The sheets and towels were clean and plentiful,which was good. The AC worked well although it was loud. In general though the property is in very poor condition, they obviously never sweep, blow off the hallway or parking area, we had to change rooms because room above was leaking water into ours, and the pool,while clean was locked and made off limits. Basically, I think we deserve a refund of about 50 percent of what we paid

This is an old location that benefits from good photography. It’s not dirty but the surrounding area is unkept, the building is aged, and the construction site next door ensures you’re getting woke up at 6 by chainsaws and heavy equipment. The parking lot is far too narrow and all of the asphalt is broken up into rocks and pot holes. I wouldn’t stay here again with newer similar priced options in the same area.

Staff rude. Pool is closed as website does not state that. Made reservations for a room with double beds and arrive there to be told oh we only have a room with a king bed. Not happy nor pleased and will definitely never stay nor make another reservation at this hotel.

What I liked the most about the property is its location. It's conveniently located in walking distance of a variety of stores to get basically anything you may need. I was there during a heat wave and it was very disappointing that the pool was out of service. Some rooms are cleaner than others

We stayed her a week and the beds were nice and soft, The room was clean, would definitely stay here next time. Breakfast was simple, but got the job done. Great size pool, and was kept clean. The only downfall was people smoking weed, and are air conditioner sucking in the smell so are room would smell of weed frequently.

Desk staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Tried to claim we couldn't check out at 10:30 am, when you have to be checked out by 11:00 am. Regularly had to ask for toilet paper refills, even the lobby restroom was out of paper.every floor had a place for vending machines and ice machines, but there were no machines on any of the floors, only an ice machine on the floor above the lobby. Pool was out of order. 2 of the lights in our room were out. Vanity sink barely drained. Would've been nice to have more available outlets.

My room was clean and secure. The air worked well as did the wifi. My room lacked soap. The pool bathrooms lacked toilet paper and they were filthy. The outdoor elevator was dirty as well.

The hotel seemed to be clean, however it had a very strong odor. It was hard to pin point the smell. Either it was old damp smell or animal urine or a combination of both. But it was very strong.

It's a bedroom floor what's so sticky? He'd pull the shoes right off my feet. Had to scrub the bathroom floor in order to use it. The toilet seat was broken off one hinge, so you had to teeter around it to try to use it and we woke up in the morning and find roaches running all over the place.

The room smelled like cat urine. The carpet was wet with white mildew spots. There were no towels upon arrival. We also had to wait over an hour for service at the desk to get our $150 deposit back that was not mentioned when booked. The breakfast sucked. There was nothing left at 8am. A lady that had been staying there for 4 days said they had no syrup for waffles her entire stay.

This hotel was discussing, whenever I walked in to check in, the vestibule was dirty. Parking lot was dirty and people were sitting around in the staircases and I felt unsafe. Cigarette butts and trash was everywhere. Both rooms that we were in had a strong musky smell and the carpet was filthy. Dog hair was on the desk and chair and there were roaches in the room also. I was very displeased.

The rooms are small. The bathroom is like going into a small walkin closet. The sheets on one bed where stained we couldn't be accommodated with a lower level floor but the do have an elevator just not convenient

Stopped in for the night on a drive back to Florida from Colorado. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it wasn't noisy and it was right off I-10. That is all I needed and the price was right. The rooms open to the outside, which some people see as a security risk. Didn't bother me.

The property is well worn, air-conditioning is very noisy (abnormally, something wrong with a number of units). Room keys quit working while loading the car for departure. Another guest came in to the desk while i was there checking out, complaining about no hot water at the shower.

We were placed in a room at the back side of the property and the parking area was wet, slippery and muddy. There was an open water hose running at a slow drip. The door was hard to open and had a gap at the bottom that let the light from the parking lot shine in. The sink drain had to be manually operated and the water never got hot. the tub bottom was rough and stained.

You get what you pay for. The room was as clean as it could be as it was very old and literally falling apart…the paint from the ceiling and walls coming off. But the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was cold.

Havd stayed at property several times but this time people were loud and outside wasnt as clean. Trash was over flowing. I have stayed at property several time and this time $150 deposit wo warning and she had a attitude when i asked her why. I watched them check in another person and they paid cash for there room. Was not charged a deposit either. When i asked about it she ignored me. Questionable on another stay

I did finer with the older establishment paid to get room through Expedia when arriving was hit with a 150 security deposit. Nothing on there websight said anything about this and not even on Wyndham web said anything BE WARE YOU HAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT ON TOP OF THE RENT ON UNIT

Breakfast was disgusting and done before its breakfast time. They didn’t refuel. Once we asked milk and drink or water from worker she said okay then gone for while. Our first checked room was leaking water in bathroom they gave us another room but still feels so dirty. They charged $150 deposit they said gonna return it in 7 days but they didn’t so they charged over then we stayed. Tried to call nobody answer the phone call at all. We checked on time everything is good when we checked out but they didn’t send our deposit. Goodness never ever choose this hotel. You will be disappointed and pay doubled then your booking amount.

Terrible place to stay does not even deserve one star they never cleaned our room the whole time we were there I had to go and get towels from the front desk because they only have one towel in the room and you have to take the towel back in order to get another towel and I needed four towels and they didn’t wanna give them to me

The hotel itsself needs some upgrades, however, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were great during a busy few days of people evacuating the hurricane. Not once did any complain with the business and being short staffed. They seemed to accommodate everyone the best they Could. The rooms were clean and I did not see one bug. Also I brought my dog and there was a dog walk area with bags provided.

Hotel representative was trying to charge me for the hotel room and I already made reservations to hotels.com the representatives to try to charge me for the room. But I don't understand why I was being charged for the room at the hotel and I already paid the hotels.com they even asked the representative and he said he didn't know why and then whenever the manager came in she asked what I come back and then I was like I would and then she stated now cuz we already have problems with you so I'm very disappointed in the service and what hotel.com and they claim that they give me a refund but I don't see it pending and every time I call hotels.com customer service I cannot get to know representative with y'all so I'm just very disappointed not satisfied at all this was a terrible experience

Did not match website photos! Motel is really old and outdated. Parking lot is like an abandoned car lot. Trash cans overflowing. ACs make crazy noises. Definitely not worth what I paid. NO Security around!

The photos are very misleading. The room is not cozy and though tidy feels dusty. The bath tub didn’t seem clean, having a faint ring and situated right next to the toilet. The experience is more like a motel. Although the property is non-smoking, guest were smoking outside of their doors which wafted right into the room along with all the outside noise. The rooms opened to a very unsightly parking area. I had to end my stay early.

Expedia mislabeled this room as a delux king suite with a sofa bed. Whem we arrived at the hotel, they don’t even have those rooms. Then we got charged extra to switch to a double Queen room after already paying $30 extra for our delux king suite! The breakfast was completely empty of food and we had to go ask the people at the front desk who were playing on their phones to refill it, then we had to wait for more food to cook. Will not be returning to this hotel!

We were meeting a friend from Florida to get a new puppy. We live in Houston so we met half way. We had two rooms and stayed one night. The accommodations were nice and clean. There was no noise. Breakfast was good. There is a Denny’s next door if you don’t like hotel breakfast. It served our purpose and was comfortable and clean. We would stay again.

The breakfasts were pretty good The maid service was terrible - no replenishment of toilet tissue, kleenex, soap, shampoo, no making of beds etc. The ladies in the office were very nice
