Spacious room with nice kitchen and dining table. Layout of property was nice. Breakfast offerings were okay (no warm foods). Pool and hot tub nice for family. The fold out bed had sand and crumbs on it and found some edges of room not fully clean.

Nice facility. Staff were great. Food okay but very basic. Well lite parking and felt secure. Liked alert if you left door ajar. Parking right next to room exit; very convenient and easy to load/unload.

For the price of ~$100/night, this place was worth about $20. Limited parking, including having to walk between close-set buildings 2 and 3 with mossy sidewalks to get to a room in the back of building 7, by the wooden fence, was a challenge. The "breakfast" was a cheap continental with stale bread for toast, coffee and juice, instant oatmeal packs, old mini muffins, and apples wrapped in plastic wrap. The room was dingy, with sticky cabinets, outdated furniture, food-encrusted pull-out couch, scratched vinyl floor, metal box under the mattress, and a rusty tub. Oh, and the guests on the balcony above us were smoking weed. I honestly cannot think of anything good to say, other than the reception staff was friendly.

Easy check in, room was a little dated but clean & comfortable. Parking for larger vehicles is NOT onsite as advertised, it is across the street from the hotel. A little misleading. Also, we chose the hotel because it has a Jacuzzi & it was closed, so that was disappointing.

Everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, not in the greatest neighborhood but they had lots of security cameras and nights were lit up like day time even in the parking lot. Complimentary hot breakfast was also great. My only complaint is that they need to spray for bugs, lots of roaches were coming from crevices since it is an older place especially where there are kitchens in the rooms.

We had the 2 kings suite. The downstairs is kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with a bathroom. All rooms are open to each other. Upstairs is a loft (no door) with another king bed and 2nd bathroom. 3 TVs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in living room). Full kitchen, but limited supplies. We just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. Ice maker in freezer. Dishwasher and soap provided. Pool and hot tub were nice. Animal friendly with plenty of space to walk dog. Beautiful breezeways between buildings keep kids out of parking lot. Note that ALL 2 King bed suites are on 2nd floor because the ceilings are vaulted. Breakfast is nothing to be excited over, just basic items. And the view is the interstate. But we selected this room for the spaciousness and the king beds, so we didn't care about view and breakfast. The floor needs to be mopped, but most everything else was clean.

Breakfast was next to nothing and sketchy people hanging out and coming to the hotel at all hours of the night. Toilet tank wouldn’t refill properly and tub faucet drilled constantly. I’m a very isolated area and nothing near by other then barking dogs in the kennels across the road.

Front desk guy was very friendly and professional, room was spacious and a little worn but an excellent bang for your buck. Very cute outside with lights on the trees, great outdoor seating area, nice pool. Quick access to I-10.

This place was filthy inside and out. Upon arriving, roaches scurried when we turned the light on and opened the door. Thank God I brought my own sanitizing wipes because what appeared to be blood was on the headboard and sheets. We couldn’t even shower because of the state of the bathroom. Mildew, roaches. We don’t even dare place our luggage on the ground after noticing it Wasn’t mopped and the roaches.

Would not stay at this hotel again. The website stated they may charge a damage deposit but would not discuss waiving. Also, I’ve never had to sign off on so many rules and regulations. After moving suitcase into room, went out to dinner. Once returned I noticed I was getting very stuffy so in checking the pullout couch, there were so many stains, and the mattress was full of mold. In checking the rest of room, noticed air vents were so dusty and bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splatter. On further inspection, the microwave was disgusting. Before staying at this hotel, I would definitely inspect.

I checked in smoothly. The minute I got to the room it smelled stale and uninviting. Couch looked worn down and very stained. Room was very dem and certain lights were not working. Here's where my nightmare began, i walk to the kitchen, boom one roach on the stove, turn my phone flashlight on boom 3 more roaches. I was sick to my stomach at this point. For what there charging per stay (which doesnt really matter when your rooms are infested) I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, who has any type of cleanliness about themselves.

I’ve stayed at this property before but these last 2 visits have shown me to go elsewhere.. the property LOOKS nice but the rooms are not cleaned properly and that can be a health hazard. Last year we found a syringe in our room and this year there was fecal matter all on the under carriage of the toilet and part of the seat, also there were black spots on the covers and the bedding was on backwards. The kitchen was not clean, certain supplies were missing and the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been changed.. it just was not a good experience this year. They did offer to move us but I declined this year , I was afraid of what to find next.. just too much and they did not offer anything else .. no money off the stay or anything.. also beware of the homeless walking through the property .. oh and the breakfast, don’t waste your time.. they had things like muffins and apples .. no waffles, pancakes, eggs or anything and the yogurt machine was broke. And my baby was bit by something IN THE ROOM.

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The room had a foul smell, and the floors were dirty. Both the kitchen and the dishes were in poor condition. The furniture was very old, and whenever we moved the bed, it made a lot of noise. Additionally, the pull-out bed had stains on it. As a result, we did not get a good night's sleep.

Unit was dated and very dirty, there was old food under the hide a bed when we put it out. Dishwasher was dirty in front and our 18 month old grandson’s feet were black after 30 minutes of walking on the floor. Units this dirty makes you wonder if they even wash the bed linen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially at $267 a night, very disappointed

Room layout was good, but what made it a subpar experience was the mold in the vents. It made the whole room smell dank. I couldn't get the smell out due the windows not being able to open. I tried to request another room, but it was fully booked or didn't have the amenities I needed.

Hotel room is spacious with functioning full kitchen. Grounds quiet, small and pool available. Breakfast is slim with choice of cereal, danish, toast, jogurt, juice and coffee. Plenty of restaurants under 5min with vehicle. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Our unit was fantastic. If you need to get a chance to stretch out and get some space from your traveling buddies in a hotel room this is a good pick because of the 2 floor unit with 2 king beds! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay again! Loved this stop.

Cute little ‘apartments’ road was terrible in and out. Phone didn’t work, internet didn’t work, remote for the tv worked 1/2 the time. Breakfast was horrible. No place to sit and offered nothing good to eat. Was clean and had good amenities. Not able to use the pool or hot tub but looked nice.

We only stayed one night passing through. Our room was very spacious, but definitely a little outdated. Our room had a king and sofa bed. King bed was comfortable, but the mattress in the sofa bed wasn’t the best.

I arrived and had 3 kids had got a call from my booking with another hotel and it was out of rooms so emergency stop we had to find a place to stop after 7 hour drive i booked and stayed one night and they charged a $100 deposit fee and we never got back and all we did was sleep and left .

The staff has been amazing. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I am relocating and the housing transition wasn't smooth. I kept having to extend my stay. They were amazing each time accusing me of missing them already. I'm on my 3rd and hopefully last extension and feel blessed to have had this soft landing.

Check-in was quick, however, the first room they gave us smelled of smoke. He moved us to a different room. That being said several hours later, someone was knocking at our door. He had the same key. Apparently the lobby people did not log that they changed rooms on us. Two phone calls after that from the front desk asking who is in the room.

At first they tried to double charge my boyfriends card at check in. We realized and they were helpful in resolving this issue. The rooms were great, but very disappointed the hot tub didn’t work, as that was our main reason for booking this hotel. The hot water also didn’t work very well in the room. Once we left and had already checked out, my boyfriends card had been charged AGAIN. They did end up resolving this on their own, but super kind of frustrating watching your money getting taken more than once.

Overall our stay was pretty decent! I will say that the staff especially one of the women who worked at the front desk who was trying a new employee was pretty unprofessional, and was cursing while talking/training the other individual while children were around during breakfast time. She also wasn’t that friendly/inviting when I interacted directly with her. Aside from this, the beds seemed a bit lumpy and layers/pads I would assume under the sheets. Overall, the rest of the staff was nice and interactive. The location was okay, there seemed to be a lot of other hotels/motels around and a lot of homeless people and parked semis. Thanks for having us!

My family and I had a very uncomfortable stay, The front desk clerks are courteous on the surface but lied about the time frame of the security deposit. The room smelled like smoke and alcohol and the couch stunk. We were very tired upon arrival and my husband had to wipe the floors and walls down in the room. We didn't want to go through the hassle of moving to a new room as we very tired and the room we were given was on the back side of the property and up stairs. I told the on duty person about it the next morning and he didn't offer any remedy. We were booked for two days. Upon check out I spoke with Manager Akrit. When I told him that the room had a terrible stench of smoke and alcohol and that my daughter was smoke sensitive. he responded that my husband smoked. What does that have to do with a room that reeks of alcohol and smoke? My husband doesn't smoke in our home or close to our daughter. My husband was utilizing the designated smoke area when he saw him. I was very dissapointed with my stay and will never stay at this location again. I also have to wait 30 days to get my deposit back. :(

Jay got us checked into our room quickly and efficiently. He was welcoming as was the other staff member that was there helping him. The rooms were clean and did not smell. The appliances in the kitchen worked well. We were able to get a room right near the pool. The breakfast was simple but it was good. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was VERY friendly. It was a good place to lay your head if you’re just needing a place to sleep. We did see a couple of roaches. We spent our daytime hours at the beach so we didn’t use the pool. It looked nice though. I liked how well the area was lit up at night outside. But it was very awkward to get to from the main road.

The staff and the people were nice and the room was nice too. I didn't like the street it was on kind of bumpy but can't do much about it. But it's a 20-minute drive from the beach and you are right by the mall and Walmart. So, it is a nice hotel for a family and to take a vacation. Florida was lovely and so were the people. It was okay. I really liked the room, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

It was old, run down, dirty, full of people drinking & standing around outside smoking. one of the queen-sized bed beds creaked all night long, I thought it was going to collapse if I moved too much. This place needs to update. The furniture is old and worn. The sofa was ready to be thrown out. The TV did not work and there were no towels . The breakfast was all cold- nothing hot was served except the coffee. I will not stay here again.

For the price of ~$100/night, this place was worth about $20. Limited parking, including having to walk between close-set buildings 2 and 3 with mossy sidewalks to get to a room in the back of building 7, by the wooden fence, was a challenge. The "breakfast" was a cheap continental with stale bread for toast, coffee and juice, instant oatmeal packs, old mini muffins, and apples wrapped in plastic wrap. The room was dingy, with sticky cabinets, outdated furniture, food-encrusted pull-out couch, scratched vinyl floor, metal box under the mattress, and a rusty tub. Oh, and the guests on the balcony above us were smoking weed. I honestly cannot think of anything good to say, other than the reception staff was friendly.

The hotel is great but it seemed like the cleaning service was lacking. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The fitted sheet for one bed was too small. It kept coming off. The floor felt dirty. Only a partial roll of toilet paper. No extra roll and we had 3 women in our room so that wasn’t going to work. The guy at the desk was very helpful and got another roll for us. The breakfast included apples, two types of cereal and blueberry muffins, and toast.

Great price and pool area was clean. The room was spacious and we liked the kitchenette. The floors seemed dirty and the breakfast was very limited. The beds were comfortable and the hotel outside seemed well kept. We’d stay there again.

I did not get an opportunity to stay at this hotel, but I will give it no stars based on the front desk staff. Completely inappropriate, condescending. No human decency. Add insult to injury, called to speak to a manager today and they lied to me as well. Do not stay at this establishment.

The place was good and clean. The only thing I would hope that would have been better was the continental breakfast? I guess the only reason I say that is the hotels I have stay at that said they do continental breakfast always serve eggs and either bacon or sausage
