Good stay

Property was clean, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. Very easy access to Universal and Disney properties. Front lobby staff was not pleasant and very apathetic on our short stay. Had an issue with room key not working when returning from the park, and staff couldn't care less.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Orlando, and we visit twice a year so that says a lot! Everything is spotless, from the rooms to the grounds, you can just tell cleanliness is a priority. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go above & beyond. The pools are adorable and heated - so much for the kids to do (of all ages). We had such a great time!

Loved the updated accommodations. The condo was very well laid out and appointed with everything needed. The only mishap was that the front desk did not have the card from Expedia needed to show that we had prepaid for the room. However, the staff was very helpful. Also recommend in a location like that parking charges seem a bit excessive. Paying per car per day for multiple bedroom condos for flat self parking is distasteful. Otherwise, the amenities are great and the atmosphere delightful.
