately, the front desk locked my key numerous times for lack of communication among each other since I had done 2 bookings and had called prior to arrival to make sure there were no issues. They assured me all was taken care of and made notes in system so staff knew I will remain in same room during all my stay. Do you know how frustrating it is to come back to hotel after a long volleyball tournament with your child and have to battle this not once but twice since our room cards wouldn’t work as exhausting as we were? Unacceptable and surprisingly for being a Hilton Honors member. I can assure you, we will never stay there again.

This was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve had thus far. We had to create parking spaces due to the lack of parking spaces. The room was not prepared adequately with shower gel because we had to use shampoo to bathe. We told the front desk early that morning before going to the park that we were out. Later that night we realize they did not replenish the shower gel and Upon telling the front desk again that we had no shower gel, the gentleman proceeded to the back and brought out lotion. The other lady upfront overheard the interaction and proceeded to offer us bars of soap stating that they did not have access to the housekeeping closet. When we checked in the front desk neglected to ask me if I was a Hilton honors member therefore we did not have access to Hilton perks such as the digital card. The coffee up front was also out when we needed it before catching a 5 am flight. There was only one ice machine located on the first floor and we had to ask for buckets. Also the only microwave was in the lobby as well. This was jus not the Hilton standard. I did not enjoy my stay and was inconvenienced all weekend.

the hotel charged my card twice upon my arrival for my stay, and has yet to take accountability for it nor provide any accommodations. i have still not gotten my money back. extra $500 taken from me that i could’ve used on my family’s vacation. the rooms were okay, the remodeled paint job is horrible. the bathrooms are so old, bathtub chipped and cracked and when you turn the water on it makes a loud noise the whole time. the AC is also very loud so if you are a light sleeper good luck if you want air. the beds were clean and cleaned everyday which was nice. the room itself was average. the breakfast had no hot food but the options were manageable if you aren’t super picky. would’ve rated better if i didn’t get my money taken. parking was a nightmare. way too many “diamond member parking”

We realized at 7pm, day of check in, that we did not have a shower curtain. My husband went down to the front desk and asked that someone come up with a shower curtain. He was told that housekeeping was gone for the day and they didn’t know where to get one. They offered to change our room but we had already unpacked and didn’t want to repack and move. He said take a shower curtain from another empty room. He was told they would look into it and get us a shower curtain. An hour later I called down to the front desk regarding the shower curtain, I was told they were looking into getting one. By 9pm a maintenance worker was sent up with a shower curtain, it took him 5 seconds to put it up. At the sub par breakfast the next morning, I had to go to the front desk to let them know the coffee urn was empty. It took 20 minutes to replace it with a full one. Not the best hotel experience.

This is the second time I stayed there. We love it there.The gal at the front desk is absolutely awesome. Everyone there is so helpful. What I really like is that they keep a coffee pot going all day and in the afternoon. It's nice to grab a cup of coffee. The rooms are super clean, everyone. There is so nice and I'll tell you. It's a very reasonable stay. You will not be disappointed at all. Thank you so much to the staff

First of all I would like to thank the front desk agent Jackie. She was very professional, friendly and kind. She helped us immediately with an early check in, no questions asked. I've been working for the hotel industry for 15 years and how she handled the situation never seen nothing like that, I didn't have to say many words is like she read my mind. This is a beautiful property in a very quiet and accessible area. I know this hotel gets a lot of wear and tear with all the traffic all year round but hope the Hilton brand puts a little love in it and does not let it deteriorate. Overall I'm definitely staying in this property as much as I can whenever I fly in to Orlando.

For the price this hotel is great for visiting the Orlando theme parks especially Universal. It is only a $6 uber ride to Universal’s City Walk if you wanted to save on the overpriced parking fee. The room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here for my future travels.

Breakfast was horrible They claim it as a continental breakfast but it turned out to be a bagel bar. Breakfast opens at 6am-10am. We went at 8am and found no yogurt and lady said thats all for the day. No peanut butter spread and mosu frustrating was no coffee. Im not sure how do they expect customers to eat just bagles as is. No showergel in the bathrooms and after we complained to the front desk, there was no response for 30 mins. We waited and took the showers wity our personal soaps. Even breakfast area was too crowded and i couldn't find any helpers that could speak English in the breakfast area

Staff is quite friendly. This place is OK. The breakfast is a "bagel bar" and not a full breakfast. It has bagels, dispenser yogurt, coffee, hardboiled eggs, fruit, oatmeal and cold cereal. The room was clean but you can tell it is an older hotel. Our room #440 mattresses need replacement as there are sagging areas where people sit or sleep. The toilet handle was missing the nut on the inside so it could be pulled out. The shower has a minor drip. The laundry machines for wash/dry/soap is $10 for a load, get the tokens and soap at the front desk.

Assuming Hilton hotel one of the best hotels including breakfast. This property has many good things like below except breakfast was not happy Pros: Location, cleanliness, quiet, parking, staff, close by areas. Cons: it says good breakfast. I stayed for 5 days but disappointed with breakfast items. There is nothing in the breakfast. Just Bagels, cereals, 2 juices and repeated muffins. We expected good breakfast considering as Hilton like Sausages, scrambled eggs, breads, hash browns, fruit salads like other basic hotels provide. None of these were available
