Staff was great!!!! Breakfast had great options! Main building definitely needs an upgrade. AC wasn't great. Pair of someone else's panties were in the bathroom. Bathroom door barely opened . Outdoor pool was closed, indoor pool closed at 8pm, and there was no AC or air flow at all! Could have been worse but would probably stay somewhere else on our next visit

10/10 the only thing I didn’t like was the indoor pool. I like outdoor pool better, while the water is cool and the sun is beaming down on you. Breakfast was great too! Most definitely will stay there again.

There was a mold on our ac room smelled terrible and the whole building smelled like it was just dipped in fabuloso. After switching the room first night we decided to change the hotel for the rest 6 nights. We were getting dizzy and not feeling so good. Outdoor pool was not in service and indoor pool had big layer of white foam/film of chlorine and chemicals that we didn’t even dare to put our toes in. After the first night we relocated to the Best Western Inn and we couldn’t make a better choice. I would never stay in this hotel again even that it was conveniently located close to the NAS base.

So has two pool but neither of them open. Almost everything was broken. The lamps/ tvs act. The had profanity carved into the elevator of racial slurs toward white people. We stayed in building three. The flat top didn’t work. They offer Kitchenets with nothing to cook or eat on

Our stay at this property was very poor. When we checked into our room, we were immediately met with the smell of smoke. The room smelled horrible and there was a towel covering the smoke detector. My toddler could not stay in that room. We requested a different and the staff obliged. However, housekeeping does not clean the room until you checkout. We stayed 2 nights. We had overflowing trash. This might be minuscule, but we had to ask more than once for extra towels. The free breakfast was decent. But overall, I will not be staying here again.

The staff of the hotel were nice and helped as much as they were able to by moving our rooms, they are no means a problem. Now on the otherhand the cleanliness and safety of the hotel is a whole other story. The first room we were put in was disgusting right as we walked in, the smell was awful. It reeked of mold and the entire frame of the AC unit was on the floor not even the wall. There were stains all over the sheets, there was hair on the beds, beds we hadnt even sat down on. The bathroom was dirty and there was stuff on the tub. There was also a stain on the chair. We went to talk to the staff and they moved us to another room right away. The second rooms door had been busted in before causing the door and wall to not be aligned so there was a big gap where you can see in the room from the hallway. The smell of the second room was also awful and smelled stiff like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Finally we were put into a third room and although not great was still better than the first two. It still didnt smell great and was just overall not up to great standards by any means.

This was the most terrible experience and I NEVER I NEVER EVER have complaints! Walked in the room, used hand towel(still wet) on the counter, poop stains on the shower curtain- called front desk, he blamed it on housekeeping but never offered to change out the curtain- so I’m assuming housekeeping is very unprofessional- I WOULDN’T STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WERE THE LAST GIRL ON EARTH- the used wash towel just threw me for a loop- that’s the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in a hotel

Very dirty room. Smells like mold and mildew. The bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub had black film all in it. It was clearly has not been cleaned by anyone in quite some time. We will not be staying here ever again. Do yourself a favor and DON’T stay here.

I reported to management that there was roaches in my room it was around 11:30 pm and I didn’t want y to o wake my kids up in the middle of the night so I tried to kill them and upon doing that I realize that housekeeping was not cleaning properly because there was good candy chips under the air conditioning and around the head on the bed I discovered this when I was chasing the roaches trying to kill them

The room was large and seemed updated but the bathroom was on the small side. It served its purpose though. The hotel was convenient to the NAS. If you're lucky, you might see the Blue Angels fly by like we did. Getting around was easy and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. The only issue we had was parking when we arrived back on Friday evening. Breakfast was the usual fare of waffles, sausage, premade omelets, muffins, bagels, toast, cereals, and yogurt.

When the manager was spoken to about the situation he first tried to imply that I was lying about my purchase for another room and after he raised his voice at me and my mother he threatened to call the police on us when we raised our voice back

Had an awesome last minute birthday trip and stayed here. Let me start by saying every single staff I encountered from top of management to the housekeepers were so sweet & professional with great hospitality. I came in very early for check in due to cutting myself at the beach and needing to be cleaned up, and they assisted me in every way they could and offered me early check in. I was so thankful. Breakfast had plenty of options and was great everyday. Please ignore a pervious review made about the way the staff supposedly treats African American guests. I was an African American guest and they went above & beyond for me. Definitely would stay again.

I left my jacket in the closet; shortly after I checked out I called to go and pick up my jacket and The lazy receptionist at the desk stated that they had no one at the facility to go up and check my room for my jacket left behind, and that there was other occupants now in the room there was no sign of a jacket when cleaning apparently went up.

Awful. Hotel staff was just as awful as the stay. I’m still waiting on a supervisor call back weeks later. It took 3 hours after check in to get a clean room that smelled strong urine. I request linens be changed FOUR times. No one came to change them. No towels available for use on second night. Awful stay definitely will never return. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to stray animals.

From checkin to checkout was awful. Starting with the front desk being rude and saying the f__ck word because she had a headache to the breakfast attendant monitoring her tip bucket to saying how horrible people were for leaving something on the table. Customer service was horrendous!!! The room had urine and fecal matter all over the bathroom wall and the phone didn’t work. Plus the room wreaked of mold and stench. Never again!! Lesson learned!

I had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the pools and common areas. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and I felt very safe during my stay—there are plenty of security cameras throughout the property. The whole place smelled fresh and inviting, which was a nice touch. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also a big plus—just about 20 minutes from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping options. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back!

The breakfast, dining and lobby area were always nice and clean. My room was good for the price and close to the Naval Air Station (visiting family) the outdoor area could use a little updating and the area isn’t the best around it but you can drive 30 mins to Pensacola beach, the mall, parks or nice restaurants.

This property is conveniently located to Corry Station and many food options…it is reasonably priced and comfortable…rooms smelled a little stale, but I think the carpets just need to be cleaned. Staff are so kind and friendly…we enjoyed our time there.

We had a very nice king size bed unit booked for 2 nights. However, after returning in the afternoon after our first night we found that our keys had been deactivated and we had to go to the desk to get them turned back on. The toiletries had not been replenished, nor had the toilet papers or some of the towels. The breakfast was outstanding with cheese omelets and sausage, 2 different types of waffle batter, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit, bagels, etc. The room for eating was very large and kept clean. I would stay here again. Very convenient if you are going to the museum and/or Blue Angels practice at the naval air station. You can walk next door to a Mexican restaurant, but it is only on the average level. Between the hotel and the NAS is a BBQ place called Brothers. That was excellent.

The door to the room was not sealed, I could see out past the doors hinges when the door was closed, either because it wasn’t seated correctly or was falling off. There was some stains on the sheets here and there but nothing huge. But the morning breakfast was pretty good.

Main door to building would slam and rock the building at all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep. Guests were loud with lots of banging and noise in hallways. Breakfast was always late and often cold. Poor quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

Would call the hotel a mid grade was clean decent room, very disappointed on breakfast was main reason i pick the hotel for pool and breakfast. Nice staff they should invest in a better cook tho,eggs was runny there cofee was a 1 star. Other then that not bad for getting a room for $100 night.

Breakfast was VERY limited. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast choices every morning were almost gone by the time we got there and we never saw it restocked. The last morning we got there when breakfast started and there were 2 homeless people stuffing their pockets with yogurt and 4 plates of food full of sausage, waffles, eggs, bagels, toast and so on walking out of the side lobby. We know they were homeless because they slept and ate at a picnic table behind the hotel. If the hotel wants to feed the homeless fine but should not be at the expense of the paying guests.
