Like all timeshare properties where the corridors to the rooms are open to the elements an tropical storms the outside gets a bit jaded. the room was good with a lovely view out onto the golf course and practice ranges and it was nice sitting on the balcony. there was no wi-fi in the room and that was an inconvenience. the pools were nice and very well looked after by the staff. Overall a good hotel but nothing special and nothing to draw you back their.

The room was clean and comfy with a great view. The amenities were great and we took advantage of several. Trivia and karaoke by the pool were a ton of fun. We will definitely be back for the golf at some point.

Lots of sun loungers around the pool saved with towels but not occupied despite notices that towels will be removed from unoccupied sun loungers. Unable to sit by the pool as no sun loungers available.

Onsite 9 hole golf course was nice. The rooms were simple but clean. We had a nice view of hole 5 on the course. I liked the screened in back patio . The pools were clean and refreshing in the 100 degree days we were there . My son especially liked the pool that played movies. The food was good. 20-25 minutes from Disney property. Very close to Sea World. There was construction while we were there- they are repairing the roof. I realize they can’t help the dust, equipment, etc . but it did slightly take away from the exotic vacation feel you typically get at a resort.

Large rooms, excellet beds, beautiful bathrooms and showers! Comlpex is large. Plan on a lot of walking if you want to use the amenities.

I prepaid for accommodations at Marriott Grande Vista and arrived with my legally disabled mother and four young children after giving two hours’ notice of our late arrival (9 PM). The assigned unit was uninhabitable: urine stains, food debris, dirty floors, and visible contamination. After complaining, the manager admitted the issue and promised a full refund of the room and parking fees. Instead, we were moved to two separate fifth-floor units (far from the original booking terms) with no help moving our family or luggage, and Marriott has not honored the promised refund. Their “solution” was offering discounted rates for a future stay, which does nothing to resolve the breach of contract and failure to deliver the service I paid for. I have photo evidence of the conditions and will be escalating this through corporate and regulatory channels. I will not return, and I strongly caution others to reconsider before booking here.

The only problem we had was waking up to a pool of water that was coming from the pipe behind the toilet and seeing the toilet dirty on that side. It look like urine on the outside left side of the toilet. House keeping did clean it right

I saw several reviews on this property. Unfortunately when we entered our room we noticed dirty towels. We called immediately for new towels. I wish i could leave the pictures. This hotel also does not offer late check out. Check out is at 10. At 9:45 i had someone knocking on my door. I wish i could. However the property is nice.

Overall the stay was great, the resort was secluded so no traffic noise, nights by the pool were beautiful and the staff was very accommodating! Room was very clean and we had everything we would need for our stay!

The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there were little bugs on the nightstands and if I hadn't gotten in at 1am I would have demanded a different room. At 8:30 housekeeping tried to open the door luckily I had the top lock in place. I opened the door and I couldn't understand the woman as she didn't speak English well, plus I was charged $25 for parking which was a surprise

If you need a pullout sofa for a child or adult to sleep on, do not stay at this hotel. None of us could sleep on the rock hard pullout couch. The hotel offered us a mattress pad to soften the rock hard mattress. It didn't help at all. We loved the room and the pools, but the pullout bed is not a bed, though it is advertised as such.

When I checked in at 10pm and asked for a late check out to be able and get some rest, they denied my request. I am a Marriott member and not even with that I was able to get a late check out, they didn’t even try and on top of that they tried to have me come then next day for a 90 minute presentation a 8am to even consider giving me a late check out which I found very odd. Now they even charge $25 for parking and there is hardly any parking anyway! Been here many times but these new policies are just ridiculous and the staff was rather rude!

Room and staff. During check-in, we had a sleazy salesman hold our parking ticket while he tried to sell us $150 for the price of our time. Absolutely a horrible strategy to get people to purchase tickets from them. The “VIP” charge for a seaworld ticker for two was listed for $285 but the entry fee for that day was only $54/person in-app. I would have spent double and a half more if I bought it with mister sleaz.

The wifi was not working during my stay which was really painful as I was there for work. It was impossible to get anything done during my stay which caused a good deal of stress. Additionally I ate at the pool one night and the server was like....non existent. I waited for someone to come over for 20 mins, finally walked up to the bar to order, they told me to sit back down and a waitress would be over. Then when I finished my meal I literally had to hunt someone down to pay out. The hallways were LOUD and echo a ton - this was annoying while I was trying to sleep. I will say that I sat close by when the staff was running Boozy Bingo one night and those people did a phenomenal job of entertaining guests. Several other staff were helpful with finding a quiet place to work onsite. Definitely wouldn't book again for a work trip.

From the moment you drive in, the Grande Vista is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are perfectly kept, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff were friendly, informative , helpful, and genuinely polite — truly making us feel at home. Our suite was fantastic — spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were super comfortable, and any assistance we needed was literally just a quick text away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The room was amazing, the balcony was cool, the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in in a hotel, the pool area was a VIBE and open until 11pm, the pool bar bartender was so nice and friendly, the front desk lady, Brenda, was also very friendly and helpful, and I could go on and on! Will always stay here when I come to Orlando.

I have visited this property several times, this time I was disappointing with the parking fee It's unfair to pay for each small Amazon package, even if you receive it at the same time. It's impossible to pick it up yourself. The app chat doesn't work, the reception staff is rude and unfriendly. And if you speak English with an accent from another country, like Spanish, they're rude. This is incredible. Additionally, one of the concierge women was rude to us when we asked about park tickets. I don't know what hapened with the great service you had before

What I didn't know prior to arrival - is this is a time share! Not only did they try to get us into a presentation on the day of arrival (you're made to pick up your parking pass from the concierge), but we were woken up a little after 8am on the morning of departure, as the concierge tried to make another attempt to get us into the sales presentation! Having woken up my entire family, the agent then proceeded to hang up, and the front desk management was completely unapologetic about the incident (other than a "sorry," when clearly they should have offered a good will credit for some of our incidentals). Also, be prepared for very long lines at the reception at all hours of the day. Whatever positive impression this property could have left after the stay, went down the drain, due to the fact that this isn't really a hotel (I am even a Platinum member with Marriott); they don't "value" the guests, because they don't need to. P.S. Couldn't even get a bottle of water on my way out the door, because the line at the front desk was too long, and the concierge (busy playing with her phone) was to lazy to give me a hand. Someone should explain to these team members that they work in the hospitality industry; clearly, the meaning of that lesson has been lost.

Overall the property is large. There's plenty of options to enjoy for all ages. The rooms were clean and modern. The stafd however were just mediocre. No one was very friendly and they conducted themselves like they were tolerating the guests but not happy you were there. One example, I asked for a bandage because I cut my finger on their bed and the front desk attendant said they didn't have bandaids and told me I could purchase some from the store on site. Food and drinks are overpriced. A little far even in the car if you're planning to quickly get to the disney/universal parks (at least 20 minutes with light traffic)

Everything is pretty far away so you will need a car or uber or Lyft. Overall the hotel property is beautiful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the lake and pools are beautiful. I will definitely stay here again.

This was my very first time at this resort and I had a short but sweet time with my family. Parking was easy and accessible to our room and the swimming pool was also very nice. The food on sight could have been better, it was pricey! They should make it an all inclusive, it would make more sense.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Grand Vista! The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The food at the resort was good – we liked the burgers and fish tacos by the pool. The little market was also handy for snacks and quick meals. The only thing we didn’t love was the parking fee. It would’ve been nice if that was included. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, and we’d definitely stay again!

This was not a typical Marriott experience. I’d call it a low budget Marriott. Very noisy (from the outside and neighbors and the elevator etc). I could hear and understand people’s phone conversation (even the other person on the line being on the speaker). The only restaurant was not reliable as they could just close the kitchen for a whole day or suddenly due to “unforeseen” circumstances. Not a hotel I would visit again. But for the price it was fine.

Id give this resort a 4.5. Clean rooms. 4 pools. Music and restaurants at the 2 main pools and nice tranquility at the other 2. Restaurants on site, really don’t even need to leave the property. Staying again in October

It was a nice price, but copa loca restaurant staff were rude. Golf course was nice. Concierge service was great. The pools were wonderful. Our meal at the grill was not so good. We were not the only ones to complain about it

The room exceeded my expectations—very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was lovely, and the bar staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The only minor drawback was that on Sunday morning, the fire alarm went off due to an incident, but aside from that, it was a wonderful stay overall.
