Hilton Pensacola Beach

Everything was nice and the view was wonderful!

Air conditioning did not work in our room the first 4 days of our 6 day stay. Staff was quick to send repairmen but took 6 attempts and 3 days to get it fixed. Also lots of little inconveniences such as elevator being down, ice machine not working, sinks not properly draining. Nothing to ruin the vacation, I just expect more quality for the price.

Comfortable beds, bathroom was very small! Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Great onsite restaurant and Starbucks coffee.

Room was not ready. Small details overlooked by housekeeping. Restaurants were great. Awesome breakfast and buffet was terrific. Close to beach. Love pool options.

They were dredging the ocean while we were there so there was equipment and pipe everywhere, which was not disclosed before we arrived. Also, there was a 350 people event one night so we couldn’t park for 15-20 minutes driving around looking for a spot after we had paid for parking. The pools were ice cold so we went to the holiday inn where it was heated. Overall, we had a good trip but just wish we had known some of this ahead of time.
