Parking is accross the street and cost you daily or for every time that you leave. It would be nice to have parking that is included with the stay rather than an extra fee. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have an issue with the toilet which was resolved quickly. Other than that, no issues.

Our stay was fine, the breakfast good, as well as the complimentary happy hour. The room decor is dated, however very clean. The location and staff are good. There were problem issues.....only one elevator was working and the lobby and atrium area had loud, out of control guests until 2:00am. Every room is open to the atrium and these distractions can be clearly heard in the guest suites.

The staff was wonderful - accommodating. However, the hotel itself needs work. It’s an older building and there were only 2 working elevators. The pool is very small. The breakfast food was good. Location good. The room was huge, which was nice. They definitely have done some upgrading in the rooms themselves, but doesn’t seem to have been maintained. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from restaurants and a Publix grocery store, including a bakery that offers gluten free options. Parking was a breeze - it's located across the street with in and out privileges for a daily fee (you can select this option at check in). The dinner menu selections could have been tastier; although they prepared the fish tacos well and on a corn tortilla as requested, the pizza tasted like a frozen brand. However, complimentary breakfast didn't disappoint with its made-to-order omelettes, waffle station, fruit selection, and yogurt. We chose this hotel for the view (we chose a suite with a view of the lake), its close proximity to multimodal options (free in-town shuttle, ebikes/scooters), and the short distance to the highway for quick access to Universal Studios and attractions along International Drive.

I stayed at this property as a holdover while transitioning during my travels. I had previously stayed at other Embassy Suites, where parking was included or there was transportation to the airport. I was unaware that the Embassy Suites on East Pine Street charged for parking. Unfortunately, I ignored the fine print. The hotel should notify and remind guests about the parking fee to be transparent. They informed me about the $80 hold but did not mention the parking charges. People, be aware that the parking can be costly

Property was good not excellent. Elevator was down, only leaving one working. This led to longer wait times. Rooms were clean but stuffy. Unable to lower temperatures leaving sleep quality to moderate. Location had everything we needed in walking distance (less than 3/4 mile). Service was good. Initially did not have wash clothes. Called to ask for more wash clothes and was notified they were low on quantities (then order more). They delivered wash clothes and towels later in the evening. Bar was good to relax at with a happy hour proving 2 well drinks per person. Was not disappointed overall but obviously has room for improvement

There was only one working elevator and no stairs to really exit the hotel. My son and I both attempted to exit from the stairs at different times but we were not sure if we could get out of the gate.

I am super disappointed with my stay. I paid good money to ensure we had a clean room and it was all but that. When we got to the room there was some sort of wet substance all over the living room floor. I found out because I took my shoes off at the door and my feet got soaked. We were needing to head out to our event so I told the gentleman at the check out counter when we were leaving. He gave us the parking money back but said he couldn’t do more because we went through hotels.com and not them. So now I paid nearly $300 for a gross room and cannot be compensated.

The room floor was sticky, the refrigerator wasn't working and I found Publix hairs in several spots in the bathroom. The ala carte eggs were over cooked, the bacon was just nasty and the potatoes were frozen not fresh and dry. I did order an omelet which turned out to be the best part of the breakfast.

This property was nice but when we got into our room there was a used condom in the trash can in the bedroom and also a used tampon in the bathroom trash can. That kind of turned us off and when it was addressed to the hotel staff they shrugged it off.

Dirty! 1st room had sticky floors, a wrapper and nail clippings on the floor. We were moved to a different room and found nail clippings on the floor again. The hallways were also dirty..ended up checking out early and zero regard from front desk for leaving early due to dirtiness.

This hotel is a dump! Save your money. It is an old hotel, all the rooms are dirty, I tried changing several room, but they’re all the same. Super dirty super old so bad I would never say that again.

The hotel lobby was super nice. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The issue came about after checking into the room. The room was VERY outdated. The bathrooom tub has rust all over the walls and the shower head hasn’t been cleaning in forever. The sink was also missing a part where the drain was. It was filled with green and black gunk. The toilet was leaving and the bottom portion was lifting.

Room was hot and stunk when we arrived because the AC was off. AC was off because it did not work. Maintenance came and attempted to fix it. They changed the air filter that was black with mildew and mold. The AC never blew cold air never got below 75° in the room, terrible night sleep. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and tub

I had to change my first room twice then the lock on the door failed and I had to wait for 15 minutes at 2 AM to get the repair man to fix the faulty lock on the door (Room 605 and 719). The rooms smelled like old mold that was so strong we had to be moved in my second room (505 to 420). This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in years.This hotel should be listed as 1.5 stars.

The minute we walked in the room, it felt muggy. The A/C said the room was at 69, but it wasn’t. We called front desk and someone came and checked it. Was told that the vents were closed in the actual A/C so that it should get better soon. We went out for awhile and came back, still no change but it was late and we were tired. The next more we saw mold near the A/C. We told staff at check out. We only were staying for the night.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Lake Eola. Our one major complaint was the unbelievable amount of street noise that can be heard when in the room. We could barely sleep due to the motorcycles & bass from cars driving by. Had it not been for putting on white noise from an app on my phone we wouldn’t have gotten a second’s worth of sleep.

The rooms were very nice, check in was extremely quick and efficient, the bar had a great happy hour for hotel guests. The only negative is the walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations in the next room and people were just talking normally, also lot of outside street noise. Very positive experience overall

My husband and I went to Orlando to watch an NBA game at the Kia center. We chose to stay at Embassy Suites Hilton downtown because it’s walking distance to the Kia center. Our trip was wonderful! We loved the location, the staff, the large rooms, and breakfast. A perfect getaway!

There were no waters provided in room, just a coffee machine with tea and coffee, no snacks. The microwave did not work. We came back at 11pm from a concert and no room service available; so bought frozen pizza , chips and ice cream and 2 bottles of water from shop, was a small pizza and all cost $35!!). We were unable to cook due to microwave being broken. Great buffet Breakfast, Room was clean and comfortable, check in/out was a good experience.

The rooms were great. I love the separate bedroom. I did have to pull on room door to make sure it closed, while the door to the room next to use seemed to slam everytime someone used it. Glass elevators needed to be cleaned and the parking was across the street. Everything else was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel and amenities. Unfortunately on this stay, mattress was old, hard, with a huge dip in the center that caused my husband and I to roll in when we layed on our backs. Didn't get much sleep due to this. Didn't have this problem during our previous stay.

Excellent staff. Dane the AGM went above and beyond when i wanted hot tea at 11pm. Hes an asset to the hospitality industry. Very good, plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff on the bar. Great location if you have no car.

When we arrived our room wasn't ready so they had to change the entire room. Mind you this was at 5:30 pm. Then we were given our keys to 521 and my wife went you to check out the room and walked in on a whole family in that room .. we were given wrong keys and wrong room. Very very embarrassing to walk into a room full of people . Then when my wife asked what happened it was oh there are a bunch of "Williams" staying here. Yeah right. We are Hilton honors and never had this bad of a stay. We paid almost $300 and it was horrible ... What a waste.

Wi-fi was down so they couldn't see what room was ready. They did an excellent job with the amount of people checking in, making sure they got a room as fast ss they could. They had t physically check rooms to see if they were ready and then walk us to them becsuse they couldn't make cards. Their customer service was top notch!

It would’ve been nice to know that this hotel only had one working elevator. However, one of my biggest complaints would be the greeting or lack there of that we received when we checked in from front desk representative Gisele. Very unfriendly very curt very short. This trip was for our anniversary so our suite was clean and appearance but later we found a roach in the bathroom. I asked for the suite to be cleaned the very next day, however, to the surface, it might’ve been clean, but the linens weren’t changed just the towels itseems. The windowsills were filthy. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I stay here for easy access to Dr. Phillip’s performing arts center. Easy 5-10 minute walk, near the nightlife, rooftop pool is great, free happy hours at bar, full breakfast buffet and omelette bar is great. Great value too.

This hotel is located very close to all the gin restaurants and bars downtown. It's within a ten minute walk to the lake and the Kia Center. The included breakfast was really good and included homemade omlettes to order. We would stay here again.

Overall nice place to stay in downtown Orlando. Only complaint is that it is on a busy street. Heard lots of loud cars, motorcycles and ambulance sirens at night. Other than that, it was a nice stay. My wife and I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

Convenient location, clean rooms, and the breakfast options and bar were great. Only opportunities were one elevator was down, so at times there were significant wait times and two evenings the bartender (gentleman) was not pleasant. The bartenders (ladies) the other nights and all other staff made up for his disingenuous attitude. Overall would recommend and we will be staying again.

Almost everything was excellent as usual. One elevator was broken, but they opened a service one, so they made the best of a situation out of their hands. The only problem is that the breakfast buffet has clearly gone downhill. Last few years it had been very good, this year, it was on par with elementary school. I hope it gets better when we go back next December.

The property itselfvwas decent but unfortunately one of the main elevators was not working. There was limited options for lunch or late night dining and no hotel transportation. Lastly I was hit in the arm by the arm for the parking lot while walking by. Luckily it missed my head. Overall not a bad stay just a few inconveniences. If staying downtown I would certainly consider the hotel again.
