Very convenient when you have an early flight out. I drive from Tampa to stay overnight to avoid driving in for a 7am flight. It’s a breeze. Parking is a little hard to find at first, but just ask if you can’t get to the section of the parking garage.

Hotel is located right on the airport property. You come down the elevator and you are right at the checkpoint for TSA entry. This side is for specific gate entries, the other ones are on the other side which is easy to get to. A very short walk. Parking is right on the airport parking garage, if you follow the signs, you may miss it. Just go into the garage and you will see other signs directing you to the top floor for hotel parking.

Lovely place to stay the night before our Disney cruise! Very relaxing to sit by the pool and enjoy the sunset, and then we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel bar and grill. Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and checking in for our transportation to the port was easy and done right at the hotel!

My four-year-old grandson and I spent the night there because we had an early morning flight. We are locals and had never experienced the Airport this way. It was so much fun the night before our flight to have access to everything with the great location of this hotel. We had a great stay, but two things stand out that made it a bit harder. The first was reaching the front desk by phone. Twice I tried to call and it rang about 50 times with no one answering. The second thing was there could be more signs for elevators. My grandson and I felt lost often. We were in room 9056 and never felt like we actually knew the way around to the elevators. It felt far and it felt confusing. -we felt like we were lost more than I’ve ever felt in a hotel. A few more signs would be great! There was a bit of a musty odor on the ninth floor and fans in the hallways. I’m sure the beautiful glass ceiling is a pain to deal with sometimes and we loved the brightness so understand sometimes things happen. The staff was very kind and room service was great. The hotel is beautiful and the location could not be better. Also, anyone we came in contact with was very friendly and caring. I would love to stay there again.

The property is right in the airport, so that is a huge plus, but the property is also somewhat dated. Management has tried to keep is "up-to-date", but there are really limits to what can be done. The property really requires a complete overhaul.

After we checked in, our air conditioner was clicking. Maintenance came immediately, found the problem would take a few hours to fix, and took care of moving us to another room before we unpacked. The hotel itself was great! I dont appreciate the housekeeping staff just barging into my room when I said just a minute after they knocked. The Hyatt Regency Orlando is great for travelers needing to catch a flight out of MCO. However, we found the access into the hotel to be difficult. Entrance not easily marked. We went through the parking garage, which was not easy for the people who were dropping us off. Inside the hotel, there are plenty of people to direct you as to where to go once you need to check-in for your flight. Only food that we found for early morning flights was a McDonalds and a Moe's. Hotel room itself was beautiful, updated, and amazingly quiet.

I had dinner at the hotel lobby and it was excellent. The food was good, hot, flavored nicely. The staff was extremely friendly. I tried to go to the 9th floor restaurant and it must of been closed even though there was no sign saying that so that was disappointing. Restaurants were way overpriced for food quality. Room was way overpriced consider bland and outdated decor, lights burnt out in rooms and common areas. Balconies blocked from use. Minibar was set to warm and not adjustable, heard multiple others with same complaint. Tables and chairs at pool looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. Poor signage of amenities locations. Rude staff, room cleaning carts always in the hallways.

Booked this last minute after weather canceled my flight. I booked a balcony room mistakenly thinking i would have an indoor view of the airport but it was outdoor unfortunately. Very nice hotel. Room and hallways were clean and didn't smell. Only warning is the elevator is very busy in the morning and it may take a while to get downstairs so take some extra time. Will be staying again if I ever need to.
