NO cots availability. I had to spend $35 to buy an air mattress/air pump. A few roaches. No housekeeping services. No bath condiments. Sink water only produced hot water, and the pressure was very low. The carpet was extremely filthy with large spots. Linen was extremely filthy on one bed. Wifi was rare to none.

Was given the password to wifi that doesn’t exist. There was an econolodge network with no bars of signal but the password given at check in did now allow me to access it. Outside area pretty sketchy, inside the carpet is pretty stained and worn. But the bed was clean and tv, refrigerator, and microwave work.

I’m not one to complain bc we stay in a lot of hotels & it’s doesn’t have to be nice & fancy or anything, just clean. We were in room 240 & it was nasty! The smell made me sick at my stomach when we first opened the door. It smelled of animal urine & the carpet is stained all over. I didn’t take my shoes off except in the bed it was so gross. There was o my one wash cloth to use as well. The lobby was closed so there was just a window outside to check in. The lady was nice at checkin & there was a lot of parking room for trucks with trailers like ours. I would not recommend this place, we just wanted somewhere cheap since we are traveling multiple days. You get what you pay for

The property itself is dated, and the only extra amenities that are operational is the pool. ***The Restaurant, Snack Bar, and Game Room are all closed for renovation until at least December 2025 they said.*** "out of Order" signs throughout the property, the ice buckets they give you are paper with a plastic bag (so use you ice quickly or melts through the bottom). The breakfast is literally 3 cereals, toast and coffee, I didn't see any fruit, waffles, or other fresh items, so it is really a non-factor in choosing. (*For not that much more per night here on Hotels.com, I could have stayed at the Clarion Inn Destination Daytona right across the street and it is MUCH nicer, so I was a little peeved about that.) THE STAFF WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, THOUGH, and the pool felt great! Either it was heated or just warm from the sun (not sure). THE ROOM: Everything in the room works, but the room is dimly lit and gloomy with the few lamps provided. The King bed was comfortable enough, but lumpy (the pillows were super comfy though). TV only gets the local over the air channels, so bring your own streaming device. Shower pressure was REALLY weak, but I managed to get clean using a washcloth and the 1 puck of soap provided. The huge picture window to the room has dark-out curtains but no privacy curtains. If you have the curtains open to let in the natural light, everyone walking by your room can and will look in. My adult daughters might not feel safe here, just saying...

No Wi-Fi at all for the access point econoodge so the smart TVs will work without Internet or Wi-Fi.. They also offer breakfast that was there any other day. The lobby was closed in the morning. No signs of any kind of edibles or food if they did have it somewhere in a different location on the property it wasn’t stated

3 major issues: ROACHES, MOLD & CIGARETTES. The roaches were ridiculous. I bought a canvas bag and placed it in the center of the room when I got in that night. When I woke up the next morning there was a roach in the bag. The 2nd day I opened the mini fridge to find a roach had gotten inside and died. Black mold was visible around the AC. The smell of weed and cigs was awful. I am allergic and being in that room set off my allergies and I am still sick from the experience. The room was not cleaned, in fact the cigs and small garbage was pushed up against the wall because the vacuum pushed the debris against the walls. I had to air out my clothing and HAVE NOT been able to get into my vehicle because of the smell. I told the lady working the front about the issues. She just said she would tell the manager. Was overcharged!

There were roaches everywhere. The ceiling in the bathroom look like it was going to fall through. The sheets had stains all over them. The microwave didn't work. Horrible experience. Will never stay here again.

Room smelled like mold, no water pressure in shower, light fixture falling off the ceiling, mattress was so old and warm out you could feel the springs in your back Hallways smelled like mold and vomit, looks like nothing has be replaced or updated since the 70’s Sheets had stains, walls haven’t been fixed or painted in years

Hotel was very dirty and in bad need of repair - front desk agent was not friendly or helpful- room was not clean and I need of refurbishing! My feet got dirty walking across the carpet! Pillow cases had holes in them - sheets were thin and ill fitting! Tub was stained and no coffee pot in room!

Dirty room assigned at check in had dirty towels sheets and trash on the tables. Next room had an identifiable brown substance in the bottom of the bathtub. When reported to front desk I was told there was no housekeeping by an unconcerned employee.

Sadly, this stay was not good. The first room we had had an Air Conditioner that simply did not cool. The Clerk happily moved us to another Room, which was VERY sincerely appreciated... However, the in the second Room the Television did not work at all.

Room smelled really bad train right outside the window a lot of people out playing music pretty late the lady at the front was really nice though. I showed up at 8:30 for the breakfast like they told me to and the door was locked sat there for 10 minutes went back to my room and at 10:00 they were tearing it down already so I don't know about the breakfast

The young lady named Tally at the front desk was courteous and efficient. My reservation had somewhere gotten cancelled and she was still able to locate a room for my husband and I at the Expedia rate. The beds were also comfortable. On a less positive note, there were no hangers or a phone in the room. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the cable went out after 10pm and the person working at the front desk (not Tally) hung up on me:( The hotel was obviously older and missing certain amenities. There was a definite gap under the room door and you could see light coming in so I placed a towel at the base of the door to keep the light, bugs, etc from coming in. The hair dryer did not work and there were cigarette burns in the bedding. The shower fixture was similar to the one we have at home but horrible water pressure. There were spider webs and dead bugs in the window sill. This is just to name a few so needless to say that we will not be returning to this Econo Lodge location.

A lamp didn't work- went to the office to get a bulb, after putting the new bulb in, the lamp still didn't work- the whole outlet of 4 potential plug areas, was dangling from the wall, behind the bed. We left at 8:00 on Thursday, and went I went to the front desk to turn in the keycards- the door was locked, lights off and nobody around. I had to walk back to the room, open it up, and leave the keycards on the table in front of the TV.

There was no hot water in the shower...there was not a telephone in the room. When we tried to call the front there was no answer. Breakfast was not available until after 9am which was not helpful to us since we had to leave by 7:30. We were totally disappointed!

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in! The front door was locked when i checked in at 9p, and check in took forever in the cold signing so many papers. Walls are thin as paper, I could hear people walking above us, watching tv next door and cars revving on the steeet. Hotel advertised breakfast, but doors were locked at 8am, we waited til 9 and gave up. Doors were finally open at 2pm and the front desk had no idea when doors are open or closed, and was told breakfast was 9:30-10:30?!! The next day we tried breakfast at 9:30, doors were still locked!! Horrible service, horrible hotel and refunds should he given out for lack of breakfast! All this for $100/night! Digusting! Do not stay here!

The staff was fine, we only had one interaction with the staff. The room was disappointing. The bathroom door wouldn't even shut fully. The walls had scuff marks and damage. It felt like it was run down. The "Continental breakfast" included only had two kinds of cereal, stale bread, orange juice, milk, and a sad coffee bar and was only available for a one hour time frame 9:30a-10:30a. This experience makes me weary about ever booking an econolodge again. Definitely not worth the money.

They advertise a free breakfast which is a complete scan not only does the breakfast buffet not open until 9:30 it is just a couple boxes of cereal. No coffee until after that complete scum The manager talked to me from behind a window when I showed up to check in and no one's even there at the front desk until after 9:30 absolutely pathetic.

The place is very old. Patches of ceiling have fallen off in the room. Roaches in the room, tv didn't work until they got the correct remote. They said there was a continental breakfast but when we went to check it out at 7:15 am the main lobby was closed. Turns out they don't open until 9:30 am. That's when the breakfast starts. Lots of long turn people. I would suggest stop offering this hotel on your website.
