At this Hotel you have to pay for parking 😒 I thought asking Hotel guests to pay $13.00 a day to park is crazy! Paying $199.00 and up for a room is enough.

1st all my name is Joan, not Irene. Stayed closer to the airport for an early flight today. Very disappointed with this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice. Lobby was hot, bar, food area not open until 3pm. Needs to be clearer in hotel description. It makes it seem like the hotel has a bar and restaurant, but yet it was closed majority of the time. Had to go elsewhere for food. Also the pool was “closed for maintenance” not one single person was out there all day doing any maintenance, another reason I picked this hotel so the guys could go watch football and me and my girlfriend are gonna be by the pool so we had absolutely nothing to do all day. I would’ve stayed by the beach had I known that this hotel was in such disarray also & come in the evening to just sleep. The AC did not work well it was hot in the room. I would never stay again especially as an IHG member and Holiday Inn vacation club member. I’ve stayed @ many Holiday Inns over the years, Very disappointing.

We booked this hotel at the last minute because of a canceled flight. It was perfect. Very close to the airport, free 24 hour shuttle service, and there was a bar and a restaurant on site. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area within walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean and recently renovated. The shuttle service was timely and convenient, as well.

Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our floor wasn’t vacuumed before checkin. There were food crumbs everywhere and even grapes on the floor. The bathroom definitely wasn’t clean. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you like grapes on the floor. And then that’s up to you

The 1st rooms we were put in were disgusting- the bedding had not been washed/changed from the previous guests. The was left over hair in the shower. The floors were so dirty they blackened my daughter’s feet. The 2 set of rooms were down the same dirty hallway - only with a barking and yowling dog as a neighbor. The 3rd set was on a separate floor - hallway still dirty, but 1 of the rooms were clean. The other room had to be moved a 4th and final time as the door lock did not work. Overall the hotel front desk did their best- however the hassle of the multiple moves should have resulted in the first night being comped- however that was not the case

While the inside of this property seems to have been updated recently the outside is a bit dated. It doesn’t give a good first impression. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Although the food in the restaurant was average at best, the service was above and beyond. The room had a musty smell but was otherwise clean for the most part. Whoever the housekeeper is needs a hairnet. Multiple hairs left on the tub and on bedspread. Gross. Acceptable accommodations for the price but could’ve done without exercising my gag-reflex.

I have stayed at this facility before and never had any issues with the Wi Fi connection. On my last stay I could not connect to Wi Fi. It was a little inconvenient since I expected to complete some work over the internet during my stay. While I am planning to return at a later date, it is my hope that they will have the Wi Fi issued fixed on my next stay.

THE PROPERTY GAVE A GREAT RATE FOR THE STAY. IT WAS CLEAN AND VERY QUIET. IT WAS ABLE TO FIT MY NEEDS. I WAS GOING ON A CRUISE AND NEEDED A SPACE TO STAY. THE ROOMS COULD USE UPDATES, THE LOBBY HAS UPDATES AND IS VERY NICE. NICE HOTEL AND CLEAN HOTEL JUST NEEDS UPDATES IN ROOM.

I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn. The staff at the check-in counter were very courteous. However, I would like to comment about the experience I had with the shuttle driver. He is a very nice guy; however, he makes sure that you tip him by telling you about the signs on the front of the shuttle. Furthermore, he said that he works for tips. I find this to be rude. I believe that tipping should be at the discretion of the customer and not when the person providing the service "demands" it. Not a great impression and I do not think it goes with the Holiday Inn image. While I believe that many service employees appreciate tipping, I think that this should be done at the discretion of the customer. Maybe Holiday Inn may want to re-educate their employees on this matter.

Front desk never answered phone all three days we were there we had to physically go down to front desk to ask for housekeeping to clean our room all three days. Housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning the room and failed to refill our toiletries twice.

The front desk and housekeeping staff was great, but I gave a lowest rate because I wasn’t happy with one of the shuttle drivers. I was pick up from the airport by an Afro American young man and he was awesome, even when I had a lot of bags he put them and took them off the shuttle with a smile and no complaints but when I requested to be taken back to the airport another driver came to get us, he was an older Spanish looking men, he look piss off as soon as he got there, he kept complaining about putting my bags in the shuttle, which we could had did it ourselves, another customer offered to help him to but he said no, then this other customer told him at least they’ll tip and the driver responded “no people like this never tip” assuming that I didn’t speak English and that I was a tourist not realizing I’m local and actually do tip everywhere I go. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve gave 5 starts on everything

I thought the hotel showed signs of age, but really that was fine. It was not fine that I did not feel welcome upon checkin, nor really at any time I was there. The desk was minimally responsive. We had to call four times to get the rollaway bed at 10:45 PM. Then, it was very unsteady and uncomfortable. She ended up sleeping with us :0. We were on our youngest grandchild’s 10-year-old trip, a very special tradition in our family, but even she noticed.

Great front desk staff. Shuttle is convenient but fills up fast so be there early and do not wait to the last minute to go to the airport. Lots of places to eat nearby but may need to walk. In location restaurant closes around 10 and not a minute later

Close to extended parking and the airport. Hotel charge for parking is outrageous. If one night, parking should be validated. Extended parking was too high also. There is no available coffee in the lobby. Our room coffee maker didn’t work 🙁. We had an early flight and coffee was needed. There is No coffee in the lobby. Only found on restaurant which would not be open for hours. With this being an airport hotel, I believe the availability for coffee in the lobby is essential

The onsite luncheon area provided a fantastic breakfast with so many options. As a coffee drinker, the wait staff ensured my cup was filled and it tasted delicious. There were plenty of walkable dinner options and NONE of them disappointed.

The desk staff were nice enough but not very helpful. The staff in the restaurant were NOT on their game. We waited a very long time and there were on 3 other tables of people. And my tea glass was never refilled. The only breakfast option was buffet that was overpriced at $16 (especially for those of us can’t eat any where near enough to get your money’s worth. The hotel looks amazing and quite large. I had expectations but the bathroom floor was not level. It was awkward to walk on. There were signs everywhere asking for your review of 10 stars, yet; when I checked out, no one asked me about my stay. The signs say 8 is the new 0. I couldn’t even give them an 8. Had anyone seemed a bit concerned about my stay, I probably would have given them a 9.

The general condition of the hotel was good. The ac was not operating correctly in the lobby area, it was warm. The rooms were adequate, I had a king room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable, they seemed to be worn out. The lobby store was adequately stocked and the coffee shop was good. The dining room was average. The door to our room was not easy to close, it required one to pull very hard to get it shut and to push hard to open. We were surprised that there was no safe in the room. The shuttle to and from airport was good, driver was nice and it was on time. The front staff was excellent!

I never stayed at this hotel, however, since l was just staying overnight and utilizing the shuttle service I was up to trying it based on its good reviews. To start the stay. Shuttle to the hotel from the airport he was rude and we waited for almost an hour. I called 3 times for a pick up. The room. Why are the toilets so low?
