All staff were super friendly. Airport shuttle very easy and convenient to navigate to and from. The pool was outdoors and unheated so it was very cold (in October). The hot tub was also closed.

Did not appreciate the $15 per car per day parking lot fee. We were a one night passing through guest, not long term traveling via air and attempting to park for free while on a trip. Consequently, we will be crossing off your facility for future trips.

Elevators were filthy. Old metal framed mattresses. Would not let you check in till 3 pm sharp any earlier the wanted $30. Parking was $15 a day not $10 shower tub had mold on the ceiling doors to room were banged up like they went through a war Every time the ac went on a fake perfume smell omitted from it but rooms were large and overall clean Over all I’d say it was fair not Terrible

Great location with numerous places to eat not far away. Room was clean and large. Negatives were $15 parking fee, no soap or body wash was in the room and the volume control for the tv didn't work properly.

Hotel did not offer airport shuttle from midnight until 5 am. My flight was delayed and because of this had to pay a taxi for a ride when the main reason we booked this hotel was because of the shuttle service.

Room was really gross. Sofa was so dirty carpet felt so dirty and sticky, what appeared to be mold or a prior leak on bathroom ceiling, no toiletries in room at all. Elevators were disgusting and dirty, the doors to the rooms were also very dirty as well.

The room had an odor, there were towels on the floor in the bathroom and no washcloth. The bathroom shower really needs to be redone, too much mold. With this hotel being so close to the airport there are a lot of travelers. With a lot of travelers you want to keep the property and rooms in pristine condition so they will want to come back. Honestly I would not come back. The breakfast had some crumb sausage which looked like it was more for a sausage gravy and the bananas were all brown and rotten looking. I do have a picture of them if you would like me to send it. It Didn’t look very appetizing at all. Just a little disappointed.

The hotel was super dirty. The hotel and rooms carpets and rooms as well. Please hotels.com stop putting fake pics on the internet. I feel like we been lied to. Bathroom didnt even have soap. And little to barely hot water. Please post real pictures. Dont put fake ones. I been using you guys for everything so i dont want to stop.

The property and room was very dirty. There was either rust or poop in the toilet. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was hair hanging from the clean towels. The rug in the hallway and the room was not vacuumed and there were food crumbs everywhere. The hotel elevator was outdated and smelled of urine. We checked out and took an Uber to a different hotel. The Hotel would not reimburse us for that nights stay even though we were there for less than 10 minutes. An Expedia agent could not help us any further. This hotel should not be an option for Expedia members.

Unfortunately this hotel was incredibly unhygienic and unaccommodating. We arrived late at night and waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in while the receptionist took phone calls and didn't look at anyone in line. Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold (which was also visible on the ceiling and in the shower). Our blankets were almost brown (should've been white) and I had to sleep with a towel on the pillow because it had so many stains. I went through several towels trying to find one without a stain - one of which had dried blood on it. There was no fan in the bathroom so you can imagine the moisture and smell. I advise anyone to spend the extra money and stay at ANY of the other surrounding airport hotels. I could not get out of this hotel quick enough. Complete waste of money.

Room was very run down and had a small ant infestation. Ceiling above the shower showed water damage. Paint was many coats so the door stuck. Wrapper was sticking out from under a chair. Paint chips in corner under the bathroom counter. In other words, not clean and in need of renovation and/or repairs. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very good.

Check-in was quick and easy! Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basically a room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was dated. Toilet had rings in it. Tub had spots in it and the shower head was partially blocked by calcium buildup.

Only had one night at this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room was to my liking and plus some. Great location, great staff, the room was cozy, the bed was comfy, just overall a great stay as we were traveling to our next stop.

Originally we were booked into an occupied room! After that was fixed, our room was spacious but had some problems. The bathtub spout was leaking quite profusely, and the on-wall hair dryer wasn't working. Toilet didn't work well. Cleanliness and upkeep of some common areas also left a lot to be desired, especially the elevators. Left too early to try breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Upon arrival our room smelled & was really hot. After a shower it was still hot so i tried to call the desk but the phone didnt work. The deadbolt disnt lock the door and there were dirty areas in the bathroom. However, when i alerted staff they immediately gave us another room and i think his name was Rodrigo he was in training, was amazing. He checked the new rooms ac and made sure we were happy with it before he left. He also made sure to understand what the issues were in the old room.

Due to flight delays we ended up flying all night. Between flights I called the hotel to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until early morning to shower and sleep for a few hours before check-out. I had already been charged for the room. The first 2 times I called I was hung up on. They said it would be up to the morning shift whether there was a room for us or not, even though I’d already paid, because the reservation would be canceled if we didn’t show up that night. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were gone. I requested a refund if they weren’t going to hold a room for us but they said that has to go through hotels.com. After almost 10 minutes I finally convinced him to at least leave a note for the morning shift explaining that I had called but still no guarantee we’d have a room. I called Hotels.com but they couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel to confirm my story so they had to escalate it and said it would be 24-72 hours. Meanwhile, we had to make other arrangements bc I wasn’t going to pay for an Uber to a hotel (we would arrive outside their shuttle hours) that may or may not hold a room I’d already paid for after unexpectedly flying all night long and then have to find another alternative and have to Uber to the next place. Very disappointing experience all around.

The room was booked for the wrong day. Then the front desk person was rude and axted like we were bothering him . Then tgen there were so many fees. We get in the room and the room isnt clean the sheets and beding were dirty tge tv stand was leaning the shower head was about to fall off then there was only one towl and wash cloth for 3 people and tge water water didnt get hot

Front desk staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was typical: scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, juice and waffles. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was hot but not much pressure. The price was right and I would stay there again.

Waffle mix overflowed from tray while staff walked around, talked and ate from the breakfast buffet area. Lack of variety in fruit and buffet as a whole was very disappointing (bananas only and they were very brown and mushy.
