This property has a great location across from the airport with plenty of parking. Some of the staff is rude. Breakfast employees standing around, talking loudly and cursing while standing in front of the food, blocking access multiple days. Not cleaning tables. Poor customer service. Breakfast food is terrible. Eggs and sausage were burned on multiple days. Fruit is old. Oatmeal was turned off and cold one day. Coffee was good. Yogurts and Bagels and pastries were good but limited and not refilled. Sign states that rooms will only be cleaned every other day but when we checked out on the fourth day, the room had not been cleaned one time. Treadmills in the gym only operate at super slow speed and speed could not be increased. Shower gel was empty in shower. Housekeeping could not refill, But a manager came quickly to do it. Trash service came through at 4:45 in the morning to empty the dumpster!

Close to airport. Fast shuttle service to and from the airport. Great front desk lady. Only issue was the phone system. Called 8 times before I could get a shuttle pick up time. All choices were either busy or disconnected me immediately. Got the front desk as we were waiting for the shuttle and it showed up as I was talking to her.

Free coffee was good but breakfast was poor. Room was not cleaned one time during stay. Gym equipment does not all work properly. Loud trash service early morning. Rude breakfast workers standing round blocking access to food, loudly cursing and laughing, oblivious to customers. Tables not cleaned, food burned, items not refilled.

I stayed just one night due to the early morning flight next day. Because this hotel provides free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, it was so helpful for me. Staff are supportive and efficient and the bed was comfortable.

I asked for attached rooms. Didnt get that and honestly i was ok with it, my famimy was only a few doors down. One room had no hot water. They knew we didnt but until we brought it to their attention did they tell us to run the sink, tub and flush the toilet a few times to get the hot water to the room. Holes in the ceiling where they were doing work on the building. One of the hot water heaters leaked all over the place. One room didnt even have hand soap. The beds were really hard and most of us woke up with back pain. Pool was down due to contruction. Water pressure was so low, it was hard to get the sand out of areas sand shouldnt be and made it hard to wash. The toilet had to be flushed more than once because the water level was so low. While all were things i could look past because i understand things happen, the fact that it all happened in one stay kinda ruined the stay as a whole. We decided to stay in town another night and checked into a diffrent hotel.

Room smelled musty, like everything was damp. Breakfast was good enough. Common areas were clean, but it is a very well worn property. I’d only recommend if you’re flying in/out.

Property may be conveniently located near the airport but that is all that is good and positive about it. My room was dirty, bedding wasn't the cleanest ether, sheets were greish instead of being white, clogged sink, shampoo and body wash bottles were filled with some sort of hand soap that shouldn't have been there in first place. Would not stay there again.

In the shower there was hair. And 2 dead bugs in the bedroom area No extra bedding for the sofa bed.. Bedding on the bed smelled really fresh That was a plus

We have stayed here before and it was always clean. There is an obvious change in cleanliness at this hotel. Our bathroom was not clean at all, nor were the areas around the beds. We pulled out the sofa couch to make into a bed and found dirt and hair and stains on the mattress. We travel frequently to the Pensacola area but will not be staying at this Hampton Inn in the future.

When we checked into our room, there was black hair all on the sheets and blanket. We had to be moved to another room. The other room was dusty and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The next morning we had to check out early so we got the to go breakfast in the brown bag. There was a hard style bagel and a rotten orange in the bag. I have stayed at Hampton for several years and I have never ran into an issue with cleanliness. My stay there was very disappointing.

Convenient with parking for extended time. Bed was horrible, a sagging heap of springs! It smelled like a dog had slept on it. It squeaked when trying to turn, the pillows were old. Time for an overhaul!

Staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was very prompt. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower instead of a tub combo much easier to get in and out of. The water pressure was great. Very quiet for a great night's sleep before heading out on an early morning flight. Highly recommend.

The location is good and check in was super quick. The front desk staff was efficient, but not very friendly. The room is large and looked very nice. The first issue is that there is a sheer, blind and blackout blind automatically controlled from a switch on the wall. Neither was working and they tried to rig up a system with an extension cord, but that didn’t work either. There is a very bright parking lot light shining through the window all night long. The sink was also clogged. Surprisingly the room was very noisy not from airplanes, but from other sounds in the hotel.

There was no hot water for my entire stay. Employees were not helpful. I will not stay at this property again. I will contact the corporate office today to informed the management of the details of my stay. Very disappointed with this property.

The room was clean, but I had no hot water to shower at night, the air vent in the bathroom was super loud and I couldn’t sleep. Also my room was right against the elevator shaft which kept me up too….. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

The customer service was less than acceptable. The young man at the desk. Derrick was very nice. A little confused gave us a room went to the room. The room was showing down for maintenance because the bathtub would not drain the maintenance and the manager was on the floor and a housekeeper when we went to checking in they could not determine what we were supposed to be in. Derrick told them 242. He wrote 240 on our keys. It took us a little while to get in our room once we were in our room the TV did not work The TV cut on at 4 o’clock this morning blasting I could not turn it off. Call the front desk. They had no maintenance to come fix the television when they were supposed to come fix it earlier that day. The lady told me she would give me a discount for the TV for the inconvenience. I am fighting with you and the hotel Steele Four hours later just trying to get whatever discount she promised me that I did not ask for I did not have a good day. I am a Hilton member and I will never stay at this property again and I probably won’t use you again. At this point, I would like a full refund.

Well located near the airport and within walking distance of a few restaurants should you need to turn in a rental car. Breakfast was good and clean. Our room had some trash under the counter in the bathroom and the air conditioner was really loud. It never turned off so guessing the thermostat wasn't working. Reported these items on checkout and the front desk clerk didn't really seem to care. Would not make eye contact.

Check in took thirty minutes due to our room being given away to someone else. Then the key cards were not able to be made. A maintenance person walked us to our room and let us in. The room had wet carpets from cleaning during the day and not being dried yet. The person at the desk was nice but I don't think we will stay there again. When you reserve a room and pay in advance, the room should be ready for you when you arrive.

I got to check in early when I showed up, which was a good thing. The blinds in my room wouldn’t work electronically so they immediately changed it. The staff was super accommodating. The person on the desk was Erica the maintenance fan was Robert people very good employees to have running your business.

I wanted something near the airport and this is across the street. For me the streets is the South are hard to navigate. They tend to veer off to oblivion. Place seems a little dated but clean and nice. Breakfast is terrific. Eggs and sausage plus.

The property was great and in a perfect location to the airport. The only problem was the lady at the night desk who ignored pretty much every request. We were looking forward to a relaxing tub and had only a shower even after making sure she understood what we wanted. She told us we could get a grab and go breakfast before our flight but we had to wait on it since the bags were not ready. She failed to tell us they would not be ready until after we had to leave.
