I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle only to be on hold for 20 min at midnight trying to let them know we had arrived. I had called to remind them we were coming in late and called like they said when we got our luggage. Then I was told it was going to be an hour wait or I needed to get an uber. I waited because I specifically booked this hotel for the shuttle, and I was not paying more money to get a ride to the hotel.

We recently used GoPort and stayed at this hotel close to the airport. It’s really convenient if you’re taking a cruise since GoPort has the option to take its bus from the hotel or take the shuttle back to the airiport for an earlier arrival t Port Canaveral! Also, the hotel has a friendly, helpful staff, convenient laundry, if you need that, and yummy restaurants close by. Highly recommend.

We were in room 307. it was supposed to be handicap accessible and it was not wheelchair/mobility cart,walker friendly at all. There was hardly any room to get through for my wife. And when she was using the walker to get from the bedroom to the bathroom, there is an area where the laminate meets the tile that is elevated and she stumbled with her walker because it got caught. She was able to catch herself from tumbling down, but she pulled her neck. That room needs to be re-labeled. It is not handicap friendly. Then during the night she was complaining of a headache and feeling nauseous and just ill. She said she smelled mold, but we really didn't see anything because it was late and we only had the corner light & night tables lights on.But in the morning we noticed the ceiling had a lot of water damage and what look like some black mold. This room was definitely not up to the usual Hampton standards in any way. The curio cabinet under the television had a door that was broken and would not close at all .Even the pillows were all truly flat except for one. This room was more like a Joe Shmoes stay a night motel and sadly not a Hampton Inn And the girl at checkout said that the manager would give me a call sometime yesterday early afternoon, and no one has ever called me..

I stayed on 2nd floor. The carpet was wet on one end of hall. The rest of the carpet was well worn and wrinkled. Elevator could be cleaned. Breakfast was agreeable. I liked it opening at 6am. The staff we’re doing a great job.

The only issue was the tiny bathroom. You had to squeeze in between the toilet and the sink or the toilet and the bathtub to open and close the door. The door should have been installed so it would swing out into the room where there was plenty of space.

Our second floor room looked out onto a roof. which wasn't too bad. However, there was a huge air conditioner unit outside our window on the same roof which was quite LOUD on and off 24/7. DO not get room 205!

The bathroom is way too small to get in. The toilet is right by the door when you open it not allowing space to get through. The shower we had to turn it 2x to get it hot and the towels were hard as a brick and not soft to shower with. The breakfast and the location is the best I can say about this place.

The front desk staff are not exactly welcoming. They are very standoffish. The inside of the hotel and rooms were neat and clean, especially the breakfast area, where the woman working was fastidious in cleaning and restocking things. However, the outside of the building, namely, where the front door area is, there was a dirty diaper left on the sidewalk in Plainview. Truly disgusting. I will probably never come back.

Enjoyed an overnight stay . The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She was also very conscious of our privacy. The airport shuttle was easy to find. The hotel was very clean, close to the airport, had a nice breakfast buffet. I would recommend!

This hotel denied having a reservation in my name and said the hotel was full. Nothing available for the one night. Not helpful to find us another room in a different hotel. This is at 9:00 pm. Their excuse for not honoring the Rez was that the receipt was not from them!!!! Of course we will NOT pay for this reserved room and would like an explanation.

the staff was the BEST part of this property...Oscar our shuttle driver was kind, patient and very efficient. Katie at the front desk went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and Indy was the best and always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would totally stay here again!

Short distance from airport. The free shuttle picked us up within 15min of us calling them. Breakfast was good enough for me. I forgot something in the room & staff was kind enough to hold for me until i returned from my cruise. I would stay again.

Second time staying at this location everything was good just little things made it not a 5stars. Bathroom is small so it get kind of awkward when trying to shut the door to use the bathroom like where should I stand. Breakfast was ok have had better at other Hilton properties.

This Hampton Inn has very clean and functional rooms and is a good hotel for a short personal or business stay. It’s very convenient to the airport and Rideshare rides are relatively inexpensive if you don’t want to deal with a crowded and more rigidly scheduled airport shuttle. Didi at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant at check-in. She makes you feel welcomed and like a valued customer! 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch also!
