The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. We were contacted by the hotel the day before arrival with instructions for the shuttle when we arrived at the airport. We followed the instructions and the shuttle never arrived. After waiting over an hour, we decided to take an uber. Check in was a breeze. James at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly and apologized for the issue with the shuttle and made the situation right. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was a much better experience than the night before. My only suggestion for you if you stay at this hotel, would be to not rely on the shuttle from MCO airport to the hotel during evening hours. Call an uber, you'll get there much faster. All in all, a good stay, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The original hotel had no working elevator! No staff or luggage cart for the bags. I left that hotel and checked into another holiday hotel. ! I think a refund is due. Please contact me if you need more information.

The downside about the property is that you have to pay for overnight parking. It would be less offensive if you just built the parking charge into the room rate. This feels like I was being “nickel and dimed “ for this reason, I would not stay at your property again. Further, I will look into any Hilton property before I book.

The transportation times need to be fixed. We specifically selected this hotel to avoid Uber and use the shuttle, just to learn that the shuttle leaves the airport at 3am and not the hotel at 3 am. This should be stated somewhere to avoid let down and frustration

Breakfast was terrible!!raw muffins and fake eggs,( no wonder why the don't have hard boiled eggs anymore)staying at this hotel was more expensive than usual, had to get breakfast somewhere else plus had to pay 14 dollars for parking daily while other IGH hotels charge 5 per day, never coming back to this hotel

Shower was covered in little hairs .. from top to bottom of the walls, ledges, and all over the floor. Shower curtain stained brown/black with soap grime on it. It was 10pm coming back from a 9 hour flight, had just unpacked everything and was wrapped in a towel trying to take a shower. I called front desk and he was rude. I asked for cleaning supplies to do it myself since no cleaning staff on duty, he said “I’ll see what I can do” and hung up the phone. I knew it wasn’t his fault so I wasn’t rude to him, but he was rude to me. So I checked the sheets and they were covered in little hairs too. I called back to front desk and asked for clean sheets. He told me he was the only one there so if I needed the supplies I had to come get them. So we did and had to change our own sheets and clean the shower. Floors were sticky and stained and weren’t vacuumed. I called after check out and asked for a manager to let them know what happened, was told a manager would call me back, but alas 2 weeks later and no call back.

Hotel is dated but the rooms were clean & spaces, only 4 mins from the airport . Breakfast was ok. James was amazing. Water pressure wasn’t that strong and water didn’t get as hot. Didn’t like the smell in the hall outside of the rooms. I believe it was the carpet. Would definitely stay again.

Very grumpy clerk, granted there were several people in line and she was working by herself. Noticed several calls and interactions while I waited in line, and she always denied service (two different people came asking for blankets) asking that they come later. Less about her, more about the management that could and should have more employees working to satisfy customer volume and demand. We also had to wait for a while for the shuttle, were almost told to wait longer but the driver accepted that we squeezed in. Couldn't get a shuttle for the morning, though, because it was booked already. Perhaps more than one shuttle would be helpful.

Communication was excellent. Received a text before date to arrive to touch base. The text was helpful because was able to use link to call for transportation after i arrived. The service you receive can make a huge difference in your stay. Everything was excellent.

We enjoyed our 1 night, but the lady working the front desk when checking in was just about as rude as she could get! Her attitude and eye gestures.. she rolled her eyes when I asked to be put on the shuttle list for the AM as if it were a big hassle for her! When I called from the airport she was beyond rude and actually raised her voice at me! I noticed she had the same attitude with the couple checking in before us. To both of us she said “Hold on… let me finish this first” when we asked a question. She shouldn’t be working with guests! One other thing that was a bit annoying was the seating area for breakfast is way too small. But breakfast was decent!

Check in took a really long time with only one person at the desk. We were given a room on the first floor, and widen I asked for a higher floor I was told there were no other options (this was after he told me 6 people canceled their rooms). Nonetheless our room was great. When e went to breakfast at 9am there was no food. We waited for the attendant who said she was doing the eggs, potato’s, sausage, pancake batter (anything that was not a bagel or muffin) and finally at 9:27 she told is they’re closing at 9:30. I had to go to the front desk because there were at least 15 ppl waiting for food! There was also no water to refill our bottles and we were told that we had to purchase water. Besides the comfortable room nothing else was pleasant.
