Perfect stay---EXCEPT the SPEED BUMPS NEED TO BE LOWERED. They damage cars. Not sure if I will return when I come to visit my son at UCF because of the over the top speed bumps. Otherwise this is a great place.

We had a good stay here at this hotel. There was enough parking spots even if we came home late at night. Pool was small though. My boys appreciated the basketball court next to the pool however it was too hot to play most of the time since we were there end of June. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was good, kitchen and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. W we stayed for 10 days and room service was done every other day. The pull out bed was terrible though, as to be expected I guess. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

The view out window was horrible. All you can see was another roof and if you could see something, it's just workers on scaffolds. The lights in the very very small bathroom flickering like a horror movie. The closets are really consolidated, making it. I'm comfortable to use because you have to. Slide the one door over, but the drawers keep opening. And you have to pull the drawer with one foot while you slide the door over. It was just a situation every time you had to use the closet. The heat outside was unbearable. So normally you wanna get your room cool? But you don't give you enough blankets to stay warm in that cold room, what you need.Because of the hot weather. When I got there, they had a makeshift contract with no lettering from the business. It was very unprofessional, drawn by hand saying that if I smoked in my room, I would agree to pay $250 fine for smoking in the room, but they never said, no smoking what? Cigars cigarettes, vapes, weed? very unprofessional? I will never go there again. Because Expedia has you do one contract. That's according to the hotel. But when you get to the hotel, they have contracts that they decided to draw up on the spot by hand with no professional Letterhead, or showing that it is, in fact a contract. Don't sign anything, don't make that mistake. Call the police because they're trying to steal from you. I will never go back
